150 Replies to “Reason Video Captures Mood in Fullerton”

    1. Great, here’s one, then:

Peaceful protesters are being “kettled” (caged into a certain area) beaten in Chicago for protesting the G8 summit. This is not theoretical and is not last year; it is real and right now.

Can I get a condemnation out of anyone? I realize that this isn’t happening in Fullerton, but … anyone?

  1. I’m going to start calling Christine Flat-Stanley. God I hope she knows what that means.

    1. We can only hope we can turn her into one and roll her out nationally so she can do some training. This thing needs some wheels because this kind of crap is going on all over and its only going to get worse unless good people get involved and put an end to it. We owe it to our kids.

  2. Like the preacher said that night to the council members, “You can have a change of heart after you view the video, but until you do something, the blood of Kelly Thomas is on your hands”

  3. I know this isn’t related directly to the video. But I thought I would pass this along.

A rumor has surfaced that Officer Wolfe was kicked out of a bar in downtown Fullerton one time while he was off duty. Apparently, he was kicked out after he got drunk and became disorderly. It’s called Stubrick’s. He reportedly threatened them while he was being kicked out, saying “I’ll be back…in uniform.”

If anyone lives in or near Fullerton, and is familiar with that place, is there anyway to confirm this? It would sure be great if someone could quietly talk to the staff or someone else who might have witnessed it and could confirm whether or not this is true. Though it wouldn’t surprise me.

I just did a quick search on Google, and there is in fact a Stubrik’s Steakhouse and Bar in Fullerton, on Commonwealth Avenue. I live kind of far from Fullerton, and I’m not familiar with the area. Does anyone know where this is?

And we really need to confirm if this happened. There should be a way.

    1. This is on the S/E corner of Commonwealth and Harbor; it’s also (essentially) at the N/W side of the Transportation Center “food court” (sarcasm intended) and in the general vicinity of the
      Slidebar

It is also two (longish) blocks east of the police station, which is at the N/E corner of Commonwealth and Highland.

  4. I posted a lengthy opinion here the month after the murder of Kelly Thomas. I think I was one of 3 or 4 current or retired LEO’s who broke with the code of silence ranks and called this what it later has now proven to be. At the time, we had the now infamous photos of Kelly’s damaged body, the spontaneous statements of many witnesses, the disinformation of the PD, an apparently credible insider filling in some blanks- things that cried out for anyone with a brain in their head to put 2 and 2 together and start forcing the issue with the “authorities”. The perfect storm occurred here-I think in large part with help from Almighty God- A grieving father in Ron Thomas who like I did smelled a rat and entered the gates of hell to achieve justice for his son. An individual like Tony Bushala who was also asking questions and gave this the media kickstart it needed. All the people who had the courage to rally and support and not wait for the system to decide whether or not they should be apalled by this. I am proud to say that I count myself and my family among the members of “Kelly’s Army” and I sleep well at night knowing that I took that step of courage in calling this atrocity for what it was from the outset. And know this- like the speaker at the council meeting touched on- the blood of an innocent man spilled in a bus terminal gutter cries out to God for justice- HE WILL ANSWER.

  5. Wiley Drake a pastor from Buena Park was The only member on the clergy that came to the protests and spoke out at the council meetings against this brutal murder. All of the religious leaders in the city of Fullerton are hirelings. Out of several million OC residents only one clergy member was disturbed enough to stand for what is right.

    1. truthseeker- Despite history warning us time and time again about the dangers of apathy in the face of evil acts- we have as you have pointed out here- a tiny portion of the populace voicing their anger about an event that should rock everyone to the core. And one member of the Clergy coming out. Makes you wonder about society doesn’t it?

      1. But not everything in society requires a majority vote. In free enterprise, one person can revolutionize an industry. In politics, one percent of the polulation with truth behind them can create a revolution.

      2. Plus, the majority of the people have a right to go about their own business expecting that the established institutions are taking care of their business.

Not to the excess of Larry Bennett, however.

