The Settlements

Yes, Friends, elections do have consequences. But you already knew that.

The results of the November election mean that the tepid and incompetent reign of Fullerton City Manager Joe Felz and City Attorney Dick Jones will continue as they preside over policies (or lack of policies) meant to evade accountability for your employees and electeds in City Hall.

Acting Chief Danny Hughes, the legacy boss of the FPD Culture of Corruption will soon see his title made permanent, even as the accusations by Ben Lira about Hughes’s direct involvement in cover-up and brutality, continue to  swirl.

(No, you will not get a refund in any part for the illegal $27,000,000 tax that City Hall stole from you. But in the larger scheme of things, that’s small change)

I want to talk about justice.

In our State the cops can do damn near anything they want with impunity. Our spineless politicians have given them wealth, influence, and most importantly, virtually no accountability to anyone. The justice system itself, run by District Attorneys surrounded by ex-cops, has little interest in pursuing justice against their own allies, even when this means coddling the very perjuring cops that have scuttled many of the DA’s own cases. And when the cops themselves actually commit crimes, the law enforcement establishment immediately springs into action to defend the indefensible.

Think about what happened to Veth Mam. An innocent man was assaulted, arrested and falsely prosecuted. Fullerton cops knew the real truth and lied under oath to hide the fact that they beat up and arrested the wrong guy. Were there any repercussions? Of course not. Remember the Martinez kid who spent five months in jail thanks to the Fullerton cops? Well, Goodrich said everything was just fine – a slight error. Trevor Clarke says the FPD beat him, gave him a few sadistic “screen tests” just for fun, threw him in jail, and robbed him for good measure. Ben Lira says Danny Hughes was one of the instigators. Will anything happen? Not very likely, is it?

Let’s let the Albert Rincon case be our guide: we know that Albert Rincon serially molested women in the back seat of his patrol car. We know because of the depositions of just two of his victims (there are said to be a dozen). But the obscenity of what occurred, and importantly the roles played by Patdown Pat McKinley and Mike Sellers in covering up the whole mess, and worse, putting the creep back on the streets shall never be known. Why? because there was a settlement; a settlement approved by by-then Councilman McKinley himself.

The lawsuit settlement is the mechanism to hush everything up, from brutal and sadistic cops and an immoral FPD leadership, to a feckless city manager and city attorney who condoned the Culture of Corruption. If you wondered how the FPOA and the FPD/City Hall crowd could share a common goal, this is it.

And the path to settlement is the route no doubt most favored by Garo Mardirossian, the lawyer who is representing a whole slew of FPD/FPOA victims of brutality and perjury. For a lawyer a big payday without having to risk anything is a gift. And co-incidentally the same result will be a gift for Joe Felz, Pat Mckinley, Danny Hughes, Barry Coffman and the rest of the gang.

Your new council majority of Chaffee, Flory and Fitzgerald will make sure that Fullerton returns to the normalcy where no bad deed goes reported.

Of course it won’t be their money that goes to pay off Veth Mam and Kelly Thomas’s relatives. It will be yours.

And you will be poorer but no wiser.

    1. The part that I hope is “inaccurate” is the prediction that Mrs. Fitzgerald will join the Chaffee-Flory (Jones, Bankhead, McKinley) cabal.

        1. A good valid point but serving in the elective office as Fullerton city council member puts the ball right in her hands to either take important corrective actions and gain the recognition and credit, or just blend into the dopey go along on the “easy ride” (or “cruise”) with Flory, et al.

Mrs. Fitzgerald has an opportunity; I hope she decides to make good of this very big chance to demonstrate clear thinking, courage and leadership.

$822,000 Worker Shows California Leads U.S. Pay Giveaway

“It’s outrageous what public employees in California receive in compensation and benefits,” said Lanny Ebenstein, who heads the California Center for Public Policy, a Santa Barbara-based research institution critical of public payrolls.

Unions pressed for every perk they could squeeze out of governors and their department managers — including “arduous- duty” pay for office workers and special bonuses for call- center employees “in recognition of the complex workload and level and knowledge required to receive and respond to consumer calls,” state documents show.

