      1. Fullerton will NEVER be the same because of the work of Travis, Chris, Tony and all of you out there keeping your eyes and ears open. We are a safer community because of the guts these people have to tell it like it is. FFFF is truly a real force to be reckoned with. So are we. Kudos to all!

        1. Agreed. Everyone involved is trying to make a difference. Time will tell how much change is actually made. Can only hope for the best. 🙂

  1. Loved the documentary! Kudos to both you guys!….. You sounded like two concerned, dedicated professionals that not only care about your city, but what’s right and wrong as well and not just passing by and pretending you didn’t see.

  2. Good video!

The last 20 seconds or so of the video that was produced by Reason TV regarding cops and cameras was very good! I watched it several times as I was riveted by it. I think it told the whole story of what happened in those few short seconds.

  3. Great piece.. I think it shows what can happen when true liberty confronts tyranny. This attitude needs to go national if not global… Like I said a few month’s ago when first joining this blog… Fullerton could just be the starting point of the revolution that saved America from the NWO. God bless you and keep you Kelly Thomas. Your death was not in vain.

  4. This came out the other day and I (among others) was busy with the anti-recall and the pre-trial. I watched it then, but after watching it now I have to say well done to Travis, Chris and to Reason as well. Good stuff for sure. I cross-posted it on the people’s cube as well. Kudos guys!

  5. I had never heard of your blog before the Kelly Thomas story.
Thank you for speaking up and all the work you have done, Fullerton owes you a debt of gratitude.
I still think Chris needs to run for office.

  6. This just in from the venerable LA Times: The LA Pension board is looking into officer Cicinelli’s $39,625 yearly “Disability” pension. He receives the pension TAX FREE! It was set at 70% of pay at the time because he was felt to no longer be able to be employed as a policeman.
However, Cicinelli found employment at the Fullerton PD hired by Chief McPension during his tenure even though he could not pass the physical exam!
So Officer Cicinelli receives the following: Pay $88,544 per year, Disability $39,625 tax free, overtime, benefits such as medical, dental, 20 year and out pension. The salary and disability payments to him are $128,169. Quite a tidy sum for a Corporal.
Go see the LA Times article, came out about an hour ago!

    1. In a sane and just world, disability payments would cease once the “disabled” person starts a new job. Of course we live in public worker union land where common since does not apply.

  7. These assholes don’t know the first thing about “the truth.”

The Real Truth only comes on FPD letterhead.

  8. Again you say things that aren’t true. Please Travis tell us exactly what Goodrich’s position is in the Police union and please explain why this position, whatever it is gives him a “political advantage”. Is that what you and the people of this website are worried about, a “political advantage”?

Chris, “I think there is clearly collusion”. Back it up with facts. You are starting to sound like Whittaker, when he hijacked that interview and said he believed there was a cover up because the cops lied in their reports. He also said he NEVER saw those reports, but firmly believes there was a cover up. He was asked SEVERAL times to back it up, each time dodging the question.

Please explain because I don’t understand why you (Chris, and Travis. Tony just hates cops) believe the Police union is powerful. What has the union done that is so crooked or mafia-like or anything that shows they bully people?

If the union is so powerful than please post all the raises and perks they have received the last few years because according to you the union is in collusion with the city. Not one person on this site including King Tony has posted any of that. Why?

Again, I will ask Travis to post Goodrich’s position in the union after saying it was “high up”. You don’t know do you?

Also according to your video, in the interview with Goodrich on 7/6/11 he said an investigation was going to happen and if there was any wrong doing that it would come out in the investigation. How is that a coverup? What did you expect him to say?

This just proves the motives of this website and the people that run it. It’s not about Kelly Thomas. It’s about using this incident to rally support for good of Bushala and his future endeavors. Endeavors that I’m sure include the likes Chris and Travis.

Travis, while your digging up Goodrich’s position in the union, please tell everyone your position in the city, how you got it and who gave it to you.

    1. Bruce Whitaker said very clearly that the information he received as a councilman varied wildly from what the DA saw on the recordings.

That is evidence of a cover-up.

In fact, the public received misleading information from the PD too. Scuffle, broken bones, McKinley saying the Coroner could not determine the cause of death.

      Lies. Cover-up. FPD.

          1. Yes, there was SUPPOSEDLY, an “internal” investigation that was taking place. Whatever happened to that??

            1. I thought so, I heard (hearsay) it was completed….is the public allowed to see results of a concluded internal
              investigation?
If so, how does one request the results?

    2. I do not know any tony bushla person. I do know lies and truths. Truth is Officer Cicinelli receives $128,169 in pay + overtime + benefits + retirement for being a corporal. Huge pay! You chose to not comment on that but try to make the blog about some Bushla guy I never heard of. Speak the truth, stop spreading untruths. Cite valid information not rumors or conjecture. When I say Pat McPension hired Cicinelli without him passing a physical. That is fact. Otherwise your posts are pure made up BS.
Goodrich gets over $125,000 per year as police spokesperson and does hold a position in the union unless they threw his big butt out recently.

    3. To A Small Gov’t Tangle:

Why don’t you get your nose out of your over-stuffed lying badged brethren Goodrich’s asshole!!!
That obvious tool of deception told the media that Kelly Thomas was resisting and putting up a fight and broke two officer’s bones. Retracted on that a week later. IN other words, he admitted he was bullshitting the media. Also stated that Kelly Thomas had legal docs that didn’t belong to him. Also FALSE!!!
Remember his “We got the wrong guy,” statement concerning the Veth Mam case? Another obvious lie. There was NO guy!

    4. why won’t you’re union say that they were the approved bullies hired by McKinley to patrol his college kid alcohol money traps, and they were wrong to kill Kelly Thomas you punk?

  9. Several good posts so far today.
All government agencies, federal, state, county, and city need to be brought under a strict policies and procedures criteria as a hiring condition and of employment.
Alluding to the statement that the new top cop in Denver will fire any cop for use of excessive force is blathering BS to get the job,and is the same rhetoric to be expected by McKinley and his trained insider “Hamilton”.
Hamilton is covering his ass by either being the smartest cop in the FPD or by being the abjectly dumbest of the bunch.
Has Hamilton made any public statements, since his appointment/ascension to the position of acting Police Chief?
There should be NO consideration for any present FPD personnel to become Police Chief.
Considering that such an action is being contemplated by the management and city council, when will the city council initiate and direct the city manager to hire a company to solicit a replacement for Chief Sellers?
Applicants should expect to be vetted to their childhood.
As a reminder ;;bring your BIRTH CERTIFICATE and a couple of baby pictures.

I DON’T WANT THE PEOPLE OF FULLERTON TO FORGET FOR A SECOND THAT THE REST OF THIS POLICE DEPT. AND INDIVIDUAL COPS STOOD BY AND CONDONED THE UNLAWFUL CONDUCT OF FPD cops RINCON AND OTHERS CHARGED WITH CRIMES AGAINST THE CITIZENS THEY SWORE TO SHIELD FROM EGREGIOUS UNLAWFUL AND DISGUSTING CONDUCT.

    PLAN “A” (good)
    1. Hire a new chief
    2. Immediately institute recommendations of the Gennaco investigation that opens the fiscal accounting of the FPD.

    Plan “B” (better)
    1. Hire a new chief
    2. Immediately fire him

    PLAN”C” (best)
    1. Fire all FPD personnel
    2. Contract all present FPD services to private contractors and the OC Sheriffs Dept.

There appears to be a very limited amount of communications by and between the FPD and city management, therefore a requirement for any sort of liaison between OCSD and the city management could be transacted by the contract administrator or directly to the city manager. This would eliminate a filter/shield for any claim of miscommunications.

Went back and read the Sun Herald article linked by vw type 53a.
The punch line is interesting that it states:

There has been no suggestion that Cicinelli’s injuries played a role in the Thomas incident.

    I’m going to fast forward a few years;
Jay Cicinelli will probably be in the same condition and possibly the same environment as Kelly Thomas existed. If he avoids prison time, who would hire this person? After prison time , this FPD protector of the “law and order ” citizens may be your next SERIAL KILLER. Maybe a partnership with Rincon for a sex angle and Mejia as a funding method.
What sort of crimes would this small three person gang specialize in?
    1.Extortion
    2.Kidnapping
    3.Carjacking
    4.Home invasions
    5.Hijacking (semi rigs)

    Question to the FPD?

Did and have all terminated personnel turned-in all uniform items and any other such items that in any way could be used to construe that they may be a member of a law enforcement agency or activity. This is a serious accounting and any items that are not physically accounted for should be referred to the city attorney and District Attorneys office

    1. They have no obligation whatsoever to comply with Mike Gennaco or supply him with any pertinent information. The Gennaco “investigation” is nothing more than a whitewash and a huge waste of taxpayer money.

      1. This case would be IMPOSSIBLE to whitewash! The reasons are that, first, you have the city video of what happened to Kelly Thomas. That is factual evidence. Second, you have Kelly Thomas’ medical records from a team of doctors at UCI Medical Center. That information is also factual and cannot be disputed. The MRI’s, X-rays, and the doctors findings are medical facts.