        1. Steve while we work and raise our families we all have a reasonable expectation that certain institutions are there to stand in the gap. In this case law enforcement who is supposed to protect us frim the criminals are in fact the criminals. The media who ostensibly exists ti inform were actually resisting publicizing the prosecutors appeared tohave to be dragged into it our local representatives got lockjaw so the last bastion out of which this country was born, the pulpit was eerily silent. Who are we to turn to? I will tell you-ourselves. The institutions as it turns out are nothing more than paper mache 501c3 clearinghouses. This is extremely disturbing when agents of the state execute one of its citizens for no reason in the gutter and not even the ones we elect or hold in moral high esteem are there to defend. I submit to you that as a people we are in trouble.

      3. I’m terrified to watch the surveillance tape — I’m afraid I’ll have nightmares for the rest of my life. I don’t live in Fullerton or Orange County. Do I have to watch this tape to be a moral person?

        1. ElaineP,

I couldn’t get thru one viewing-the audio brought me to near instant tears. but, I don’t have to watch this tape to continue to feel what I do and to continue to follow my heart, ethics and logic.

    2. I don’t agree with many of Mr. Drake’s views, but I was pleased to see him speaking out as he did; he also is someone who “walks the walk” as he has a sort of informal shelter at his Buena Park church and has been badgered about it in the past.

There is a church at Lemon and Wilshire that has a food pantry Wednesday mornings; McKinley’s church (St Paul Lutheran? on Harbor at Las Riendas?) may participate in homeless outreach in other areas of Fullerton (as in not near their church location).

Those are the only two that I know about myself; people line up at the church at Lemon and Wilshire before 7 a.m. – the food pantry opens at 9 or 10 a.m.

  6. Van I mean every leader from every church and house of worship in the entire city. Hirelings-ALL of them.

      1. Surely one who cares not for the well Being of the members of the congregation or others but rather personal gain and well being of themselves.

      1. To whom they fear and it certainly is bot whom they CLAIM to serve. How can you hold a Bible on Sunday morning be in leadership and after seeing and hearing what happened to Kelly with your own eyes not be led to seek justice is unbelievable and defies logic.

  7. Peaches,

Does anyone by chance know someone who works at this Stubrik’s place? I would be really interested to see if this incident involving Wolfe can be confirmed.

  8. Very riviting minute, 21 seconds- I must have replayed the Tuesday meeting 2 or 3 times at 45:39 just to see and hear him.

“…unless you do something about it it, unless you do what these people want you to do, Almighty God is going to hold you accountable and the blood is on your hands and God WILL punish you, Justice WILL be done, either you do it or God will…”
Pastor Wiley Drake at Fullerton council meeting 5/15/12

    1. That was awesome Merijoe.
It would have been nice to have some of that Pastor Drake commentary on this Reason TV video as well, but they did capture some good highlights of the council meeting.

  9. Who’s that woman with the red hair in the background as the blonde is screaming at the Council? She looks like she just swallowed a handful of compost.

    1. The one in the beige jacket is Lucinda Williams, the Fullerton City Clerk; the other is one of the various FPD PIO’s – don’t remember her name

    2. You are probably referring to Capt. Jones. She probably couldnt believe what an idiot piece of shit Christine is.

      1. John Doe :
You are probably referring to Capt. Jones. She probably couldnt believe what an idiot piece of shit Christine is.

All I see is a smart ass smirk on that Captain’s face while she’s watching Christie? All I know about Capt. Lorraine Jones, is that as an officer on the FPD for 27 years, and that her biography says that she was responsible for the “Ethics Training” of the officers on the FPD.

I think we’d all agree that the “proof is in the pudding” and that Lorraine Jones was an epic failure at imparting ethics to any of the officers that we’ve all recently heard about on the FPD.

“Lieutenant Lorraine Jones, Fullerton police officer for 27 years and highest-ranking female officer, was another recipient. Jones has worked in the patrol, traffic and investigation units. She is a member of the Leadership and Ethics Institute, which provides leadership and ethics training for law enforcement professionals”.

        1. Fullerton police ethics training: Don’t rat out your fellow officers no matter how much they lie, steal, assault, batter, rape, or murder.