“California spends most of its money on salaries, retirement payments, health care benefits for government workers, and other compensation,” said Schwarzenegger, 65, who replaced Davis as governor. “State revenues are up more than 50 percent over the past 10 years, but still we’ve had to cut spending on services because so much of that revenue increase went to increases in compensation and benefits.”

  1. This was always the big issue of the 2012 that nobody talked about.

FitzFlory will never let the facts out. Look for a huge payout to Veth Mam and Ron Thomas. Smaller yet substantial ones for Quinonez and Clarke.

Not trials. no Muss no fuss. And Flory will keep blathering on about how Fullerton can’ afford to make a rebate on her illegal water tax.

    1. Ron Thomas is getting shit. The city already paid out 1 million to the family. The mother and her attorney were smart to take the money and run. Ron you are screwed. Nothing for you!

      1. You have spectacularly missed the point of the post. Ron WILL get a massive payout – in order to hush up the roles played by McKinley and Hughes in the Thomas murder cover-up.

A trial will mean that McCueBall and Hughes and every lying thieving cop in the FPD will get deposed by Mardirossian. Then watch the weasels turn on each other. Too bad it will never happen.

        Ron will get another mil.

        1. Mam will get a boatload, too. Count on high six figures. That one has even more stink on it than the Thomas case.

    1. I’ll take that. The trial would be expensive for the taxpayers, too. But the truth will come out, and a jury verdict could actually be cheaper than the settlements.

        1. so doobie doo, do what is expedient and not morally correct? Isn’t that what got Fullerton city council into its current mess involving the frewuent civil rights abuses committed by its very own police force?

  2. Fuck, it seems that we have put in effort to change things, and have made progress, and then, the old white hairs and blue shirts all casted thei same old brainwashed votes.

I think your analysis of this will turn out pretty close to what will happen.

    Sigh,

    its frustrating and sad

  3. It’s a dirty, dirty system.

And the dirtiest ones of all make the rules.

There will be no justice. There will be no transparency. They commit the violations, and then YOU pay without really knowing what you’re paying for.

The system we live under is really no better than communism in many respects.

    1. Capitalism? Are you joking?? It’s pure theft. It’s got nothing to do with distributing the money to those who work the hardest and produce the most. It’s a kleptocracy. Crony-Capitalism at it’s finest. Until you describe the problem accurately you will NEVER come to a viable solution.

      Americans are so dumb! 😀

      I’m sorry. It’s the truth!

  4. Now it’s called a tussle.

Cal State San Bernardino police kill student during struggle

“Bartholomew Williams, 38, exhibited “super-human-type strength” during the tussle, using the officers’ pepper spray against them and grabbing one of their batons, said a spokesman for the San Bernardino Police Department, which is investigating the shooting…

This became a prolonged, violent struggle,” the spokesman said…

One of the officers was hospitalized after the incident and treated for minor injuries, he said…

The police spokesman described Williams as a muscular male who weighed more than 200 pounds. Family members told police he had suffered from a mental disorder and had stopped taking his medication, the spokesman said.”

    1. Remember that TRack clearly stated that Kelly Thomas had a right to self defense by running away from the cops.

By using COP’s offensive weapons defensively against the COP is a self defense IMO.

I believe that it would be appropriate for Williams to use COP’s gun to stop the COP to kill Williams….. maybe to jam the gun into the COP’s fat ass.

However, as long as the Left Liberals will rule in California the COP will be always found innocent.

  5. “importantly the roles played by Patdown Pat McKinley and Mike Sellers in covering up the whole mess, and worse, putting the creep back on the streets shall never be known. Why? because there was a settlement; a settlement approved by by-then Councilman McKinley himself.”
Recently retired Fullerton Police Chief Pat McKinley, who was recently recalled from Fullerton’s city council, his name keeps showing up whenever the issue of civil rights abuses committed upon Fullerton’s community is revealed to the public.
Why would Ron Thomas, father of Kelly Thomas who was beaten to death by Fullerton PD, name McKinley in his wrongful death lawsuit against the city of Fullerton?
Kelly thomas was murdered two years after McKinley retired from Fullerton PD and was serving as a Fullerton city council person.
After serving as chief of police for the city of fullerton from 1993 to 2009, what is McKinley’s legacy to this police department and to the city of Fullerton?