When Garo Mardirossian informed the public of the medical findings in a live news conference, I believe that made it impossible for ANYONE to ignore what truly happened to Kelly Thomas, including the DA! Gennaco cannot ignore the hard facts either!

      2. A knowledgable person I talked to recently told me that Gennaco does have access to the entire department’s personnel files. Hopefully this is true and his report will be far less of a whitewash than we fear.

        1. He has access to view anything they allow him to view. He won’t be able to do anything with the specifics of each file, but if he sees a pattern in discipline or hiring, etc, then he will refer to that in his overall report and suggest change. He won’t be able to change discipline, or fire someone that got 5 days for something, but he will attempt to recommend change for the future to tighten things up.

        1. You know that people walk out of the local jails everyday, all day, just like Matrice did right? Something happened to her but as long as the Deputies weren’t involved, it’s not their faults. Nothing says they had to give her money or get her a cab once she was cited out. If the deputies killed her and buried her in the forest, that’s another issue.

        2. Here’s a link to the story about MITRICE RICHARDSON.

“…The omissions continue. The report doesn’t contain a word regarding Lieutenant Chew’s e-mail that says Deputy Loureiro felt Mitrice was acting unusual and that he was uneasy about letting her go. There’s nothing about how the jail cell video was in Captain Martin’s desk drawer for more than three months while he denied its existence. In response to suspicions voiced by Mitrice’s family about the footage, the OIR report concludes that the deputy seen leaving the building after Mitrice couldn’t have abducted her because he was on official business with his partner and because Mitrice was seen several hours later in Monte Nido, yet the passage accounts for only a few minutes of the whereabouts of the deputy and his partner on the day Mitrice disappeared.”

  10. Hey Tangle,
    How about the word ‘predisposed’.
Well, the day may be coming at a future time, when a judge recognizes that the cop is lying and an order is issued that any testimony from this cop will not be accepted in his court.
There are judges that hold police officers in very low esteem and nearly every judge knows who they are.
There is no communications to the local Chief of Police to refrain from sending this lying sack of crap to that court again. What should happen is the judge charge the cop with perjury and set a hearing for the following Monday with bail to be determined at the hearing.
Until such time that judges recognize to the public and police departments in their jurisdiction that obfuscation and lying will not be tolerated and those commiting such acts will be accordingly reprimanded.
Don’t expect anything from the bench in a timely manner as the judgeships have internal problems with marital/spousal abuse, drug abuse, pedifiles, and the list goes on&on&on.
The entire judicial system in the US has deteriorated to being some sort of popular chronicler in its own definitions.
In todays world, liars and cheaters are the winners.

  11. It seems that everyone ignores the fact that after the criminal trial starts the civil suit. Fullerton is one of the cities cited by a Brandman University study that spends an inordinate amount of money as a percent of total city budget on fire and police costs. This causes very little to be available for other city services. After the lawsuits settled, there will be ZIP left in the coffers since there is NO insurance to cover the settlements. You can thank your city council and city manager for that decision. Sorta like driving your car around hoping no one hits you especially when you are lightin up!

    1. Does anyone (sincere question here) know what happens if there isn’t enough money to settle civil suits? What are the options for the winning plaintiff?
      Any attorneys out there?

  12. Protocols amongst these agencies are as big a laugh as stop signs in the mall parking lot.
These agencies many share a limited amount of data/information about third parties, but any information about anything internally is strictly off the table.

  19. Keep in mind, beside all the political bickering, Kelly was a poor young man that did not deserve to be murdered at the hands of the fpd

    1. “Kelly was a poor young man that did not deserve to be murdered at the hands of the fpd”

No one does. What happened to him can never be justified.

      1. It’s relevant to note that for a young man who was so poor, he made a HUGE contribution to society by exposing chronic lawlessness and corruption!

    2. We must never allow them to ignore or minimize this simple truth:
They beat a poor, defenseless, mentally ill and homeless man to death in the street. 6 of Fullertons finest against 1 of the most helpless among us.

They can tell us to wait for the trial and trust in the process, but we know this simple fact beyond any doubt.

Hamilton made one public statement around mid-August, a couple of days after he was appointed interim COP, in front of the City Hall entrance with media present. His statements were to eliminate any ideas of a ‘cover-up’ by his department (BS) and to justify why his officers get to review video and audio (DAR recordings) when writing their incident reports.
As Travis stated in this video posted, not one media person questioned or challenged Hamilton about allowing his officers to ‘cheat’ and review video. They didn’t even challenge him about a ‘Cover-up’.
Tavis is absolutely correct about media only wanting and willing to report “OFFICIAL” statements in which 90%+ are bullshit, when it’s coming from an FPD Spokeswad.

  21. Still enjoying the beach?! Murderers!? craig, hamton, cicinelli, wolfe, blatney, ramos. Not so much, huh, I will smile when I read about you all being led away in cuffs in the middle of the night by the feds.

  22. Sgt. Goodshit, really, is this what you wanted to be when you grew up, a lier, to disgrace your family name, what a joke you are! If you do not like it, lets go get wet in the rain, I’m game if you are fat boy.

  23. WANTED:

    Chief Michael Sellers.

    CRIMES:
-Medical insurance fraud. Faking a medical disability because he was too gutless to do the right thing when his six cowardly undertrained and demonic police officers decided to wrongly hassle a mentally ill homeless guy and in the end, murdered him with excessive force.
-Extortion. Taking all that tax payer money while he sits at home in his San Clemente estate.
-Failure to be a Chief of Police: Allowing Pat McPension to run the show from top to bottom with FPD, because McKinley is intimidating the the weak-minded like Sellers.

    1. Wrong Guy, you forgot to mention that Sellers is violating his contract, and the 3 blind mice are letting him violate his contract.

Remember, according to his contract Sellers had until October of 2010 to move to Fullerton. He should be fired and arrested for violating his contract with the citizens of Fullerton. If he lived in Fullerton, do you think he would be able to hide the way he’s hiding now?

Ergo, the reason police chiefs should like in the same city they works in is to be accountable to the residents especially during a time of crisis….!

      1. Comment correction:

  24. Thank you Jane, our first inclination was to share this honour with Kelly, My brother is a disabled vet, and Kelly has inadvertently caused me to learn more about schitzophrenia and PTSD he suffers from both of these disorders. Kelly Thomas has helped more people than he will ever know and I owe him a debt of gratitude.

    1. I’m very happy to hear that. My husband’s mother was schizophrenic, which wreaked havoc on the entire family. In those days good medication was still not developed and the result was traumatic for her and everyone around her.

I am a librarian by profession so finding out more about mental illness was easy for me. In addition to mental illness in some of my family members, I also dealt with the all kinds of mentally ill people, some dangerous too, on a daily basis when I worked in a public library. Even in the most extreme situations, I never saw the deputies use force, indifference maybe, but they were not forceful. Maybe that was because they knew they were standing in front of a public facility with lots of kids inside. That didn’t seem stop the FPD from killing Kelly in front of gazillion witnesses. Who knows? Those LA Co deputies are certainly not saints either. I’ve had my own personal not-so-good confrontations with them because I live in an unincorporated part of Whittier.

We owe Kelly Thomas a lot. Sometimes I believe that our society is asleep at the wheel, and worse, sliding in a dark period.

That’s why we have to protect the First Amendment by shouting the truth to people.

  25. ahh, c’mon Sgt. GoodLiar, this is a good opportunity for you to burn off some calories, “fat boy” at least send your B***H “R.I”. to keep me company.

  26. Ahhhh, Sgt. GoodLiar, and r.i. must be made of sugar and spice, maybe next time ladies, got to get on the road…….

  27. Jane H :I’m very happy to hear that. My husband’s mother was schizophrenic, which wreaked havoc on the entire family. In those days good medication was still not developed and the result was traumatic for her and everyone around her.

Jane H: You have my sympathies residing in that unincorporated area of Whitter, as I am aware of the ruthless Norwalk/La MIrada Sheriff division of L.A. County Sheriff is the law enforcement agency.
Talk about a badged gang of thugs…
I grew up in La Mirada and have family and friends in that Whittier/La Mirada area and everytime I drive through those areas, I see at least 3 sheriff cars, often together driving around in a stalking-like manner. Watch out for Deputies Maldado (over-weight middle-aged hispanic male), Deputy Carl J. Ann (pint-sized cop with a ‘small man’s complex’), Officer Tibbets (should be named Tubbits since he’s a fat over-stuffed 6′ 6′ pussy) or a Sgt. Libertone (should be called Liartone due to his BS).
Nomad could provide many more names of the no-goods on their staff, but let’s not put him on the spot. lol
With all that said, I truly believe that many of the LE agencies around here are going to be on ‘their best behavior’ since the corruption and cover-ups that have been exposed about the FPD by FFFF.
Way to go FRIENDS FOR FULLERTON’S FUTURE!!!
    YOU GUYS RULE!