      2. Tuff titty said the kitty when the milk went dry!…………….. waa titty wa titty wa wa wa
        cry me a river sissy!
one way or another JUSTICE WILL be served!

  10. Wiley Drake has been an activist preacher for a number of years. He was considered a thorn in the side of Buena Park City Council due to his making his church available as a homeless shelter. Finally, the city left him alone after he cleaned up and moved the shelter, it was bothering the neighbors.
In the past, I have not agreed with Pastor Drake’s methods, he likes to grate on people’s nerves. But I always have admitted he has GUTS. And as you can see, guts is sadly missing from many of the Fullerton clergy. Kudos to Pastor Drake. We need more preachers like you.

  11. ElaineP :
I’m terrified to watch the surveillance tape — I’m afraid I’ll have nightmares for the rest of my life. I don’t live in Fullerton or Orange County. Do I have to watch this tape to be a moral person?

Elaine, the video is bad but to me what is REALLY disturbing is the audio. People should watch it and hear it, just to fully realize how horrible it was so they aren’t swayed later by cop kiss-ups who try to claim that Kelly “resisted.” BUT the truth is that for some people, it’s just too much to take. It could indeed give some people nightmares. If at some point you do decide to watch the video, I’d recommend that the first time you have the sound on your computer OFF, at least until you think you’re ready for that. I have seen the video a couple of times, but I just can’t listen to the very end where you hear Kelly crying out and his voice is getting lower and lower and you know he’s dying. I heard it once, but it’s just too much for me.

The very first time I saw the picture of Kelly Thomas in the hospital, I could only take a quick glance, and I had to turn away because I was afraid I would never get that image out of my mind. I thought I would have nightmares. And I did have trouble sleeping for a while after that.

The video in itself is not too horribly graphic. The only really visually disturbing part is when one of the cops hits him with the baton at the beginning. The rest of it is disturbing, but only because you know what they’re doing to him. The visual violence is about the same as the tape of the Rodney King beating. Don’t get me wrong, it is bad. But to me, what REALLY makes the video disturbing is the AUDIO. When you hear Kelly crying out and then choking and slowly saying “help me…help me…help me.” I don’t know if I can listen to that anymore.

You might be able to watch the video…the audio is what I think will be too much for people to take.

    1. I was actually considering listening to the audio and not watching the video. Now I’m not going to do either.

  12. The guy at the 1:00 mark… calm, controlled, yet very effective with message and delivery!

  13. I think the 3 Amigos, Dan Hughes and many more around the City of Fullerton KNEW MANY citizens would be REAL upset when this video came into the public forum.

Their delaying it for as long as they could using the reason they did was obvious.

Those that are upset by this video have more than a right to be, the 3 Amigos, their followers should be looking for a large rock to crawl under.

The cop lickers as many of you call them did their very best to serve up many gallons of Kool-Aid prior to the video being released.

It didn’t work, and now I think it has made things worse across the board.

Of course the cop lickers hide behind their anonymous screen names believing they would be safe no matter how things turned out. For the most part it will.

True to life, many cops are actual cowards when they have to face off with those who are NOT afraid to stand face to face and make the challenge as many of you have.

Guys like Tony Bushala,Chris Thompson, the victims of the horn honking ticket writing session saw retaliation for their outward support and actions related to this scandal.

A corrupt police agency hands out retaliation not only to their own, but to ANYONE they think stands in their way and questions their actions.

EVERY DOG has it’s day, and Fulleton is getting theirs.

The 3 Amigos and their obvious arrogance displayed through out this scandal in covering for FPD is second to none.

But since two of them are former FPD members, what did everyone expect?

Ron Thomas and others are more than justified in demanding that Wolf be charged with crimes accordingly.

I am still scratching my head on that one. I can only hope the FBI will continue on and prosecute others as they believe the evidence will allow.

Make no mistake, those charged are more than deserving of their day in court, but those leaders of FPD are equally deserving of a similiar rath.

Sellers and the 3 other Captains in command at the time of this incident should be facing criminal charges right along with the others. Sellers escaped out the back door just way to easy under the circumstances.

Some of you are buying the nice guy stuff Hughes is dispensing, others are not.