  6. I’m sick that the people of Fullerton elected these three self serving, self aggrandizing pieces of shit.
They run for public office so they can have a title, some local celebrity, and for personal enrichment, not for the good of the community at large…
They are of course very good for the community that funded their campaigns, public employee unions, city government employees, developers, etc. They do NOT represent the taxpayers and residents of Fullerton. They are NOT honest brokers at the negotiating table…What a fucking shame, I guess it’s true that “a democracy gets the government it deserves…”

  7. You effin idiots… Do you know how much money we save with Dick Jones as the city attorney. He bills out cheaper than any city atty in Orange county…Do your research you retards

    1. How much did his legal expertise cost the taxpayers over the years? His incompetence is priceless.

You get what you pay for. Kiger loses. We all lose.

  8. Ron wont get shit….KT wasnt even his biological son. He left his poor son on the streets, He is a liar and he deserves nothing. Kick Rocks Ron. Maybe you should have taken care of your kid.

    1. Wron, effin idiot. He will get at least what his wife got and she was desperate for a quick payout. More likely he will hold us up for two million to make the civil suit go away and protect Hughes and mcpension.

      1. ^^^this is obviously an FPD troll/management. Hughes is holding on for dear life a recording reference Ron making a spontaneous statement of “I’m not sure he’s even my son.” Hughes has also provided some officers at the FPD with ALL of Ron’s phone numbers so they can contact cell phone providers and
Try and track when Ron was contacted in the past reference KT… A sick game the city is playing

        1. And Hughes handled the Veth investigation all by himself but once the *hit hit the fan he had Sgt Schoen re do the investigations so Hughes name wouldn’t be involved. When the officers asked why they’re being re interviewed Sgt Schoen told them “theres no record of the first interview.” Shady stuff perpetrated by Hughes.. AND since Hughes tried to cover up the investigation a year had past and according to POBR the PD has one year to discipline and can’t be disciplined after the one year statue… Hughes dropped the ball again

    2. Wrong, Anonymous. Kelly’s mother accepted the offer to move on and get away from the drama and circus. She now uses that money to help the homeless and others, no fanfare, no media, no publicity or announcements. She would probably be embarrassed that this is mentioned. She did things for Kelly when he was alive. Kelly often spoke of his mother and sister but never of his father. Ron Thomas was never seen anywhere by Kelly’s friends or at places where Kelly frequented. Ron’s payout will largely depend on his relationship with Kelly and will be greatly reduced by a lack of one. This explains why several people are reporting attempts by Ron Thomas to pay (bribe) them to lie and say he was around and had a great relationship with Kelly. He should’ve taken the 900k when the city first offered it. He’ll be lucky to get even that now.

  9. Incompetence? He is the city manager for 6 different cities…I can smell his incompetence. This comes from Rudy who is sitting in his underwear on Monday morning blogging, Get a Job Rudy

    1. Jonesie did a bang up job hiding the illegal water tax for 15 years. Of course that dough went to pay for your fake disability retirement and unfunded liability for a bogus retroactive pension spike approved by Jan Flory so it’s all good, eh?

  10. Personally I’m moving out of Fullerton ASAP. There is no point in fighting. Let the psychopathic satanists win and reap what they sow. That will be the only way to ever get people to WANT to change things.

    1. I’m staying, as I have stayed in this town most of my life. fullerton is my town, just as it is every individual’s town who chooses to live, do business, visit Fullerton,.
Fullerton is ground zero for the ‘main street’ every politician has thrown at voters to show we should vote for them because they are one of us.
Thanks to the efforts of FFFF, this blog has allowed the people of fullerton , ‘main street” to power up to the petty, municipal politicians and their sycophants and cronies and demand these same municipal officials be accountable to Fullerton’s community.
Pat McKinley et al’s legacy to us may be a corrupted police force, cover ups of civil rights abuses and exorbitent salaries, benefits and pensions for city o fullerton employees.
the good people of fullerton’s legacy will be the FFFF removing corruption form our police force and municipal government.
The good people of fullerton will give hope to other “main streets” who have been kicked around, used and abused by those politicians and government employees who have vowed to protect the rights of the individual and to represent the interests of the people

      1. The good people of Fullerton have given hope to others. You know the effect we have had by the blow back coming out of the machine. Things will never be the same in this town because too many people are paying attention now thanks to the investment and efforts Mr. Bushala and the FFFF crew. Its is lights out meatball for running roughshod over the citizens and the voters. The election cycle will no longer play out like a broken record anymore in Fullerton. The road ahead has many twists, turns and bumps. It will not be easy but nothing good ever comes easy.