    1. “I am aware of the ruthless Norwalk/La MIrada Sheriff division of L.A. County Sheriff is the law enforcement agency.
Talk about a badged gang of thugs…”

Thanks for the acknowledgement. Some of them are down right scary. I think I should have added Police and Sheriff Departments to my list of criteria when I was shopping for a house. But then again, would it have really made any difference?

  28. Disband the FPD aka Fullerton’s Proudest Disappointments. It’s the only way we are going to make a huge difference in this city. We need to show them and the Nation that we aren’t going to take it anymore!

  29. Has anyone been to DTF lately? I have not been to any of the restaurants, since July. I do miss them, but I refuse to go down town. I feel supporting the businesses there, would be supporting the city dumb asses as they created it.

  30. I don’t need FFFF to give me information. All I need to do is tune into the Council meeting. NOW WILL YOU JUST “SHUT UP”. there’s your disgrace. Who’s the Sheep?

  31. Perhaps you would like to experience your head being pummeled by the butt end of a taser, or your front door mistakenly kicked in at 2:00 a.m. Please post your name and address and maybe, just maybe, it will happen. Don’t expect big protest cropwds outside the PD if it happens to YOU!!

  32. Won’t get pummeled. I don’t don’t break the law and run from the cops. “Post your name and address”. So I can get a visit from you? What would you like for dinner?

  33. Sheep, EVERYONE breaks the law. The only thing is YOU have never been caught. No worries though, it will happen. I for one if you do get caught and beaten to death will protest for your family since by your post here, they will not..

      1. One for the Books-What can I say, I for one have NO RESPECT for any of the FPD. Until they come out and denounce the action of the 6 officers, they get no respect from me..

        1. I don’t think that will happen. I have heard that several officers have left the department. Do you know if that’s true? It’s really too bad that the bad cops make the entire department, and city, look BAD!!

          1. Wrong information again. Where do you get that info? From the voice in your head? They have medication for that.

        2. Do you know everyone at the PD? That is an ignorant blanket statement. There are plenty of good people at that organization that serve the community every day.

  34. SHEEP:

YOU SORRY-ASS LOOSER, your statement “It doesn’t matter what information is released or shown…….bs.etc….
All information that we’ve seen, either from this blog or other media shows what a bunch of corrupt lying idiots the FPD are and how careless the city council has been, along with that arrogant perpetraitor McKinley, who is still orchestrating all of this CRAP!
The theme of this particular post commends FFFF for revealing the TRUTH about what has been transpiring in terms of the lack of transparancy within the city of Fullerton and the Kelly Thomas incident was the perfect example of how a police department cannot admit to fault or guilt or any wrong-doing whatsoever and will lie to the media, as this video so correctly noted with Sgt. Liarich.
If you’ve got a problem with Tony, Chris, Travis or any of US, who are in the right and seeking proper justice, then get the fu*% off of this site and go play in the Big City Cops arena.

Actully, we welcome your whinery. It validates all the good that FFFF does.

    1. “If you’ve got a problem with Tony, Chris, Travis or any of US, who are in the right and seeking proper justice, then get the fu*% off of this site and go play in the Big City Cops arena.”

      I concur!!

    2. You wanted the cops involved hung before ANY investigation was done. How is that fair?
You praise the DA for his filings, yet you want the other 4 to lose their jobs when the DA said they didn’t do anything wrong. How is that fair?

What if someone accussed you of doing something illegal. Would it be ok of you were fired and your career ruined before it was investigated?

      1. “What if someone accussed you of doing something illegal.”

Is that a cross between cuss and accuse?

        Sorry, I couldn’t help it.

      2. The DA lies. There were two others who helped out. He chose to not indict them. The other two of the 4 were SILENT. In my book being silent is the same as not reporting a crime. Since this is a murder charge, the silent cops need to be charged too. Possibly the Feds will do it. Most people are happy with the two who were charged. By the way, the CIVIL lawsuit against the city will name all 6. No other city is dumb enough to hire any of them – they are considered a liability. So Fullerton, you are stuck with them!

    3. Which is it, get the fuck out or welcomed? Make up your mind wrong guy.

Anyone with a dissenting opinion is always attacked on this site. I find it amusing how intolerant you all are.

      1. You “find it amusing.” Well, I find it very HOPEFUL that there are many citizens who are intolerant of lying murderers, as well as intolerant of all of the enablers and sympathizers. Their opinions (lies) should be vigorously attacked. Do you think we will just agree with a liar?

  35. Do you all realize who is going to be the Mayor in 2012? How is he going to nap, with all the ruckas going on. Council member Hee Haw will have to tell everybody to “SHUT UP” so the Mayor can nap. Spare gavels for all…

    1. the pictures are tragic and look awful but they would heal? ?????????
      (coughing…..and
looking perplexed beyond words at my computer screen….)

  36. Did you mean to say “disrespect for government” when you said “disgrace for government”? If so, you are sadly mistaken – we respect government and the laws by which it operates; when those laws seem to have been abrogated, we protest.

I think you may be the person who will not change their views; for myself, while I have an opinion, I remain open to anything that will possibly amend that. The three silent “gentlemen” and others have been reluctant to provide anything that will accomplish that. It is they who seem not to be open to changing their views… As someone else said, I watch the city council meetings and what I have seen continues to reinforce the opinion I have at this time.

  37. Pretty funny.. 125×100=1250 and they are saying the anti-recall fundraiser was a success.. LMBO.. They say they’ve raised $20,000 to date and they hope to raise a total of $80,000.00.. Okay Sheep.. Open up that checkbook…

    1. No need to. The citizens of Fullerton understand how radical you all are whether or not you believe it. Tony and his cronies may get it on the ballot, but it will never pass. Get used to it. He can’t even get people from the city to man the recall posts. He is paying out of pocket to hire someone outside of our city to man the booths. What does that tell you about the movement…nobody cares.

      1. Fullerton residents only are allowed to collect signatures for a Fullerton ballot measure. That story you repeated about outsiders being paid to protest and collect recall signatures is part of the BS that the city councilman have spread through their cronies and congregants of their church. The other one being that Tony Bushala is the town bully. Anyone that actually knows Tony Bushala can tell you that he is around 5foot 9 and 165 pounds and smiles alot…hardly the town bully in any sane mind.

    2. Erin,
An easy way to multiply a number by 10 or 100 or 1000 is to add the zeros to the number. So 125 X 100 would be 12,500, not 1250.
      Check your work.

  38. “You are dumber than anyone could ever think and a disgrace to the citizens of Fullerton.”

Sounds like 5th grade writing. No, you are dumber than we could think. Really, the fact that you attack like that shows us some of depth of your own stupidity. A man was killed, for no reason other than so satisfy some blood lust. That is sick.

    1. Yah that’s right, he was killed to satisfy some blood lust. If you believe that than there is no hope for you anyway. I feel sorry for you, really I do.

      1. Oh please. Why were they so violent on that night? Is this what they are taught? To subdue, i.e smother, then do in for the kill with the butt of a taser?

Why did they kill Kelly? You sound like you know.

            1. According to the DA, Ramos intended to teach Kelly a lesson.. IMO, that was to kill him and bring his fellow officers aka brothers in to help which they did.

              1. Right, and Ramos said he was going to kill him? Please tell me EXACTLY what Ramos said. The DA said Wolf did not hear anything because he was looking through Kelly’s backpack. How did they other 4 know about Ramos’ “plan”. They responded to a call for officer needs help.

                1. Sheep, are you really that naive and/or gullible? In the 10-minute-long beating, Ramos punched Thomas in ribs and holding him down on the ground with one hand on his neck. Cicinelli arrived on scene, he kneed Thomas in the head and Tasered him four times and hit Thomas in the face with the butt of the stun gun as Thomas cried out for his father and begged for help. Ramos set in motion the events that led to Thomas’s death. “Now, see my fists? They are getting ready to fuck you up.” It’s all on video.. Hopefully when you see the video, you will have a change of heart.. Doubt it though, people like you don’t have one… Go kick a few puppies to make yourself feel better..

                2. The exact words I heard from the OCTA bus driver that witnessed Ciccinelli beating Kelly Thomas between the eyes with the butt of his laser gun, were that”Officer Ciccinelli looked like a carpenter hammering a nail repeatedly into Kelly’s skull.”

                3. No one beats someone for 10 minutes unless they want to kill them.. FAK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now you are pissing me off.. Come see me you worthless POS!! See these fists, they’re going to fuck you up!!!!!

                4. “if you don’t listen to me” is the end of Ramos’ quote. Why didn’t the DA say the whole quote?

It lasted 10 minutes because he fought.

I dont’ kick puppies, they’re too cute. I kick cats.

                5. Sheep, sure am.. Want to meet me somewhere so you can attempt to kick me.. Please Please Please…

                6. Real nice cop liker picking on women? Try me you little prick and I’ll do what your worst nightmare won’t do for ya!!!

                7. You and me both.. As far as I see it, this POS probably lures little boys and girls in the neighborhood to s/he home..

            2. I keep hearing that over and over. “Don’t fight with the police. Bad things happen.”

Well, it looks like bad things happen to cops too huh? Ask Ramos and Cicinelli about what kind of bad things are happening.