I noted in one of Tony Bushala’s recent threads it is mentioned that SOMEONE within FPD supplied the names of those involved in Kelly’s death.

I also noticed that there were many cops who DID NOT donate any money to the anti recall campaign. REMEMBER those that did donated in the amount of $190.00, the penal code section for manslaughter that was noted by another blogger. I took that as a suttle KMA to all of you.

What that tells me is not everyone in FPD is drinking a few others Kool-Aid.

Keeping that in mind, someone within FPD could still break ranks, and continue on with some serious finger pointing.

It is obvious the police union is as corrupt as those they have supported. That tells me the cops who work within who want no part of these incidents that have been brought forth can or will be targets of retaliation if they break ranks of the “thin blue line”.

Reality Is pointed out to us that FPD just got a new contract signed with the City, just in case a NEW Council is seated they won’t be able to change much at least for awhile.

That is another red flag for some of you. EVERYONE is in bed together.

Hopefully Dan Hughes got himself a well written employment contract before a new council is seating. I SURE WOULD!!!!

Pastor Wiley Drake at Fullerton council meeting 5/15/12

No. This is where religion lets people get away with murder (and other things). They will not be punished in some after-life by a father figure. They will be held accountable now. They can’t be allowed to blame any god or devil for their mistakes or even their good doings or be allowed to believe that only a god will hold them accountable. Like anyone, they must take responsibility for any decisions and actions. Keep religion out of this.

  15. Greg Diamond, I’m beginning to think you are just trolling for arguments. Go back to Orange Juice where you can argue with yourself and maybe a +1

    1. Greg Diamond is probably heavily influenced by the Monty Python’s ‘Argument Clinic’.

      He’d make a great nagging housewife…

  16. “I think we’d all agree that the “proof is in the pudding” and that Lorraine Jones was an epic failure at imparting ethics to any of the officers that we’ve all recently heard about on the FPD”

My belief is that ethics must be inculcated into people by their family, schools, and/or religious institution during childhood. Ethics cannot be “learned” as an adult by attending a few “training” seminars.

We’ve seen Cicinelli’s stepfather and sister speak out; it seems they have no idea of the ethical issues involved in what he did nor have they any empathy toward his victim.

    1. Not only did Cicinelli’s sister speak out; she called one of Kelly’s Army members a ‘bitch’ in the woman’s bathroom.

The Kelly’s Army member who was verbally attacked by this morally blind hostile, took the high road and didn’t react.

That’s the difference between ‘us and them’.

      1. Consider the source of who Kelly’s army are, Cicinelli’s sister would not stoop that low. Christine the blonde trailer trash is a trouble maker.

          1. Golly gee, Kelly’s Army MUST be a joke if a deputy was laughing at them…(roll eyes, insert sarcasm)

    2. So your saying that we cannot as adults learn to differentiate between right and wrong if we didn’t learn right from wrong as a child?

      I wholeheartedly disagree.

      1. As I said, it’s my “belief”, having seen the failure of ethics training for adults in a different employment environment.

Employees attended the sessions, and resumed their prior behavior with no qualms, hence my “belief”/opinion

      2. Differentiating is easy. Not caring is something else. And no if adults are amoral or immoral, it’s too late.

      3. I think, as Peaches said, ethics can’t be learned as an adult in just a few classes on ethics. If one never learned them in their formative years, it’s going to take a lot more than a few classes as an adult. I’ve met Captain Jones, she appears to be a decent person and I’ve spoken with others who know her and they agree. She’s not a miracle worker and can’t instill in others what they choose to reject.

    3. Jay is a good all around cop. He knew his fellow officers needed help and his protection instinct came out. Anyone of you would have done the same if one of yor kids were in trouble. He came into a situation where help was needed and there wasnt much time..to stop…hmmm…evaluate the situation and do something.

      1. So if I see my son and his buddies beating to death an innocent man in my front yard, that I should jump in the fray with them?

I mean it is my son and his homies right?

      2. I believe you meant to say “was” a good all around cop since he will never be one again.

Well he wasn’t, a good all around cop either. He was an assassin.

