I think that it’s time to take the keys away from Grandpa, because it’s been my experience that he’ll never give them to you willingly.
The only way that we can do that to do this as Fullerton residents, is to sign the recall petitions that are in front of most of the grocery stores here in town.
There is also one in front of the Target store in front of the Amerige Heights Town Center on Malvern and Gilbert.

I think its good that we go there to keep the public pressure on. I don’t agree with the tactics that most are using yelling out and not following the designated forum. I was thinking the same thing he was yelling to that lady that wouldn’t stop talking even after her three minutes were up. I’m there to voice or hear the public voice not to antaganize. Alot can be accomplished by remaining controlled and keeping up the pressure. Please remain controlled and do not become uncivil as the police did on the night of the beating letting their rage go unchecked.
Where’s the video of Chris Thompson accosting customers for signatures? When they refuse he gets belligerent and starts video taping them as he argues with them. Why don’t you show that video Tony?

I am a volunteer for the recall, yep thats me sitting in the sun getting yelled at to: Go home- I am home, I get told to get a real job: I have one- Im out there, people are mad, scared and frustrated- I speak to them nicely – because, Im not sure, ( was taught to respect others opinions- even if bat sh*t crazy) but some of these old folks on the hill…need to realize-When you yell at me it makes me want to work even harder- and seriously I thought the elderly knew better-my grandmother would never speak to people the way these old ladies come up and yell constitution smontitution…..like its some kind of joke. This is not a joke, not to me anyway- so if you see me and disagree with me, be nice and I will do the same you can even have a piece of my candy that I put out for everyone.
The other side of the fence- people running up to me to tell me stories of their problems with the city- but rest assured we have enough people to save this city and make it better than before..I would like to be the part of change, not the eye roll- yeah it will never change. Maybe not, but Im not going down with a fight.Who is with me?

In fact, in the name of total transparency, I will share all incidents that involve video.
1. I video’d Captain Hughes, with his permission citizen’s arresting me on behalf of an Albertson’s manager who is unclear on the law. Travis can put that up if he’d like. It’s pretty light hearted.
2. Mark Powell video’d a Greenpeace fundraiser yelling at him and that guy flagged down a cop and the cop left without incident.
3. Christine Walker video’d a debate with a customer at an Albertson’s (which I counciled her against).
That’s the complete list of videos that I am aware of related to signature gathering. If anybody would like to arrange observing signature gathering, feel free to give me a call on my cell at 949-485-5658 and we’ll get you set up. You can bring a camera. Our people are doing a great job of respecting the opinions of those who do not wish to sign the petition.
Other rumors that I’ve heard include that we’re paying out of town folks to gather signatures. That I am an atheist. That Tony wants to put his own council in place apparently to start a new career as a redevelopment whore. I’m fairly confident that before the end of this, Travis will become an alien.

If Atty Jones has provided any legal guidance to the FPD at any time, he may be culpable. This law firm is retained by the City (taxpayers) to provide legal advice to minimize liability, not ONLY after the incident but to recognize precedence of impending foreseeable liabilities.
Has this Law firm participated in any of the prior legal proceeding of the FPD?
If they are aware of and participated (advised)in any past FPD legal proceeding, perhaps the city should consider legal action against this Law firm!!!