  11. “Things will never be the same in this town because too many people are paying attention now thanks to the investment and efforts Mr. Bushala and the FFFF crew . . . The election cycle will no longer play out like a broken record anymore in Fullerton. ”

That’s right! And people like Doug Chaffee, Jan Flory, and Jennifer Fitzgerald have no chance of defeating such strongmen as Chris Norby and Travis Kiger . . . and Ron Paul.

    1. Landslide Jan with her 30 big ones and the other two have a couple of years to fix the roads, solve the pension crisis, repair water pipes, get us the water tax refund, clean up the FPD, solve the problems of DTF – OC’s newest magnet for our youth’s self destruction and get cheese from the moon. I suspect that they will probably have more success with their space travels.

      1. More gloom and doom. . . and now the moon.

Whitaker has had two years to fix all of those things and what has he done for Fullerton?

Norby had ten years to fix it and what did he do?

And Travis Kiger had . . . oh that’s right–he had only a few months on the Council.

        1. It’s not gloom and doom it’s merely reality with now more work to do and less time and money to get it done. They all will have their day in the sun to solve, do nothing or exacerbate these problems. Send your young daughter downtown on Friday nights alone and let her walk around alone. Turn on your tap after a 7.0 earthquake and see what comes out. Sit back and watch the graffiti move slowly northward. Drive around Fullerton after a good rain and watch the potholes and pavement flaws cause accidents and even maybe a fatality or two. Put your young son in the back of a cruiser for a screen check ride with some satanic music blaring, and if he talks back maybe he will become a snuff film star. Nah more gloom and doom and now the moon. Yeah its all in my head hidden in plain view.

        2. Too bad Whitaker was saddled with the Three Dim Bulbs and Quirk.

You are seriously blaming him for not being able fix anything? That’s just jerkwad GED thinking – even for a cop.

  12. Every year COPs are trying to makeup for their brutality by collecting toys for children.

Who would join me to start letter campaign to OC school districts and nonprofits who are receiving such toys to label them as blood tainted.

Lets put together a petition sign it and mail it.

Simply stated — keep your fucking toys and your fucking community service you fucking COPs.

We must stigmatize COPs and make them pariahs.

No free food, donuts or coffee — maybe they will get the message these fatso moron mongoloids.

Lets put together a proposition to freeze COP’s pay for 5 years — maybe they will get the message these fatso moron mongoloids.

  13. The only way things will change is if DOJ comes in with their big guns. Without them, this whole thing will slowly fade away everywhere except this blog and few other libertarian zealots. The Council will collectively be on Xanax for a year or so; Felz will, after a few months, decide to ‘move on to other opportunities’, and resign. Hopefully, the Council will have a REAL recruitment process for a new CM. Hughes will be named Chief and hopefully Fitzgerald, Flory and Whitaker will regard their election as a mandate to at least keep a closer eye on the PD. Too bad the Bushala bucks didn’t buy us more.

              1. Stanley – Dump the Hmmmmm… It doesn’t get anyone’s attention, it just annoys. Also, what is a ‘moron mongoloid’ , an insensitive comment on people with Downs Syndrome or a rascist comment about east asians?

                1. “an insensitive comment on people with Downs Syndrome or a rascist comment about east asians?”…….. Hmmmmm

Do you think that Graig Diamond a.k.a Golem has Downs Syndrome or is East Asian? …….. yet he is a moron mongoloid.

                2. A friend assures me that it’s old-school anti-Semitism. Like many Russian Jews, I think that I probably do have some Tatar ancestry, so that apparently would be enough for the likes of Stanley to refer to me as “mongoloid.” He can confirm that theory or not here.

