Is Young Elijah on the Traut Payroll?

So young, so innocent…

A couple of month ago a delicate young shoot named Elijah Manassero popped up on the Fullerton scene like a new flower nourished by a spring shower.

Who was he, and where did he come from? Who knew? He repeated all the talking points of the Fullerton Observer crew, for which he began writing “articles” under the guise of news. He posted comments on line. His themes were always the same: attacking the council majority and decrying the influence of Tony Bushala; particularly obsessed has he been with the Bushalas effort to lease the long-abandoned portion of the loading dock at the Santa Fe Depot.

Good questions, but getting good answers?

Just yesterday I posted about Manassero’s ridiculous complaint to the FPPC regarding a perfectly legal campaign donation by George Bushala Jr. to Councilman Nick Dunlap. There may be others that haven’t surfaced yet. A couple days ago sweet Elijah published a story in the Observer about a lawsuit levied by a disgruntled son against everyone else in the entire Bushala family. It wasn’t newsworthy, but its purpose was to embarrass Tony Bushala by giving credence to the allegations in the lawsuit.

I got the feeling there was more to young Elijah than random concerned citizenry. I think I was right.

In over his head. Little fish, big pond…

Sources are saying that fresh young Elijah is working for Connor Traut, the Buena Park carpetbagging councilman who is running for County Supervisor. How does attacking the Bushala family advance Traut’s goal? Easy. His only opponent so far is Fullerton’s mayor, Fred Jung.

Diane Vena surveying the candidate roster…

Many people are starting to ask questions. Questions like: is the Fullerton Observer being used by Traut to create fodder for a political campaign against Jung? Are the Kennedy Sisters complicit in this or just brainless dupes? They certainly ran cover for Team Jaramillo by actively ignoring the Scott Markowitz perjury scam conspiracy, so we know they have no moral compunction against this sort of thing; and they have no professional or personal code of ethics to restrain them.

Gloves are so Nineteenth Century…

According to the Fullerton Boohoo narrative, Jung is a puppet of Tony Bushala’s, and every effort to tie them together in various nefarious schemes would be used in next year’s campaign. Will it work?

Previous efforts to attack Tony Bushala as part of a broader campaign have failed miserably, most notably in 2012. In that year’s recall the anti-recall efforts were focused on making Bushala look bad. They lost that election by 30 points.

Catch and release?

Connor Traut may think this is a winning strategy but he is wasting his money if he is paying tender young Elijah anything. Angering the deep-pocketed Bushala clan is not a way to get yourself elected.

  1. Poor, young Elijah. Just another man-child seeking to be a name in politics – Jordan Brandman, Connor Traut, etc. He’s already displayed his complete ignorance about the Depot lease, but who cares?

  2. $133 million lawsuit levied against your benefactors at Bushala Inc. isn’t newsworthy? Fullerton’s favorite slum lords looking at potentially having to liquidate some of their daddy’s legacy as a result of their scumbag behavior isn’t worth even a brief mention here? Keep gargling that Bushala goo.

Assfuck, siblings sue each other all the time. Not sure how that should be news in the Fullerton Observer “news for the people, by the people”, Looks more and more like the “people” their fake news is created for are Ahmad Zahra, Shana Charles, and Connor Traut. Well, the bullshit they peddle that isn’t “city staff” or AI generated anyway.

  3. Amazing post: “sources are saying.” Meanwhile, he’s citing court documents. One of these is not like the other.

  4. The Fullerton Observer has run this story and attached the filed complaint. Family feuds are sad but often resolved at home and not in the courts of law. Sharon Kennedy’s father was Ralph Kennedy who died in 1998. A year later the Ralph Kennedy Commission was formed dedicated to “affordable housing”. Jamboree is an affordable housing developer. The Ralph Kennedy Commission and Jamboree have the same physical address. It appears the commission and the developer share the same office space. Who benefits from this arrangement?

    1. In 2004, Tony and George Bushala removed Albert from the company because they felt he was not contributing effectively. They reportedly paid Albert a substantial amount to leave, acknowledging his struggles with even basic comprehension, which made him a liability to the business. Now, Albert is claiming there was a “family partnership agreement” that included him, which seems dubious given the circumstances of his departure. His current actions appear to be an attempt to tarnish the family’s reputation, possibly in an effort to gain financial or legal leverage. Without the support of his brothers, Albert might still be working in a lower position, such as washing dishes at the family’s Orangefair.

      1. Tarnish the family’s reputation? The family is known as a bunch of assholes and piss flaps. What reputation is there to protect exactly?

  5. Elijah…be careful what you wish for. You’re now in the mix. Hope you like the taste in your mouth.

  6. Connor Traut is a Jordan Brandman acolyte. He is an immoral, unscrupulous, conniving, dishonest egomaniac. He would say anything and do anything to anyone to climb the political trash pile. He would sell the virtue of his grandma, mother, wife, children, and dog if it meant advancing in office.

He is that foul and hollow.

  7. I remembered how the Observer played real tough until the Markowitz crap hit the fan. Then they quickly deleted all of the public comments on the matter.
    So much for integrity.

  8. Many families don’t have $400 million lawsuits. Only corrupt and wealthy families that peddle influence. Tony wants to be a Soprano so badly but he’s the worst mob boss ever. Doesn’t keep his troops or family happy and doesn’t drop off hams to the families he fucks over. He’s less like Tony Soprano and more like Big Pussy Bonpensiero. I think it’s time for a trip on the boat…

  9. Quick question, since Fullerton’s elected leadership has failed, again, in maintaining trash service, where’s one supposed to take their trash? Some have said people are taking their trash to their coucil person’s street curb and leaving it there. One person said, “We know they all get special treatment so maybe Republic Services will actually respond to those locations.”
