Felz and Hughes become celebrities in Federal Court

Remember the OCDA investigator who faced the wrath of Rackauckas and his minions for suggesting former Fullerton Police Chief Dan Hughes be charged with criminal obstruction?

Abraham Santos and co-plaintiff Tom Conklin have recently filed a lawsuit in Federal court.  Be sure to read pages 23-24 where it talks about our esteemed former City Manager Joe Felz and his wild DUI ride home.  “JC” refers to FPD Sergeant Jeff Corbett.

    1. Hughes should be in jail for criminal obstruction of justice. His Disney bosses should be named and shamed for putting Disneyland security in the hands of a known criminal.

  1. Plaintiff SANTOS was assigned by the OCDA Investigation Office to
23 investigate the Joe Felz incident. Based on the above facts, SANTOS discovered evidence
24 which led him to conclude that Chief Hughes had criminally obstructed justice.

      1. That’s Hugh’s and the Assistant DA are friends. Santos even said they were friends. Stupid ass FPD

  2. Correct me if I am wrong, but wasn’t Hughes the watch commander on the night homeless, disabled Kelly Thomas beaten to death by Fullerton police officers in full view of the public? And was it Hughes who had all six Fullerton police officers sit together to write their reports on this incident so to avoid discrepancies in them? If I am right about Hughes, then I am surprised he would not enforce the law when Fullerton City Manager Felz was so drunk he drove his car over the lawns of a Fullerton neighborhood. Well, maybe its good Hughes now works for Disneyland, the land of imagination, because there people may imagine he is a good, competent employee.

    1. You are wrong…Hughes was the Captain in charge of the Patrol Division when Kelly Thomas was killed. Everything else sounds correct. Just the guy to pick for Chief of Police without doing a background investigation.

      1. You don’t even know the half of it. This thing goes so deep that you wouldn’t believe it if you heard the entire thing

    2. And it was Hughes that said “Everyone did a good job”, then turned on three officers cause of the pressure on him by Ron Thomas and his Army. He had no b**s to stand behind his officers. Really sad. He did so many illegal stuff himself, along with several of his cronies.