Times have changed. You guys need a new slogan. Here’s one:
“Don’t mess with the citizenry whom you purport to protect and serve. Bad things happen.”

            3. Cicinelli INTENDED to bludgeon Kelly eight times in the face with the butt end of a taser, even AFTER he was already UNCONSCIOUS. In fact, he CAREFULLY and METHODICALLY AIMED each blow and even bragged about it afterwards. If that is not intentional, I don’t know what is.

If you forcefully bludgeon someone eight times when they are already unconscious, you are INTENDING to kill him. This was not Cicinelli’s first rodeo. He knows what deadly force is and he used it on Kelly Thomas, a mentally ill man, who was outnumbered, outweighed and unarmed.

Kelly was also begging for his life up until the moment he became unconscious.

Kelly was also being suffocated by at least four overweight cops who were INTENTIONALY crushing Kelly’s chest with their combined weight, as Kelly fought and struggled to BREATHE!!

The lack of care for Kelly as he lay unconscious in the street, was also INTENTIONAL.

The threats made to Kelly to provoke him to run were INTENTIONAL.

The kicking of Kelly ribs was also INTENTIONAL.

The ignoring Kelly’s pleas for mercy was INTENTIONAL.

The officers who were watching Kelly’s murder and who did not stop this murder, and who did not stop Cicinelli from bludgeoning Kelly after he was already unconscious, were acting with INTENTION and this is unforgiveable.

I can’t think of one thing that was not intentional.

The officers are trained “professionals,” (so they would have us believe). They knew that what they were doing would cause Kelly’s death; they just didn’t care and they were confident that they would get away with it, without any questions being asked. They would be almost correct in that assumption, if it were not for FFFF.

A very big Thank you, Thank you to Friends For Fullerton’s Future for exposing the FPD to the world and for allowing us all to read the comments of LE posters here on this blog that reveal the self-excusing and brute mentality that is within LE.

              1. “Cicinelli INTENDED to bludgeon Kelly eight times in the face with the butt end of a taser, even AFTER he was already UNCONSCIOUS. In fact, he CAREFULLY and METHODICALLY AIMED each blow and even bragged about it afterwards. If that is not intentional, I don’t know what is. ”

If that isn’t bloodlust, I don’t know what is.

            4. Of course they didn’t mean to kill him. Any fool knows that would bring attention to them. They were out of control, not to mention stupid as all fuck, not unlike yourself.

            5. “Don’t fight with the Police. Bad things happen.”

Kelley Thomas was minding his own business when two piles of blue hogshit rolled up and began to harass and threaten him. California penal code allows a person to resist an unlawful arrest if that person feels his life is in danger.

Kelley Thomas would have been justified in overpowering those stinking pigs and killing every one of them after Ramos declared he was going to f*ck him up.

      2. Sheep, if you know why he was MURDERED then enlighten us.. Stop commenting on this blog if you can’t answer our questions..

        1. Erin:

Who made you King of this blog? Where do you get off telling Sheep to answer your question or stop commenting? WTF?

              1. What is going on with the posts admin? some are not showing up at the time I hit submit and then “some” show later and some vanish into thin air…

                1. I see my name in recent comments for this thread but when I click on it, I don’t see mine, either. A glitch, perhaps…

                2. Have patience dear Friends, I’ll bring this issue up to our IT dept. first thing tomorrow morning.

                3. FPD is redirecting the DNS so they can monitor the posts in real time and ID the posters.

Your McKinley tax dollars hard at work, again!

                4. Jane, it is true. I first noticed it Saturday morning. You can tell when they’re dping it because there will be a long pause to connect when you try to come here.

This is a standard ploy used by LE to monitor web traffic. They don’t even bother getting warrants anymore, thanks to the Patriot Act.

                5. Travis says no, you say yes.

                  I know it’s technically possible.

I have nothing to hide, although that probably doesn’t matter. And, I know about the Patriot Act working as a librarian after 9/11. The loopholes in it scare me. We are losing more of our privacy all the time.

                6. This little ‘ol blog is not in their line of sights anyway. The Occupy movement is taking up their time.

                7. Actually, Travis didn’t say they weren’t doing it, he said I have no idea what I’m talking about. I do indeed know exactly what I’m talking about. Three previous posts on this topic were deleted, either by admin or by FPD.

                8. Your comments aren’t disappearing. The threading on this blog post is broken for some reason. Your posts are showing up at the bottom.

There is no conspiracy here. Chill out.

                9. test email…my last email vanished again into thin out….after I post I am redirected to almost the top of the page..
when will this be fixed? what is going on?

                10. I just think it’s curious that RI was getting his ass whipped on Friday, then on Saturday the blog is broken. I don’t think it’s coincidence.

                11. If someone really cared about FFF going down, I’m sure they could hire someone to blow up this whole blog. I don’t think anyone really cares that much. Have you heard anything about Fullerton lately? Walk around Fullerton and ask them about the PD or the Kelly case or the city government. They will look at you like oh I heard something about Kelly awhile back but what’s that other stuff you are talking about? I told you long ago how this would all play out. It’s all played out exactly as I predicted. Personally, I still think going after 3 and not 5 could backfire in a big way on the recall efforts. Time will tell. The other 2 have you fooled.

                12. LOL! Boy, if that’s not someone whistling through the graveyard! RI, you’re not very good at anything you do on here, especially when you try to sound convincing that Kelley Thomas’ murder is just going to be swept under a rug.

I can’t wait to see the reaction when the video is released. Gonna be more riot control training, RI?

                  Scared much?

                13. You aren’t the boss of me LOL. I never said swept under the rug. You keep trying though. You just need to open your eyes to the other things going on in the world. You are failing to see that there are other opinions and other facts that support other views that just your biased, straight line one. You will learn someday.

The video is great. I think just about everyone that hasn’t seen it, including you, can almost say exactly what happened now. It won’t be that much of a surprise. I think you will be surprised to see what a fight it was early on. I think the video will be a plus for both sides at trial.

Riot control? that happens all the time. Just another day for PD’s around the world.

No. Not scared at all. You really think people are scared? If you do, that just shows how lost you are.

                14. “You aren’t the boss of me LOL.” I never said anything about being your boss, but since it’s the first thing you went to in your reply it’s like a flashing red light pointing to your insecurity. Afraid of civilians controlling you much?

“The video is great.” Every time you foul-mouthed imbeciles open your pie hole you reinforce the image of FPD being an out-of-control mob. I’m glad you like the snuff film, because there’s probably going to be one of you someday when the people’s tolerance has reached its end. And before you go yelling for an admin to complain about threats, I’m speculating what your fate is going to be, not advocating it.

Yeah, I think you’re scared. You know every day when you go outside in that uniform some whack job is liable to bust a cap in your ass, just like what happened in San Diego.

I can’t believe how loudmouths like you are allowed to represent a city, but then again Fullerton PD is definitely not an average police department, thank gawd!

                15. That’s why the LOL was in there. I said it laughing.

I forgot that you like to turn things I say. Great wasn’t saying in a comedy fashion, it’s great evidence for both sides. Nice try though.

I’m not scared. No one is scared. The two cops might be scared actually.

I have nothing to do with fullerton. 🙂

                16. “That’s why the LOL was in there. I said it laughing.”

And yet the reference to the boss appeared out of thin air. I think that’s what’s called a Freudian slip – it’s an unintentional revelation of the true feelings. LOL was thrown on as an attempt to cover the seriousness of the statement.

“I forgot that you like to turn things I say. Great wasn’t saying in a comedy fashion, it’s great evidence for both sides. Nice try though.”

Huh? This is like that newswoman who had a seizure on air – she began speaking gibberish. Have a seat before you pass out, you old fart! lol!

“I’m not scared. No one is scared. The two cops might be scared actually.”

Now it’s my turn: LOL! You sound like one of the Wayans brothers as the crap is pouring out your pants.

“I have nothing to do with fullerton”

Of course you don’t. I can change my screen name at any time, too! See?

                17. The other two showed signs of a pulse or a moral compass. The 3 lifeless boneheads will be gone.

                18. At least you are being honest. A pulse and a moral compass is about all I would give them too. They are going day to day to be politicians to try to keep both sides happy. They won’t do anything drastic like the Tony clan wants, and won’t do anything drastic the other way to piss off city government or police. Standard politics. They definitely aren’t doing anything that would dictate them not being replaced. Now or before everything started.

              2. LMBO- Sticks and stones may break my bones but names will never hurt me.. Oh wait.. I’m rubber your glue whatever you say bounces off me and sticks to you.. CIVILIAN POV Grow up and get your ass back to class..

      3. I do not agree that he was killed to satisfy some blood lust, but I do believe you are a narrow minded kid since I just read all your posts on this thread today. So now I have you classified as a TROLL and will just bypass anything you have to say.

        1. “Bloodlust is a desire for extreme violence and carnage, often aroused in the heat of battle and leading to uncontrolled slaughter and death.”

I didn’t say it was a conscious act. I think it became a frenzy once they started the beating.

