Jan Flory Sues OC Registrar Over Fred Jung Ballot Statement
Yes, that Jan Flory. The Mistress of a hundred Fullerton disasters during her three terms on the Fullerton City Council.
It seems she is very unhappy with Mr. Jung for his Supervisorial campaign ballot designation as a business owner and many of his claims in the ballot statement. She is so unhappy, in fact, that she is acting as a surrogate for Connor Traut, who is pretty unlikely to state his real occupation: ambulance chaser.
Anyway, Flory claims Jung has resorted to falsehoods about his record, including the Fullerton budget; and she should know. She lied to the people of Fullerton about her budgets as being balanced when of course they weren’t, facts she didn’t share with voters in her recent try for a fourth time around the track.
She has sent her complaint to the courts naming the OC Registrar of Voters, Bob Page, as the respondent.
I’d like to file a lawsuit alleging all manner of illegal activities perpetrated by Carpet Bagging Connor Traut. Where can I begin?

Gee, Flory was a lawyer and can’t draft her own complaint. Who is paying Murdock, I wonder.

If Fred really is attaching his “Business Owner” claim to an LLC that’s been closed for over a decade, he did this to himself and should get what he deserves.

Anyone can file a frivolous lawsuit in the courts of this state that alleges anything under the sun without regard to reality whatsoever. Just consider the source; an attorney. And because Jung doesn’t suck off the worthless “Democratic” party, the plaintiff will get free “legal” work from some party hack who will get a job from little Troutboy if he wins. Birds of a feather. Obviously it’s a ruse to claim that Jung “allegedly” falsely filed…. bla bla bla.
If it didn’t involve a pending election, the courts would let it drag on for years. After all they are soooooooo busy and don’t have the funding to handle the huuuuuge caseload. But of course, nothing can be done to reform our great American system of jurisprudence. That’s the sad state that California’s legal system is in and that system will never allow that to change because it would result in fewer judges, bailiffs, clerks, cops, public employee union dues…………… The case will get thrown out in due course.

Traut has a track record of attacking his opponents with false accusations. He knows that low information voters can be fooled and misled by misdirection and deception.
Traut is a liar and a charlatan with no integrity or character. This is why Elijah loves him so. They are two peas in a pod.

In order to avoid a stay, Flory had to pretend that Jung’s statement did HER immediate and material harm – which she did in a Friday filing.
I haven’t seen the filing but the gist was that if Jung won the election she could be deprived of valuable appointments to various County boards and commissions; also that her professional reputation was being indirectly slandered because Jung claimed to have balanced the unbalanced budgets she created.
You can’t make up this kind of Old Nag bullshit.