    1. Good comment. The problem with denouncing legal settlements is that it means that the city must instead outspend the plaintiff’s attorney even when it knows that it’s in the wrong. What you want is not avoiding settlements, but allowing for less confidentiality in them. Different problem, different solution.

If you want to avoid settlements, then have the government prosecute and refuse to settle — or refuse to accept confidentiality as part of the settlement. Putting that on the backs of plaintiffs’ counsel — who take a huge risk every time they (we) take on a case for trial — is unreasonable. That — or offer to donate to a legal fund to pay for the trial that you want.

        1. Settlements are generally cheaper than trials. That’s why people settle. To exaggerate slightly, trials are mostly good for expert witnesses and court reporters.

      1. “That — or offer to donate to a legal fund to pay for the trial that you want.”………… Hmmmmm

If you would be a Latino I would say that you have passed bar by way of affirmative action.

I am not sure but maybe there is an affirmative action for your kind and challenged, too.

    2. Felz won’t quit. it’s like an embezzling employee. if they quit they will be exposed by the next guy who doesn’t want to be blamed for past misdeeds

  14. Getting what a selfish delusional group of fools wants will be the worst things for them. 🙂 Mc Kinley wanted limelight and sadistic control over others. Jones wanted to bully and spout out to his fools, Bankhead wanted to pretend he could stay awake or even pretend to understand whats happening.

Politics is a very very slow game. You participate in sports with the taem and game you have so far, dont forget your big big winners.

I dont even see the OCDAs office being able to blow off international attention.

Look at what they already did to the City.

    1. The political path is too slow, expensive, and well established.

Career news people, Lawyers, Reason.com, Moxely, the channel 5 KTLA guy, Youtube, those have been fast and effective.

  15. Libertarian Losers is right, it’s over. Truthseeker is admirable but alas the money and power is with the public employees. The only right thing to do is vote with your wallet and move.

When Fullerton is nothing more than a crime ridden wasteland people will listen to change.

The election went like every other election with the exception of our recall. Now it’s back to business as usual and that’s fine.

There is nothing left to fight for anyway people. Let’s move on.

    1. Troll version is wrong.

One thing Fullerton has is Rich people with way too much money Lawyers consultants and influence, they are pissing off way too many people. Why did they blame it all on a single person with “Aspirations to completely control the city (IT WAS A POLITICAL THREAT TO ANY AND EVERYONE WILLING TO OPPOSE THE COVER UP AND CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE KNOWN AS FULLERTON CITY LEADERSHIP!!!!)

  16. The info on City Attorney Jones (above) is very telling. “Kiger loses” says he is city attorney for 6 municipalities.
My brother in law is city attorney for a city of 225,000 (twice the size of Fullerton) and it is only a half time job (with full benefits of course!). So if Jones has 6 municipalities it would take 3 full time Jones to do an adequate job. Sounds like Fullerton is getting shorted once again by the city attorney! We need to have Joe Felz look into this travesty! No wonder “Kiger loses” above says Jones charges less than other attorneys. He does less!
Anyone on city council going to investigate???

      1. So many incompetent boobs in orange county have law firms. It’s been this way for decades.

        …So, whats the catch?

        1. Jones, unlike Tuco’s brother-in-law, doesn’t have to do most of the work himself. It gets passed on to others. The comparison is therefore invalid. Consider yourself as having been shown a photo of a bunny with pancakes on its head.

        1. I doubt that, “Fred.” I don’t think he’d cotton to me.

How do you know his firm so well to describe it that way — or is this just a fantasy of yours?

I was going to ask you too explain what a competent staff-licker is and how you know that Jones’s people are incompetent, but I have decided against it.

    1. Based on what I saw in another local city that uses a different law firm, the “city attorney” is often a figurehead; the day-to-day work is done by other staff… The “City Attorney” shows up at council meetings and spouts “talking points” that have been prepared by the staff members

      1. I negotiated directly with the City Attorney in Irvine early in the Occupy days. He likely had help preparing him, but he was no figurehead — he had to know his stuff.

  17. The firm in which Jonesy is a partner (www.jones-mayer.com) provides attorneys for several cities; to quote his bio:

“Mr. Jones has lectured to the California League of Cities and various other conferences on a variety of topics including labor negotiations, punitive damages, and seeking gang injunctions. Mr. Jones was a professor at Whittier College providing instruction in Professional Ethics and Business Law for over ten years.”