  39. Sheep :You wanted the cops involved hung before ANY investigation was done. How is that fair? You praise the DA for his filings, yet you want the other 4 to lose their jobs when the DA said they didn’t do anything wrong. How is that fair?
What if someone accussed you of doing something illegal. Would it be ok of you were fired and your career ruined before it was investigated?

We did not need wait so long for the DA to tell us what happened. THe video tapes on youtube showed enough to know what happened. The fact that your asshole buddy Goodrich lied to the media and ignorant comments from Mayor Jones and F. Pat McKinley, minimizing the facial injuries to Kelly Thomas, etc.
The problem was FPD was obviously trying to circumvent an investigation by downplaying the incident, ie.. allowing all six cops back on duty until the media got wind of this and Goodpitch saying Kelly became violent, etc…
    Now shut your piehole, Bitchtroll!!!!

    1. The DA didn’t say they didn’t do anything wrong. He said they didn’t do anything he could prosecute them for.

      1) THe FBI isn’t done yet;
      2) If they violated FPD policy they will get fired.

      That’s the New Reality!

  40. If anyone here has any doubt as to why everyone on this blog is so upset, it’s because of what occurred in the last 9 minutes and 48 seconds of Kelly Thomas’ life! That tragic date in time will not soon be forgotten! It appears it has turned into a case of humanity versus inhumanity, which to me is unconscionable!

  41. Guys: Just ignore the idiots please. Arguing on the internet is like competing in the special olympics. 😉

@Sheep: If you truly believe what you are typing ignorance really must be bliss.

  42. He said “these are the hands that are going to fuck you up.” according to Tone Rackaukus. Coming from a badged law enforcement officer could and did exactly mean kill.
Responding to an officer needing help does not mean throwing a couple of knee drops on the one without a badge (and already subdued), then pummel him with the butt-end of a taser.
And what did Wolfe find in Kelly’s backpack? Nothing relevant. FAILED AGAIN!!!
Of course, in your shallow mind, that means nothing since it was law enforcement doing their job, right?

  43. He said “these are the hands that are going to fuck you up.” according to Tone Rackaukus. Coming from a badged law enforcement officer could and did exactly mean kill.

  44. Your wrong about what Ramos said. The DA did not complete the quote.

Hopefully when you see the video you will see the truth.

By the way I do have a heart, and I don’t kick puppies, they are too cute. I kick cats.

  45. That was not the complete quote by Ramos. The fight lasted that long because Kelly fought, otherwise he would have been handcuffed and taken to jail.

“People like me”, what does that mean? People that have a different opinion than you?

I don’t kick puppies, they’re too cute. I kick cats.

  46. Sheep :Your wrong about what Ramos said. The DA did not complete the quote.
Hopefully when you see the video you will see the truth.
By the way I do have a heart, and I don’t kick puppies, they are too cute. I kick cats.

Did you hear the audio portion of what Ramos said? If so, tell us.
If you did then you are an LEO of some form or fashion.
Come clean sheep. We are all together now…?

  47. Sheep :“if you don’t listen to me” is the end of Ramos’ quote. Why didn’t the DA say the whole quote?
It lasted 10 minutes because he fought.
I dont’ kick puppies, they’re too cute. I kick cats.

Because obviously even the DA was disgusted by Ramos’ actions and the ‘if you don’t listen to me’ was irrelevant. The DA mentioned Ramos was giving him some ‘Simon Says-like’ commands that would confuse anyone.
In other words, you ignoramous, Ramos did some very unnecessary provoking which US citizen WILL NOT tolerate!!!

  48. folks, don’t let sheep get to ya..
he’s just doing his troll job..

we all know we are here for the right reasons,
it’s not worth getting upset over the idiot comments..

    JUSTICE FOR KELLY..

  49. The one thing we all can be sure of is that Cicinelli and Ramos are charged with felonies. Seeing them act like scared little sheep on Friday was sweet! VIVA Kelly Thomas!!!

    1. i’m sure the closer we get to the trial, and the fbi’s findings, the trolls are going to come fast and furious..

we can play with them?? or ignore them..

but pls don’t let them bother you..

they certainly aren’t worth it!! 🙂

    2. Cic and Ramos are acting like scared little sheep Friday because they KNOW what their lawyers have said to them. And frankly, its not too good.
Cicinelli’s pension is being looked into, his salary from FPD has been terminated.
How will he pay his enormous attorney’s fees?
Ramos has 5 mouths to feed – 5 kids and his salary was terminated.
They are truly scared sh*tless. Reality has set in. They can no longer be hired by any police force in Western US except maybe Spokane!
Now other police like Sgt. Goodlie need to see this for the reality of life. Screw up royally and you get the same treatment! That’s life!

  50. VIVA Kelly Thomas.. Thank you Friends For Fullerton’s Future for staying true and not allowing the City corruption to deter you from the fact that our city is in need of restoration when it comes to the Fullerton Proud Disappointments and the lack of leadership by the 3 blind mice. May Jones, Bankhead and McKinley rot in hell for the rest of their pathetic lives..

  51. Sheep :
Right, and Ramos said he was going to kill him? Please tell me EXACTLY what Ramos said. The DA said Wolf did not hear anything because he was looking through Kelly’s backpack. How did they other 4 know about Ramos’ “plan”. They responded to a call for officer needs help.

That’s the DA’s side of it. Wait for the FBI’s charges. 😉

  52. The New Reality :
The DA didn’t say they didn’t do anything wrong. He said they didn’t do anything he could prosecute them for.
    1) THe FBI isn’t done yet;
    2) If they violated FPD policy they will get fired.
    That’s the New Reality!

Actually, the FBI is done and ready. Unfortunately their hands are tied until the DA’s case is through. This is FAR from over.

  53. Well, , , Let’s see…..This is the first time the DA has charged on-duty officers (two of them) with murder or the lessor charge of murder. So, I tend to think the evidence is overwhelming that they were the wrong doers. The DA HAS the video, so I tend to believe his version of what happened. Kelly did not do anything wrong, or those officers would not have been charged,

The FBI has finished their investigation and will charge 3 officers with crimes (probably Wolfe, along with Ramos and Cincinelli).

Cincinelli is also being investigated by LAPD for collecting a 70% disablity pension, while working at the same job with another department. (bad move)

The FPD Internal Investigation and Outside Experts reports findings have not reported as completed yet, but it’s a safe bet at least two officers will be fired for violating departmental policy for beating Kelly above the neck and also after he was unresponsive. Ramos and Cincinelli already have had their pay STOPPED.

So sheep, , do you really think you know more than all of the agencies involved listed above? That includes those officers bosses, whom I think know what they’re talking about, , NOT you!

  54. I am a black sheep
    hear me
    bah bah bah bahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
    fuck the wolves
i will were your skin as a coat

  55. LOL love this sight. Such great entertainment on a rainy day.

I think the only hope to satisfy any of the FFF clan and activists is to hire an outside Police Chief. Problem is that no matter who is hired, the groups will have issues and that Chief won’t have an open opportunity to make the PD a great PD for the city, the residents, and the employees. Without that trust and confidence, the Chief has no shot. Staying with Hamilton won’t work for that group either. Both options will work with a majority of the community. So the answer is…..no one knows. That’s why it’s very quiet right now. You can almost hear a pin drop.

You will hear the vocal people at any city council meeting in any city. Go to five of the surrounding cities and you will hear the same type of people. City leaders are immune to that and they barely hear the radicals talk anymore. So Fullerton is the same in that regard.

I still think cops with 5 years or less will all leave, and some already have. Cops with seniority will stay and they will be there until they retire. So the base of the PD won’t change. A proven outside Chief is a great option in my eyes. I don’t think Fullerton is the right City to disband and go Sheriff’s. Fullerton wants personal attention, a commitment, a passion, a love from their employees. I think Fullerton has the potential for that with their own PD, but will lose most of that if they go Sheriff’s.

Time will tell. Will be interesting to watch. I have an image of what Fullerton will be like in 10 years. I’ll be back in 10 years to let you know. 🙂 I do enjoy the bantering here though. 🙂

    1. “That’s why it’s very quiet right now. You can almost hear a pin drop. ”

What are you talking about? I think it’s almost supper time on a Sunday. Nobody’s dropped the ball.

An outside chief is the way to go, IMO.

        1. Like the new Denver Chief said he will do? You’re right, the candidate has to have a proven record. Are there any?

          1. That ffff and this group would approve of? No. But they would approve of the OCSD Captain running things either. What then?

    2. And maybe Hamilton doesn’t want the job right now. (?) I’m imagining that Cabo looks mighty tempting to him right now….

  56. STAND UP :

    STAND UP :
    I am a black sheep
    hear me
    bah bah bah bahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
    fuck the wolves
i will were your skin as a coat

    bah bah

    We are poor little lambs
    that have lost our way
    baa baa baaaah
    lol
I have the whole series on dvd. :p

    1. Yea wow. Some radicals in here today. I’m usually the only wild one in FFF’s eyes. Some crazy drugs last night here I guess. Or maybe a night in DTF made people nuts? 🙂

  57. Reality Is :
Yea wow. Some radicals in here today. I’m usually the only wild one in FFF’s eyes. Some crazy drugs last night here I guess. Or maybe a night in DTF made people nuts?