      3. Sure. If one of my colleagues was fighting with someone, and that person despite having two heavily armed blubbery behemoths on top of him was struggling for his life, I would smash the persons’ face into a bloody pulp as he screamed and cried for mercy. Until he died. Yep. And so would all of the rest of us. Uh-huh.

John Doe, you are now confirmed as a psychopath. Being a psychopath you assume that all the rest of us are also psychopaths. That’s the logic of a psychopath. But only about 1% of the population are psychopaths. The rest of us are normal, we wouldn’t do that. I suggest we prevent psychopaths from becoming cops and fire those that are.

      4. Then you and a few other coppers should be carry signs down at the DA’s office protesting DA Racks decision.

Or is your courage selective? Why not have the union denounce the DA’s actions?

Oh that’s right, it’s easier to call BS on the public than the DA.

Balls is balls Mr.Doe, get busy showing yours.

      5. Yes, evaluate the situation and smash the hell out of the victim’s face with my taser because I had no other option. Only from a ‘Frankenstein Cop’.

      6. Just how is it that you see smashing a defenseless, hand-cuffed humans face in with the handle of a Taser as being “protective?”

You LE junkies all seem to have some sort of monster in your “ID” that entertains the fantasies of torture, pain, mutilation, and murder as rewards for not worshiping at the the alter of your fellow costume jewelry wearing sociopaths.

All police departments that follow the Daryl Gates model of policing will continue to kill citizens at will and make the phony claims of “we had no other choice.”

      7. @John Doe, you stated, “…help was needed and there wasn’t much time…”

You ‘ve got that right!! Kelly Thomas WAS DYING and he didn’t have much time TO LIVE. Kelly Thomas needed help!! Instead of simply restraining Kelly with handcuffs, Jay helped to MURDER an innocent man.

Do you truly believe that Jay reasonably thought that Kelly, who was lying in a huge pool of blood, was any danger at all to all of those fully armed, trained, bulletproof vest wearing officers who were sitting on top of Kelly, choking Kelly, beating Kelly, holding Kelly down, and crushing the life out of Kelly?

Kelly could NOT even have stood up and he could not have even taken one single step in the condition that he was in. You are deluding only yourself by saying that “..there wasn’t much time…” Why? Was half naked, unarmed, mortally injured Kelly going to get up any second and murder one of those cops?? Yeah, right.

Do you really think that anyone in their right mind actually believes your crock of horse manure?? The only ones who think the way you do are the GUILTY officers (and perhaps their families) who don’t want to see the murderers go to jail.

“..help was needed..” Are you saying that “help was needed” to bash in the face, nose and eye eight times and knee drop with full body weight ON AN ALREADY UNCONSCIOUS KELLY, and then BRAG and LAUGH about it afterwards??? You are beyond sick.

  17. While I agree with all of the points that you have all have made regarding the origination of ethics and leadership, I find the connection of Captain Jones as a board member of the “Ethics and Leadership Institute” for the Fullerton Police Department, and the current state of immorality on the Fullerton Police Department a little bit hard to overlook or explain away by the Captain’s public persona.

    http://fullertonstories.com/fullerton-police-promote-two-to-captain/

      1. When you put on the uniform your obligation is to follow that leadership. Sgt. Jones looks to be just another shiny bright example of the corruption at FPD.

  18. Note to self: make an appt with Jones to ask her to explain her position during Rincon assaults. Keep in mind, it was McKinley at the helm when charges were made and simply took him off the street. His successor, Sellers, put him back on the street. Both were police chiefs, above Jones in both rank and authority.

  19. At some point, either during the interview with the victims of sexual assault, or reading over the victims statements as the Supervisor, you would’ve thought that maybe this thought might have occurred to then Sgt. Jones over the years…

    “Rincon…Rincon…Rincon…Rincon…Rincon…Rincon…Rincon
    Rincon…Rincon…Rincon…”

“Now where have I heard that name before?”

    1. Maybe it did, and maybe she did speak up. I’m not saying she did, just that we don’t know. The only thing we do know is what her superiors did…and didn’t do. Any discipline would have to come from them, not Jones.

