Fullerton Asks DA to Investigate Closed Session Leak
At the end of yesterday’s City Council Closed Session Meeting, City Attorney Dick Jones reported that the council had voted 4-0 (Zahra absent) to request that DA Todd Spitzer’s office investigate the possible leak of closed session information.
The relevant matter was the CalPERS action and appeal with regard to four retirees who have or still work for Fullerton, post-retirement. Grover Cleveland posted about it, here.
But apparently young Elijah Manassero of Fullerton Observer fame also wrote about it for the Fullerton Observer. And his effort raised suspicion of information leaked out of closed session, which is a violation of California’s Brown Act. Government Code section 54963 provides that a person may not disclose confidential closed session
information without the consent of the legislative body holding the closed session. One of the prescribed actions in the code is to turn the matter over to the district attorney.
I don’t know what sweet Elijah wrote, but it’s hard to believe he wrote about CalPERS issues without being coached by somebody who knows at least a little about them. And did this person, while coaching the tender sprout, also pass along closed session information? Somebody thinks it might have happened.
So let’s consider who this potential culprit might be. There were probably only seven people in that little room, back of the Council chamber – the five City Councilpersons, the City Attorney Dick Jones, and Interim City Manager Eddie Manfro.
We may be sure that neither Manfro or Jones blabbed anything since they are both involved personally in the CalPERS problem. We know that none of the so-called “council majority” Fred Jung, Jamie Valencia, and Nick Dunlap are on speaking terms with Sanksia Kennedy’s Observer, let alone a source of confidential information. That leaves Ahmad Zahra and Shana Charles, both of whom are cozy with Observer Folk with whom they collaborate all the time.
But wait. Shana Charles not only voted to send the matter to the DA, she seconded Jung’s motion to do so according to Jones.
Who is left? The dishonorable doctor from Damascus, Zahra, that’s who. And we have all have noticed Zahra’s fingerprints all over the lively and impressionable Manassero’s work product. I wonder if the DA will dig into communications between the two.

If Zahra did leak something he could be in trouble, although I don’t know what sort of penalties have been assessed in case law. Probably not much. The Council could censure him.
But being on the wrong side of the law and righteousness has never been much of a deterrent to Zahra. After all, he committed Marriage Fraud to stay in the country, he got rung up by Todd Spitzer for assault and vandalism, he was caught by FFFF plagiarizing water articles for the same, incurious Fullerton Observer, etc., etc.
We are left to ponder the reason for Zahra leaking information about the four individuals involved in the CalPERS deal. What would be the goal. The only thing I can think of is that he wanted to somehow embarrass Jung and Dunlap for somehow being responsible for whatever mess is abrew, and of course the “journalists” at the Fullerton Observers and the Kennedy Sisters would be only to happy to assist.
Maybe that’s why Zahra didn’t show up. He got wind of the thing and didn’t want to vote to get himself investigate.
Zahra doesn’t show up and dozens of people ask for him to be mayor.
You realize that undermines your entire narrative that these are Zahra’s puppets, right?

So why didn’t he show up for his minions, and even for the people who couldn’t pronounce his name.

That’s because Zahra was in California before the wedding cake was cut.
Closed session leaks are almost never prosecuted by DAs. Spitzer had the goods on all of the creeps who created Scott Markowitz and did nothing about that.
But Zahra is a siting official. His Gay-Muslim gig is up. They’re coming for him. Go ICE! Go Trump! Go Ahmad. London awaits!

Zoom Caller: Fullerton should be ashamed of our HR department for allowing this CalPERS fiasco to occur. This situation was entirely preventable and foreseeable. Let’s start with Mr. Manfro, who had to resign in disgrace from Westminster due to his attempts to cover up discrimination and other scandals. After leaving Westminster, he was forced to exit the public sector because of his misconduct. Why was he ever hired by Fullerton in the first place? This CalPERS situation needs to be resolved, but it is clear that it cannot be fixed without serious reforms and changes in HR.
We need to investigate the hirings, scrutinize who knew what and when, and look into any discrimination or other issues that HR may be hiding. We must also make sure that Mr. Manfro does not receive a fifth position as the full-time city manager.”
The voice was obviously AI – “the woman” even had a southern accent! But no complaint or screams from the gallery from the Kennedy Sisters because they want this story to get legs. And why? Because Zahra is pushing it and using the Observoids to build it up. There is no doubt in my mind that he blabbed to Manassero.
Obviously AI. City of Durham? WTF? Durham NC? Durham, England?

Ahmad Zahra’s conspicuous absence from yesterday’s city council meeting speaks volumes. For the seventh time, he was passed over for the mayoral position, but this time, he skipped the meeting entirely.
The reason for his absence seems crystal clear. The City Attorney emerged to the public from a closed session to announce the council’s decision to refer a confidential leak to the Orange County District Attorney, Todd Spitzer, for a potential criminal investigation. The leak involved privileged information from a previous closed session, which was illegally disclosed to the Fullerton Observer. All evidence points to Zahra as the source, exposing the city to significant financial and legal liability.
Zahra’s no-show strongly suggests he knew he was the target of this investigation and wanted to avoid the public fallout. He may be on the run, but the question is who will get to him first: District Attorney Spitzer for a potential white-collar crime, or federal immigration authorities? It’s an open secret that Zahra, an openly gay man, entered this country through a sham marriage to a woman in Arkansas solely to gain citizenship before abandoning his wife and moving to Los Angeles. With the current administration cracking down on immigration fraud, his past could finally catch up with him.
So, it’s a race to see who arrests Ahmad Zahra first. Is it Todd Spitzer for violating the Brown Act and leaking sensitive confidential information, or ICE for committing fraud to obtain his citizenship? His failure to appear at the council meeting wasn’t about service; it was about self-preservation.
I saw the cold black vans with blue lights circling City hall during the CC meeting. It was obvious, FPD was standing down. And Curious is right, missing that meeting wasn’t about service, it was about avoiding service….. of the subpoena. Todd is on the job too.

But Todd would sure look good to the MAGA world if he would work with me to eliminate the Gay Muslim threat from within. He might even get a job in DC.

It’s a misdemeanor to leak closed session information. He’ll get a slap on the wrist at best, assuming that bloviating piss flap of a DA will actually investigate anything. Giant circle jerk, this issue is.
If there’s any justice in this world Ahmad will get scooped up by ICE and disappeared to a black site in the desert somewhere never to be seen or heard from again.