Well in their defense, sheep was being quite the antagonist. But still, I was tripping earlier while it was happening. LOL.

  58. Ya know what? At this point it is what it is. I have been there and seen it. This whole thing makes my stomach turn. At this point I am happy to just be there for the Thomas family and pay attention to what happens in court.
You all can banter back and forth all day long, but I will be at every hearing in person so unless you care to do the same you can bite me.

God bless you Trav and Chris (and Tony for that matter) for all that you do. It means a lot to me, and to others here in the community as well. See y’all (or not) on Dec 16th.

  59. CIVILIAN POV :
I’ve seem her – she is definatley NO queen.
Well, Queen of the trailer park maybe.

Her heart is in the right place, don’t resort to insults.

As far as chronological posts goes, it doesn’t work that way…if you want a timeline use the rss or click the “about” button at the top of the page. 😉

  60. Back on track (Don’t feed the trolls)…

Well done, Chris and Travis! Clear, concise and to the point while remaining very heartfelt, sincere and genuine. You echo the thoughts and feelings of many of us. Bravo, Gentlemen.

  61. Video of Oakland PD shooting a cameraman with a ‘rubber’ bullet, even after he repeatedly asked “Is this okay?”

‘Reality Is’ will undoubtedly say this was ‘a good shooting.

    http://youtu.be/I0pX9LeE-g8

‘Rubber’ bullets are metal with a thin rubber coating. They have killed and seriously injured people, a fact known to the policeman who fired this shot. Obviously, he doesn’t care whether the person lives or dies.

  62. Actually, this little ‘ol blog IS in ther line of sights. If you haven’t noticed, they’re spending an inordinate amount of time in here defending FPD policies. The true motivation is to heckle and harass, but officially they use the excuse it’s a “security issue.” You’re looking square in the eyes of one of the most corrupt city PDs in all of California.

I’ll tell you a little more about what FPD is doing, and they’re not the only ones doing it.

That “Reality Is” idiot is not one person – it’s a screen name used by FPD to maintain a presence on this blog. The other day ‘he’ claimed to be posting from a training class. Wrong! He’s sitting at a computer terminal in FPD’s cybercrime dept, intentionally haranguing posters on this blog. They hand off to another poster when their shift ends.

It’s time people woke up to the reality that this country has become a police state. This blog is a perfect example of how that manifests itself.

      1. Not me, Titan of Truth. FPD is no different from all mid- to large-size PDs that have cybercrime units. It’s the latest thing for cops to have undercover operations like Perverted Justice for child pornography investigations.

The only problem is when they begin using their taxpayer funded operations to come into blogs like this one and begin to harass people exercising their constitutionally protected freedom of speech.

‘Reality Is’ is an example of a government operative waging psyops against private citizens.

        1. You are partially right on the current PD’s. Some PD’s have wire taps going 24.7 in hidden rooms of the PD’s. Most PD’s have undercover teams. Most have officers on state teams, or county teams. There are things that you have no idea are going on. I can assure you that Fullerton could give a shit about this blog from a PD perspective and they could care less what anyone says on here. They aren’t wasting their time monitoring this blog. The most they did was monitor the protests for any rebels in case things turned for the worse. That’s over now and it’s nice and quiet. PD is back to normal business.

  63. Your comments aren’t disappearing. The threading on this blog post is broken for some reason. Your posts are showing up at the bottom.

There is no conspiracy here. Chill out.

    1. gee travis, if the blog is screwing up and is “Broken” (your words) why would you tell people to “chill out”? …what would you expect them to think after being a regular reader or poster of this blog?

sounds like you need to chill out.

  64. There’s a big difference between an imaginary conspiracy, as you are implying, and the wholesale warrantless spying being conducted on everyone in this country.

You surely remember the large number of cases of identity theft a few years ago? Millions of names and personal information were being lost due to laptops being stolen from homes and cars, even reels of magnetic tape holding account records of veterans stolen from a delivery van.

    Just random theft, you say?

Try TIA. The ‘government’ is building a massive database of names and personal information with the goal of building a universal repository of the identity of everyone in this country.

Classified software is being used to make connections between known and unknown persons in the pursuit of terrorists; now it’s being used to keep track of U.S. citizens and their social, business, and family connections.

The details of the software being developed by NSA were briefly mentioned in 2002 and 2003 by online sources, and then disappeared. But here’s a site from that period that is still available, but doesn’t show how the software graphically connects seemingly unrelated individuals.

    http://www.mcgoverngreene.com/archives/archive_articles/Craig_Greene_Archives/tracking-terrorists.html

Another tool that was being developed by Sandia Labs, as I recall, was profiled in 1999 by the BBC online. It was software that can take 10 or 15 minutes of speech by a person and then make a template for that voice so anyone can then speak with that person’s voice. In the demonstration the reporter could not distinguish between the actual person speaking and the artificial voice.

Other versions of that software are now available online, but apparently not as sophisticated as what was in the article.

Another trick government agents use is to redirect the computer of a target and mimic actual web sites, then insert specific pictures or articles intended to direct or lure someone to a desired location where either probable cause for a warrant is established (as in the case of child pornography investigations), or spyware is inserted into the target’s computer (as in the case of espionage investigations).

While working for a DOE contractor I even saw the FBI send agents on base posing as Russian visitors in hopes of luring a suspect to attempt to make contact.

Although the methods employed by the government to legitimately protect national security are justified, like everything else it can be abused to harass, intimidate and incarcerate innocent people.

  65. Kelly Thomas had been butchered by the Fullerton police department and corrupt politicans.
You were raped by the City of Fullerton and the you were raped by Orange County District Attorney with a powerful cop unions behind.
You can’t rewind a watch or rewrite history. You just have to go forward and that’s what we’re trying to do in Fullerton.
Fullerton and Orange County are yours. It your world and it is what you make of it.
    Vote your heart out.

  66. Sorry to get back on topic…

I just watched this. Outstanding interviews.

This video should be mandatory viewing for students going into the fields of journalism, political science, public administration, or criminal justice.

  67. Friday “Reality Is” was being soundly beat up on by half the people in the room. Saturday the blog was broken.

    Coincidence?

      1. I said ‘beat up on’ as opposed to ‘beat up,’ a small but significant distinction that went right over your snout.

      1. I was posting with different screen names to see if they would go to the bottom where they belong.

You, on the other hand, were posting because you’re on the clock wasting taxpayer money with your piggish humor.

Blue Balls of Hogshit, or Corrupt Cop. Decide.

  68. Hey. Conrad Murray got found guilty of involuntary manslaughter. Now you can see what will happen to Cicenelli if he is found guilty. The jail time was discussed and the reasons why. About a year in jail if guilty? Crazy. DA Cooley explained it. The changed laws minimizing jail time is a disgrace and will jeopardize long term public safety. Prepare now for the max jail time possible in the Fullerton case too.

    1. I am not followimg you, are you suggesting both cases/ defendants (if found guilty) will get the most jail time or probation?
What amount of time do you see Murray serving, if any at sentencing?

      1. No. The laws with over crowding and all the other BS limits jail time for everyone. Just like Lohan last night. 30 days meant zero time. Conrad Murray was found guilty of a felony, involuntary manslaughter. He will get max of 1 year, but could possibly just get home confinement. He will probably do about 8 months in jail though. Amazing huh? A felony now doesn’t even do any time in state prison. Unheard of. California is a mess. Just so all the conspiracy theorists don’t think it’s a setup on the Kelly case, this is the same charge that Cicinelli is charged with so max will be 8 months there too, probably less. Wild.

        1. Conrad Murray was convicted of a non-violent crime. The FPD cops were charged with violent crimes. They’re not going to get off easy.

          1. Listen to the judges speech. Danger to the public. Committed murder. Lock him up. Same exact thing. Watch and see.

        2. Cicinelli will have his fake eye removed as he’s put into prison, leaving another hole for his soon-to-be husband/lord/master to rape.

Ramos is brown skinned, so he won’t make bitch – it’s punk for him. If he’s lucky they’ll only give him the Mongol rape: a slit through his abdomen just big enough to make a tight fit.

          1. cissinelly will be in PC with other piggie snitches. he will probably get double good time like Mehserle. all the CO’s will line up to shake his hand. only the feds will ever come close to punishing them.

  69. Anonymous :I LOVE the memorial! Great picture of love and support for Kelly and his family.

Looks like a ‘memorial’ for every drunken gang banger who gets killed on the highway. Are there White port bottles and packs of Newports there along with the balloons?

  70. Erin :Sheep, EVERYONE breaks the law. The only thing is YOU have never been caught. No worries though, it will happen. I for one if you do get caught and beaten to death will protest for your family since by your post here, they will not..

Everyone breaks the law? speak for yourself dumbass. Only an idiot makes a statement like that.