  20. I am asking that there be NO protest until further notice. Yes your right, I do not control you or anyone else, but there are a few reasons that I am asking for this. First, there is a huge construction street project in front of the Police station and there already has been a big rollover car crash there. Second, and mostly important, during the disciplinary process administered by the FPD (Capt Dan Hughes), if there is a perception that any decision that he might make giving an officer some sort of disciplinary action, and the officer(s) attorney can prove or convince others that he was influenced by public pressure or that he did not follow the complete process, the officer could win the process and face no actions and even sue the city. This is also why the DA is not real happy that we INCLUDING ME are publicly going after Wolfe. If he files charges soon, one might think that he did it just because we pressured him to do so. I would like to give this a little more time and monitor how things are working out. You know that I am always- 24/7 looking at every possible way to “Jail killer cops”.

    Thank you

    Ron

      1. I hope you don’t drop out of high school before you learn to spell, or at least learn to spell check.

  21. I am a “good all around person” too. If I come in contact with my childs Dr. or psychologist attempting to restrain her and I evaluate the situation, and let my protective instinct take over, and bludgeon said Dr. or counselor to death with a table lamp, I am still guilty of a crime, no matter my misconception of the situation. Prisons are full of “good all around people” who in a moment of passion, lost control of themselves and took a life.

  22. John Doe :Consider the source of who Kelly’s army are, Cicinelli’s sister would not stoop that low. Christine the blonde trailer trash is a trouble maker.

WANTED; For the MURDER of Kelly Thomas

    jay cecenilli
    kenton hampton
    manny ramos
    james blatney
    kevin craig
    joe wolfe

Never forget these names, treat them like the social outKasts they are, by thier cowardice, they’ve earned it.

      1. John Doe :
Kelly died cause of his stupidity. No one killed him.

I really hope that you never be in a situation where you are at a wrong place at the wrong time. When a couple guys come up to you in the name of “protect and serve the people of the city”, they come and treat you like a peice of garbage because of what they think they know about you. That when they try to control you, that you will not resist even if it meant that you would need to lick their boots exactly the way they want it. That the thought of questioning their actions,”why are they doing this to me?” “On what grounds do they have to treat me like this?” NEVER enters your head. Because if you do, you would never think that your consequences of resisting to their will would be your death knowing that you are shirtless, unarmed and have nothing to hide. That the fight will be based on arrest versus resist arrest and not, trying to breathe versus arrest. That when you are yelling with every breathe you can afford, yelling you are sorry, help, can’t breathe, loved ones, that they would stop and give you a chance to stand you up.

What I really hope is that you are unique. Only one on this planet. Because I can’t imagine a place with more people who think like you.

        1. It will never happen. I know how to follow instructions. Not be a jerk and try to get away with it.

          1. Well JD/Randall-since you “know how to follow instructions” try this-Beat the rush, go to that nice hot place run by the devil, right now-your buddies will soon be busting it wide open and then you won’t be alone.

And, you ARE a jerk who gets away with all kinds of rotten sewage.

          2. @John Doe, you need to learn about mental illness and learning disabilities. Not everyone has the ability to follow “instructions” perfectly and lick officer’s boots just the way you would like them to. Especially instructions and taunting that were intentionally given to make Kelly confused and upset. Officers never tried to DE-ESCALATE the situation; instead, they only continued to try to ESCALATE.

Ramos KNEW Kelly Thomas was mentally ill. Don’t try to deny it. The ONLY people who were “jerks” (MURDERERS) were the FPD who decided that a mentally ill person deserved to die, because he was frightened for his life AFTER officers threatened him with great bodily harm, and AFTER officers began striking him.

The officers/”jerks” decided that Kelly, who was struggling to breathe, struggling to preserve his very life, and struggling to live, surely deserved to be beaten to DEATH, without ever giving him a chance to survive.

The officers/”jerks” decided that it was necessary to knee drop, taser and bludegeon to death an UNCONSCIOUS Kelly Thomas.