    “Professional Ethics” – HAH!

    1. A professor at Whittier College providing instruction in Professional Ethics?? Isn’t that the law school that Richard Nixon graduated from? We all know what happened when he utilized his professional ethics!!

      1. Typically until someone posts some helpful relevant information that may prove useful to the person who originally posted the link.

If it was me looking to identify a particular female officer on the FPD, I’d probably go to the duty roster of Fullerton police officers that Barry Coffman posts on the City Clerk’s portion of the city of Fullerton’s web site, and once that downloads, I’d deduce which ones are the female officers by their first names listed on the roster.

        http://cityoffullerton.com/weblink8/1/doc/482592/Page1.aspx

  18. Did FPD ever find anything on that young man, who died in front of Hero’s? Or are our, sharp as a tack detectives, just sitting on their thumbs?

  19. fullerton police now in pursuit of car jacking suspect starting at Cal state fullerton. now going thru bellflower.Interesting to see how this one ends.

      1. They got him safely, non FPD style. ( there is a very bad FPD heli video after a pursuit)

        It was a long one.

  20. Last updated at 5:22 p.m.

Police arrived on campus at 3:50 p.m.to respond to a group suspected of a jewelry store robbery in Moreno valley. The five suspects came off the 57 freeway, in two cars; a grey late model Lexus and a late model Hyundai.

Three men were taken into custody, while the remaining two are still at large on campus. The hijacked from Cal State Fullerton ended in a chase in Watts at a baseball field called Imperial Courts Recreation Center.

Both Mihaylo Hall and Langsdorf Hall have both been locked down while police search for the remaining suspects, one suspect is believed to have gone into Mihaylo Hall. Gunshots were heard near Langsdorf hall, but it is not determined if the shots were from the suspects or the police.

All traffic in the Cal State Fullerton has been blocked off, and a SWAT vehicle was also dispatched to the campus. 9 SWAT members were seen going into Mihaylo Hall on the east side of the building at 5:23 p.m.

    http://www.dailytitan.com/2012/12/armed-suspects-on-campus/

    1. Kind of humorous that the one suspect foot bailed at Imperial Courts – where LAPD was hosting a toy giveaway for area kids

  21. It sure is quiet here regarding the election…Like it or not, the voting public spoke. And I think they chose correctly. Quite frankly, I think it’s great that there’s a mix politically on the council.

  22. Greg Diamond :
A friend assures me that it’s old-school anti-Semitism. Like many Russian Jews, I think that I probably do have some Tatar ancestry, so that apparently would be enough for the likes of Stanley to refer to me as “mongoloid.” He can confirm that theory or not here.

“I probably do have some Tatar ancestry”………. Hmmmmm

    LOL!!!!!!!

I am glad that you have admit Golem that you are genetically an idiot!……. and that goes double if you are a Lawyer.

    http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Tatarded

    http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/Talk:Tatar

FYI, not only Russian language uses Tatar offensively but every European language including Yiddish.

So here you have it, you affirmative action Tatar-Lawyer.

And do not forget to keep using anti-Semitism in conjunction that with Tatar — looks like very intelligent comment for a Left-Liberal-Tatar-Lawier.

    1. Here, you can see that your Tatar genetic background is militant and for 300 years have terrorized Europe and that is why you are hated!

Nazis were nice guys compare to your Tatar (Russian Jews) ancestry. As recently as 1968 until 1990 Tatar-Russian-Jews (Trocky was a Jew who founded Red Army) invited Czechoslovakia established there concentration camps and kill 6,000,000 Czechs.

And you wand to be respected and loved?

      http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mongol_and_Tatar_states_in_Europe

    2. Odd that you leave out the link to “Tatar” itself: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tatars

My guess is that I’m about 1/16 or 1/32 Tatar based on the features of my maternal grandfather. Could be wrong. Feel free to keep calling me “Tatar,” though, although I’ll miss “Golem.” (I’d guess you for maybe 1/8 or 1/16 Tatar.)