      1. You go girl. We talk just alike. We represent Fullerton well. Wait until we both run the place and talk this way from the dais. We will rule Fullerton like Quirk does now.

  71. The murder of Kelly Thomas at the hand’s of certain members of the Fullerton P.D. is a tragedy beyond comprehension and the officers involved must be punished to the fullest extent of the law.

However, the citizens of Fullerton need to be aware that FFFF blogger, TONY BUSHALA (the individual who is funding the recall movement and using CHRIS THOMPSON as his paid $$$ front man, because, for whatever reason, Tony chooses not to speak for himself), is using this tragedy to further his own agenda, and most importantly, to line his own pocket$.

GET ALL THE FACTS PEOPLE! Here are some of them:

    a) TONY BUSHALA is a multimillionaire real estate “developer” who was given his money by his multimillionaire parents.

    b) Tony has used some of mom and dad’s money to secure cushy “development” deals with the help of votes in his favor from members of the Fullerton City Council (including council members he is now trying to recall). These cushy deals helped make multimillionaire TONY even richer! These cushy deals are part of the Fullerton City Council record and as such are available to the public for review – read them.

    c) Now that the current Fullerton city council members will no longer “play ball” with Tony by handing over still more cushy development deals, TONY has turned on them and wants them out of office.

    d) Being the man of great character that TONY is, he has sunk to the lowest of lows by using the death of Kelly Thomas to misdirect the understandable anger of Fullerton’s citizens away from the police officers who killed Kelly, and toward the city council members who refuse to keep handing out the cushy development deals $$$ that Tony so desperately craves.

    e) TONY BUSHALA’S plan, his end-goal, is to fill the city council with people who will do his bidding. Tony will use his family money to finance the campaigns of individuals running in the next election for the Fullerton City Council who will support his insatiable greed by voting in favor of all the sweet development deals Tony want$.

    g) A special recall election will be expensive. Who will pay for it? You the citizens of Fullerton – with you hard-earned tax dollars. You pay, and TONY BUSHALA profits. What a guy!

    f) TONY ISN’T DOING THIS FOR KELLY THOMAS – HE’S DOING IT TO GET EVEN RICHER THAN HE ALREADY IS – IT’S GREED & EGO, PLAIN AND SIMPLE, FOLKS – AND YOU ARE THE PAWNS IN HIS GAME.

I suggest that those of you who read this blog site redirect some of your energies away from the three council members Tony wants recalled and instead direct your energy to finding out more about TONY BUSHALA:

In all his years in Fullerton, what has Tony Bushala done to better the quality of life in Fullerton for all its citizens?

In all his years in Fullerton, what has Tony Bushala done to help the homeless population? For example, has he volunteered to work in any of the local church-run soup kitchens that feed Fullerton’s homeless?

In all his years in Fullerton, what elected public offices has Tony Bushala held (or run for) out of his concern for the welfare of Fullerton’s citizens?

In all his years in Fullerton, how many times has Tony Bushala volunteered to sit on any civic committees which provide input to the city council regarding needed community parks, the senior center, the library, city street safety issues, community services, etc?

AND LASTLY: DUE TO THE MURDER OF KELLY THOMAS, THE CITY OF FULLERTON HAS A NEW “TASK FORCE ON HOMELESSNESS AND MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES” WHICH MEETS ON THE FIRST AND THIRD THURSDAY OF EACH MONTH. ALL CITIZENS OF FULLERTON ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND. DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY OF THESE MEETINGS TONY BUSHALA HAS ATTENDED? I DO. THE ANSWER IS: NONE. N*O*N*E – NONE – >>>>NONE<<<<<

Wake up citizens of Fullerton to the fact that you are being used as pawns in Tony Bushala's greed & ego game and to the fact that Chris Thompson is Tony's well-paid mouth piece.

  72. “All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing.” Edmund Burke
Why do we have to keep learning that the hard way?
Bloodstain has its own unique memory. Justice for Kelly Thomas.

  73. Didn’t Goodrich state that two policemen suffered broken bones? Which policemen suffered these broken bones? Which bones were broken?

  74. As the mother of a 29-year-old mentally ill man who is homeless by choice, I appreciate so much your work on behalf of Kelly Thomas. It appears to me that some investigative work needs to be done on the OC coroner also.

  75. Wow, I have never seen this much fighting over to what degree cops are dirty in one place before. It might be reasonable to take as judicial notice that all cops are dirty, because, that is the nature of gangs; it’s not your mothers police force, it’s a gang gone paramilitary. I wonder why I am being given the ‘Dr. Dunseth’s maid’ treatment. All I did was give the Thomas’ a gorgeous coffee table book about their kid, to sell for the benefit of their cause. Next thing I know, everyone on their website is verbally punching me out for it, with Ron’s endorsement, calling me a nut case to echo Ron’s sentiments, and no one, especially not Ron, has even bothered to view the book. The ‘Dr. Dunseth’s maid’ story is a much quoted criminal case in Switzerland, his oldest son died in an avalanche, and was never found, then poor Dr. Dunseth lost his son in law, to yet another mysterious disappearance, that left his daughter a widow, then the poor man, had to raise his grandson who suffered mental illness. And to make matters worse this upstanding socially conscious pillar of the community, sponsor of so many galas for so many causes, was impugned by his maid who told the authorities that he fired her because she confronted him for injuring his grandson in ways that were not immediately apparent to the casual observer, plus she claimed, in her accusations, that he had often put the very same allergy provoking foods attributed to the child’s poor mental state, in reach of the child, while providing no options. The child was then, according to the maid, vilified for partaking of the forbidden fruits. Poor Goodly Dr. Dunseth, so much to be burdened with, and now an indiscrete maid who lies! Unspeakable lies, she even had the audacity to claim that she had come upon Dr. Irreproachable Dunseth, and his daughter, in the sauna, doing you know what! The story ends with it being discovered, by the authorities, that Dr. Dogooder Dunseth, had in fact killed his oldest son, his son in law, and was the father of his grandchild. Kelly is not, nor are the Thomas’ quoted, at all, in the book that I wrote, Kelly is simply depicted warmly, as those who loved him remember him, yet I am being denounced venomously by his family. Just the way Dunseths maid was for her message, I never even had a message, just a gorgeous depiction in book form. It makes me wonder, a la “Me thinks the lady doth protest too much.” -Carolyn

  76. People, are you aware that a lot of what you are saying here is actionable criminally. Stop threatening each other, really, don’t invite a visit to jail. Cops are on this site, they have nothing better to do than take your free speech the wrong way. Here is the bottom line, those police knew Kelly, therefore, they acted deliberately, as opposed to being out of control, which would imply an unpredictable situation which would justify ‘losing it;’ they knew what to expect from Kelly, and they murdered him for that very reason, because they knew that it was ‘safe’ to do so, and that they would get away with it. None of them lostit. It surpised them to know that they are going to prison for murder instead. Thank God. And, bad things happen when you stop fighting, he was not conscious when they killed him. Never stop fighting.

  77. Fortunately the Sociopaths of Fullerton’s sysop blocked this site from emailing me: bless you my child. I appreciate that you want to be helpful. I have plenty of self appointed body guards covering my back, There are some very high quality people among the homeless, and being homeless all know how to fight, who survived the police. I am not in danger, here is the problem posed by your willingness to volunteer as back up to me efforts, you would have to be willing to sit in a parking lot all night in sub freezing weather as a homeless person: in gang territory. Rather than doing that, which takes a considerable amount of preparation, and law scfhool would not hurt: (a martial arts degree is handy to have as well) could you keep doing what you are doing from your living roon, with the small addition of 86ing the hate speach and death threats on your site, if you do not do it, the FBI will do it for you, and no one wants that. You do not have to stand between the Kellys and the cops. I do that for you. You will do it for yourselves when you are ready. Thanks to Ron Thomas, as much as he hates me, he is doing everything possible to get you to see the problems posed by dirt-bags-in-blue. I like the site, because it’s objective and gives both, well, all sides, but the commentators are drunk, or cops, or sociopaths (or all of the above). No one needs that. I do want to say one last thing before I leave you to your own devices. About the lady who comments that her kid wants to be homeless’ we don’t know because he has no voice, the voice of homelessness is the voice of the pople who profit from it. I interviewed fifteen thousand homeless people and one thousand cops. all of hte homeless people said that they would do Anything to get off of the street, that it started with a false arrest, and that once one is venued into the corrections system there is no getting out: grist for the arrest mill. All of the cops said that homeless people like to be homeless. All of the cops pad their ticket quotas at the end of the month with camping tickets, all of the homeless people get at least 40 camping tickets per year, some got as many as four hundred, camping tickets per year, Do the math, could the cops be ticketing the homeless to justify their unearned budget? What law enforcement purpose is served by ticketing and old homeless guy twice a day every day for camping., Doug got forty camping tickets in one month. Raj got almost as many. But usually the homeless are targeted to pad felonies because felonies result in a stripe, resisting arrest being the most popular. (That’s when the cop comes up behind the unsuspecting homeless person and beats him into unconsciousness or kills him, for no other reason than to get a free felony arrest, he then conjures the cause and his buds conjure injuries sustained while beating an unconscious man to death, We have Ron to thank for publicizing that fact. Ron, You Rock! what happened to Kelly happens to the kids of mom’s who believe the cop party line; that their kid wants to be out there in freezing weather with trash bags for a coat, What happened to Kelly happens every night all over America hundred of times. It happened a lot more last night because KFI,( more hate filled talk radio) did a show stating that all homeless people are crazy drug addicted drunks who will attack you with a knife if you don’t give them money for booze. Hence the cops were free last night to go out and feel justified in Killing more Kelly’s/ Unfortunately the general populous was free to justify it as well, and they stabbed a homeless woman in her sleeping bag, as a reprisal; she turned out to be an undercover cop, they then threw her off of an over pass. this group of KFI fans had been throwing dogs to their death and upgraded to people. Thanks. There are an average of 14 cops killed every 24 hours in America, most of them are undercover cops, mistaken for the criminals or by the criminals who they impersonate, or worse they are killed in the right of passage that allows people to justify killing the homeless, thanks to the likes of KFI, More Hate Filled Talk Radio, and Sociopaths of Fullerton: A Hate Blog.