The officers/”jerks” decided that it was just fine to laugh about a man whom they had just rendered unconscious, whom they had left lying in a huge swimming pool of blood, smashed in his facial bones and caused massive bleeding and choking on his own blood, crushed his chest, broke his ribs, collapsed his lung, etc., all which took place while he was begging for mercy and begging for his dad and God to save him.

The officers/”jerks” decided that it was just fine to not render any first aid to that dying man, -but, instead to just worry about their own little scratches and scrapes, and to have bandaids put onto their little boo boos.

Officers NEVER told Kelly to put his arms out to be handcuffed while he was sitting on the curb; they NEVER told Kelly that he was under arrest, and they had NO probable cause to search his backpack.

John Doe, for whatever reason, you are trying to defend murderers, and you are FAILING MISERABLY. I have a feeling that you are related in some way to the murderers.

I know that it is difficult for you to accept that your relative is a murderer, and I do feel sorry for you. You will eventually have to come to terms with the fact that occasionally, we get lucky and murders are seen by witnesses and recorded on tape. On those rare occasions, some cops are held accountable for their abuse/murders. The Kelly Thomas murder will be one of those rare occasions.

  23. John Doe :Kelly died cause of his stupidity. No one killed him.

WANTED; In connection to the MURDER of Kelly Thomas

    lloyd white
    johnathan munoz
    mike bova
    david mcshane
    jose torres
    john emia
    tony rios

They were there. By thier silence, they are involved in the cover-up of Murder. Never forget thier names, treat them like the social outKasts they are. By thier cowardice, they earned it.

Kelly died cause of his stupidity. No one killed him.

    John Doe,

Perhaps you can lend your misguided ideology to John Barnett and Michael Schwartz. They appear desperate for a defense strategy and need a rabbit to pull out of their ass.

Your twisted comment sounds about as plausible as the crap flying out of their mouths during the preliminary hearing.

      1. Is your opinion of Barnett and Schwartz going to change as soon as the GUILTY verdicts come in?? P.S. Blaming the paramedics is NOT going to be an effective defense strategy.

  25. Why do you guys bother with this John Doe character? It’s obvious his game is to stir shit and be as vile and hateful as possible at the same time. Surely no one believes he believes what he spews. Every time someone responds to or about him, you give him more traction to continue. Please stop wasting your energy.

  26. SherBear,

I do opine that JD believes the vile shit he spews.

It’s an open board. I’ll use my energy as I see fit

  27. That is exactly why I try not to respond to these inflamitory posts directly, to do so would be giving them credibility. This blog is not only city wide, nation wide, it is world wide, every day someone who is interested in justice either contributes or follows the comments here, they may or may not know the names of those involved in the Murder and cover-up of Kelly Thomas. Post a dissenting opinion, that is certainly your right, walk over the grave of the man we’ve chosen to make a stand for? Not in our house! Turn the lights on these cock-a-roaches. Never forget their names:

    jay cicinelli
    kenton hampton
    manny ramos
    kevin craig
    james blatney
    joe wolfe

They were there, by thier silence, they are involved in the cover-up.

      1. @John Doe, Perhaps you would like to explain to the world just how OUT OF CONTROL Cicinelli was when he bludgeoned Kelly’s head to death and completely destroyed Kelly’s left eye with the butt end of his Taser??

Or, perhaps you would like to explain to the world how OUT OF CONTROL Cicinelli was when he repeatedly Tasered Kelly, and knee dropped twice on Kelly’s throat and face, crushing Kelly’s throat, AFTER Kelly was already unconscious and lying in a swimming pool of his own blood?

Or, perhaps you would like to explain to the world how OUT OF CONTROL the FPD was when they allowed the officers to tamper with evidence by watching the videos before writing and re-writing and re-writing their reports, so that they could all match up their stories/reports?

Or, perhaps you would like to explain to the world how OUT OF CONTROL the FPD was to LIE about officers’ “broken bones” and to LIE about the “Thomas incident/scuffle” and how they allowed Kelly’s murderers to continue working out on the streets for more than a month after the murder of Kelly Thomas, before finally placing them on administrative leave, but only after receiving pressure from the public?

Would you like me to continue? I haven’t even gotten to how OUT OF CONTROL Wolfe, Ramos and the others were!!