  78. My question/comment is simple. Is it just me. But a parents job starts from the birth of thier child till death of either of child or parent. Which means no matter what a parent NEVER gives up on thier child. So I
I personally see that the father of this child didn’t care to do anything until there was a spotlight on him. May he enjoy his fame at the price of the son he threw to the wolves. Recall the parent not anyone else

    1. You need to learn more about mental illness. You need to learn that parents can not follow their adult children around town 24/7, as much as they would like to, -and as much as they try to. Most of us never give up, and we always continue to have great hope. Most have tried everything that they know how to do, but it is not always enough.

If the family can’t get a mentally ill “child” to go to the hospital, or to see a doctor, and the police department won’t help to transport them to the hospital, then what can the family do? In some cases, the family may lose track of the “child” if he wanders very far from away from home. Families often spend countless hours, days and nights, searching for their mentally ill loved ones.

There are also families who do abandon their mentally ill loved one, due to not understanding the illness at all, or because of the stigma attached to mental illness. Some parents are also very ignorant about mental illness and think their “child” must be on drugs, etc., when, in fact, that may not be the case at all.

You need to learn that the FPD officers will not transport mentally ill patients to the hospital for a psych evaluation on a 5150 WIC, -even though they can, and they should. If a person is a danger to self, or others, or gravely disabled (which means that he can not provide food, shelter or clothing for himself, or formulate a plan of care for himself, has lost a lot of weight, etc.), he can be taken to a hospital for a psych evaluation on a 5150 WIC. The FPD does not seem to want to do this.

Instead, it seems that they prefer to harass, threaten with bodily harm, torture, abuse and murder the weakest among us-the helpless, mentally ill citizens. Trained public servants,- officers, who have taken an oath to serve and protect, -murdered a mentally ill man that they should have helped. They should have taken him to a hospital for a psych evaluation and to be stabilized back on meds. They absolutely knew Kelly Thomas, and they absolutely knew that he was mentally ill. If they thought he was so dangerous to others- then they should have taken him to the hospital for an evaluation and meds.

You need to learn a LOT of things. Please take some free NAMI classes and go to some family support group meetings. Try talking to some families of the mentally ill. Try talking to the mentally ill people themselves and see if you can talk them into taking their meds or convince them to go to see a doctor, or see if you can get them to go home, or to take a shower, or change their clothes, or do ANYTHING that they don’t want to do.

They are not well, they don’t think clearly, and they usually don’t understand that they are even ill. They don’t have a good short term memory, they can’t remember a list of even just two or three items, they can’t follow instructions very wel at all, they can’t process information very well or very quickly.

They lack motivation, they do not enjoy the things that they used to enjoy before they became ill, and they are confused and frightened. They have difficulty tuning out normal background noises such as birds singing, doorbells ringing, phones, vacuums, dishwashers, t.v.’s, radios, the hum of a clock, the dog tags clinking together on a dog’s collar, the noise from traffic/cars/shopping cart wheels, etc. They may have constant voices inside their head that are very difficult for them to tune out.
They are very sensitive to touch, sound, and light. They often are paranoid and do not trust anyone.

They don’t understand that they need meds; therefore, they don’t want to take them. After a hospitalization and being on meds for awhile- they start to feel better-and then, they think they no longer need the meds, so they stop taking them. They also forget to take them, or forget IF they already took them. They are often paranoid and believe that they are being poisoned by their meds, so they refuse to take them. It is a vicious cycle. Meds help, but the meds do not, by any means, eliminate all of the cognitive deficits.

They may need to be hospitalized to be stabilized on their meds; however, the FPD won’t transport them to a hospital and the parents are usually not able to get them to go to a hospital, or get them to take the meds, against their will.

Parents can not lock up their adult child in the house 24/7. It is impossible. They will climb out the windows, sneak out in the middle of the night, etc. They often like to walk a LOT and to be outside. Sometimes, they do not want to be inside a house at all.

Parents are often told to “kick your mentally ill adult/”child” out of the house” so that the mentally ill adult will “get into the system.” However, this is very bad advice since the police often (depending on which city/county you live in) will not take the mentally ill person to the hospital for an evaluation; instead, they will shoot them, beat them up, and take them to jail or the morgue. The jails have become the replacement for the psychiatric hospitals.

Most parents do not give up on their “children,” however, the system that is in place right now does NOT give nearly enough support to families to help them get the needed medical/psychiatric care for their loved ones who suffer from severe mental illness.

  79. “Narcissism is a condition of excessive self-centeredness that entails the inability to critically assess one’s self and others from a rational perspective. When it attains a serious enough level it is manifested by an effective denial of reality, an inflated sense of entitlement, and an almost complete lack of empathy for others. The narcissist sees himself as perfectly formed and thus he must ascribe blame to others for his own failures and shortcomings.

I believe this description fits Mr. McKinley quite well, as evidenced by his refusal to even offer a token apology for all the serious problems in your police force, a force that he appears pleased to have assembled. I notice that lawless police officers that he hired and trained himself are deemed to be “aliens;” the concept of extra-terrestrials invading this man’s police department sounds ludicrous to us, but not to him. Since the idea that poor decisions on his part is not”
    -Dr. Ott

They usually have a hodge podge of mixed issues.

And why did they close all those mental hospitals a long time ago. Because they were a “Horror Show” Kelly was a victim of that too.

      1. I should mention that the thin blue line of self preservation, and coverup, has been fortified over the years. It is now stretched all the way from the D.A.’s office… to the FPD…to our city hall, mayor, council members, city manager, etc.

  80. all?thefacts :
Wake up citizens of Fullerton to the fact that you are being used as pawns in Tony Bushala’s greed & ego game and to the fact that Chris Thompson is Tony’s well-paid mouth piece.

Tony Bushala doesn’t have trumpets blaring and cameras rolling or reporters chronicling his every act of kindness which are many. Tony Bushala also doesn’t have the blood of innocent people killed or tortured on his hands, or the mental anguish of those who have been falsely imprisoned or sexually assaulted by the Fullerton PD on his conscience either.
All three of these weasels/City Councilman have directly accepted political support, and financial backing by the members of the Fullerton PD, via the Fullerton Police Officers Poiltical Action Committee, and haveknowingly covered up the FPD corruption for many years. I call that obstruction of justice and I find that intolerable and more despicable than your defense of their actions.

    1. This kind of media outlet is worth its weight in gold. One of the keys to a free people is a free press. We still have one in our town. May others follow the lead into the future. The nation is at a crossroads and the future depends on REAL information getting out.

Being new to this site, and really don’t know anybody here. I don’t really get that. Becoming an “activist” ( I put the parenthesis to mean to act like one and not really be one as you put Mr. Bushala as that)is a terrible/ineffecient way to buy a city. The two effective ways I have seen to buy a city is become a councilman/mayor yourself or buy/support them. Seeing how you say that Mr. Bushala is a millionaire and these 3 dino council members are so easily bought. I can’t see why they wouldn’t be able to have a “mutual relationship”. On the other side, if you say he is a millionaire, he could have probably be or been a council member already, seeing as usually, the person who spends the most money on their campaign wins.

As an activist, you would need reasons why, criticize, etc. about those council members to not be there. And if Mr. Bushala was trying to oust those guys as an activist to get his guys in there, he is either very patient or stupid or needed to predict that they would react the way they reacted to the Kelly Thomas beating to come out and make a stink about it.

Lastly, I see you have no proof or facts that back whatever you saying. So what you are saying seem like opinions and assumptions IMO.

  82. As a Black man, I would have to say that I don’t hate police nor do I fear them. However, I believe that they are bigots who fear people like me. That gives me a great sence of power n that if I do have an encounter with one coupled with my knowledge of the law, I will be ableto counter any argument they may have ane if they try to order me to do something I know is not lawful, I can use that in lawsuit against any law enforcement agency. so bring it on to any police out there who thinks he will get away with something that will not be sanctioned criminally or civilly.