            1. @ John Doe, you stated, “He was helping his brothers in blue.” You are certainly correct about that. Cicinelli helped his brothers in blue MURDER an innocent man.

Kelly was NEVER “out of control.” Kelly continued to beg for his life, apologize and even called the officers “sir” up until his very last breath. The only ones who were OUT OF CONTROL were all of the officers who apparently don’t know the difference between restraining someone and murdering them.

You don’t “restrain” someone by bashing in their head, bashing out their eyeball, and crushing the life out of them.

If you think I’ve told a “lie,” feel free to correct my errors with facts. Oh, and please feel free to watch the snuff video for yourself. I’m sure that watching an innocent man being murdered, while he begs for his life, won’t bother you at all, since you are a sociopath and have absolutely no feelings of guilt or shame whatsoever.

              1. That is only your opinion. If it goes to trial 12 jurors will have to find them guilty BEYOND a reasonable doubt.
That is if it goes to Trial.

  28. Officers Blatney, Hampton and Sgt. Craig are coming back this week. They will not be fired! So, check your sources. I’m guessing some of you may be arrested by them this week.

  29. Yea, admin, go ahead and block ip addresses because bloggers here do not like to disagree with each other, whenever there is disagreement they are labeled as “trolls”. It’s so much better to compliment each other with “good post” etc than actually think for yourselves.

  30. Which officer was it that laughed and said “He shit himself” as Thomas lay dying?

That was possibly the saddest part of the video, for me. After the innocent man was tasered and beaten into a coma, of course the brain will no longer be able to control bodily functions.

To reduce this human physiological reaction to a joke, is something only a disgusting animal of a “human” could do.

Hopefully these animals will be put away and never be allowed to murder random human beings again.

No one who laughed at that, can call themselves a human being.

  31. Justice…

Where do you get this stuff? You are so out of your league. Were you at the hearing? Must not have been the same one I was at!
T-Rack embarassed himself and I was embarrassed for him.

    1. @Hog, exactly what “stuff” don’t you like?

Oh, you must mean THE TRUTH!! Well, unfortunately for your guilty relatives, it seems that the pesky truth just keeps raising its ugly head. The truth regarding the murder of Kelly Thomas IS VERY UGLY and SICKENING indeed!!

Every time you pathetically try to defend your brothers in blue with your ad hominem attacks,
I realize that you are just trying your best to keep your brothers in blue out of jail.

And, I also realize that it just happens to be your shift/turn to do some computer blogging in order to try to do damage control for the FPD. Let me give you a little CLUE. Your efforts are pathetic, wasted, and they are NOT helping your cause AT ALL. Should we take a poll on that??

You say you are “embarrassed?” No you’re not. You are NOT CAPABLE of feeling embarrassment. You don’t even understand the true meaning of the word.

A sentient human being, particularly after viewing the snuff video, would be very embarrassed of himself for ever attempting to defend the INDEFENSIBLE, – the MURDERERS of Kelly Thomas. However, since you are a sociopath, I realize that you are NOT capable of being embarrassed, nor are you capable of feeling any shame, not even for a murder as egregious and heinous as the murder of Kelly Thomas.

It seems that being a sociopath is an absolute requirement for getting hired at FPD, so I don’t expect any integrity or empathy from you, nor from any of your brothers in blue towards your many victims of murder/abuse/rape/theft, etc. That’s why you ALL need to be fired.

      1. Why can’t you believe that true Fullerton residents don’t agree with you? We are capable of thinking for ourselves and making our own decisions.

        1. Ok my little sociopath. Let’s show the video to people and then take a poll. You are a sorry excuse for a human.

  32. Wrong Guy… There you go again gettin’ wrong information. Cicinelli’s sisters were not there.

  33. As soon as the Skully hearings are over, Craig, Blatney,Wolfe, and Hampton, will be looking for employment at the McDonalds on the corner of Chapman & Harbor. Or maybe the Slimebar will hire them as bouncers! The last laugh will be on you, and the rest of your pathetic buddies in blue! The message will be sent loud and clear, try to listen this time as it will be coming from within your own house!