The “genetically an idiot” stuff is, I presume, self-refuting, even among the worst of this crowd, so I’ll avoid comment.

  23. We have identified the problem that has distorted our municipal government. It is greed, corruption, cronyism.
Greed evidenced by illegal water taxes, exorbitent salaries, benefits and retirements for our municipal employees.
Corruption evidenced by the frequent legal settlements approved by our city council to buy legal hush for the many civil rights abuses its police force has inflicted upon the community of Fullerton.
Cronyism evidenced by the redevelopment contracts awarded to those who whined and dined on the company’s yacht Fullerton city council persons Keller and Quirk-Silva, the unusual rise to city manager position of Joe Felz who obviously lacks the professional credentials for this job.
We, the good people of fullerton, know the problem.
This blog, FFFF, needs to offer viable solutions to rid Fullerton’s municipal government of greed, corruption, cronyism.
I was hoping Travis Kiger would win another term on Fullerton’s city council. His presence on this council would have made reform and restoration of representative government and easier task to accomplish by the populace.
However, FFFF needs to cultivate another grass roots movement that pushes a well-defined agenda and practical plan that will push out the intellectual heirs of Bankhead, Jones and Mckinley.
And in their place, put a solid political idealogy that benefits the populace by placing the rights of the individual over the collective good of society that is so often intentionally misinterpreted by our politicians to benefit themselves.

    1. The collective good normally flourishes as a result of the individual rights being solemnly protected. The social engineers made up of the alphabet agencies within government, the media, the secular humanist educational system, and the neutered whore modern day churches have all been complicit in the descent of this Country into the moral abyss that makes us unworthy. They have made us unworthy of the blessed Constitutional Republican form of government bestowed upon us by the framers and the tree of liberty that has been watered by the blood of the men and women that have given their lives for it. In the eyes of the leaders we are now a people that cannont be entrusted to care for ourselves, dependent on government and chattel property registered with the Department of Commerce. Because our Constitution is wholly inadequate for an Ungodly people, by design we are being socially engineered as such. Consequently the citizenry being reduced to an animalistic nature cannot be entrusted with individual rights. The individual rights have been therefore made ILLEGAL and licenses and permits have been issued for such. Nothing happens by accident when there are pycohpaths with 180 IQ’s writing laws that are roping us like fat hogs and a comlplicit priesthood. Government is to be kept on a short leash and our local leaders are no exception. May they never feel at home usurping their authority and abdicating their sworn responsibilities to the citizens. In North Korea they tie your hands together, your feet together and put a hook in your belly button and hang you from it over an open fire and torture you for even questioning the government. North Korea fell overnight. I have family that barely made it out with the shirts on their backs. Use your rights or lose them and stay awake folks or forever relinquish the daylight in this country to those that care for nothing more than their own pathetic self preservation at the expense of the good people who simply don’t realize what is being done to them.

      1. Sworn officers killing, framing, screen checking and molesting innocent citizens is textbook North Korea. We must NEVER accept that in Fullerton or anywhere else in our wonderful land. We owe it to the future of a free society, our kids and their kids.

  24. I find it reprehensible that the owners of this blog allows Stanley Fiala and all the other sick minded Jew haters to spew their disgusting lies and filth and no one running this blog believes it is both appropriate and indeed necessary to stand up and rufute the hateful garbage of all the Jew haters in the world.

FFFF if you allow this hate speech to continue without a wimper from any of you I have to conclude one of two things. Either you agree with it or it just does not bother you.

Allowing free speech is one thing but allowing hate speech to go on and on on this blog without responding forcibly to it is something else again.

Stanley if it were not for Jews your kids still would be exposed to polio. If it were not for Jews, there would be no Chrisianity! Without Jews there would be no Ten Commandments. So Stanley, when you state you want Israel to be nuked by Iran, you are really hurting all of mankind.

If those 6 million Jews were not murdered by the Nazis how many more cures for diseases would have been found by those individuals or their ancestors? How many lives would have been made more heathly? Cancer may have been cured already, maybe diabetes or heart failure.

But sick people like Stanley can only wish for more harm to come to Jews in the future.

Stanley Fiala you are a sick and disturbed coward. I feel very sorry for you and people like you who have to live with so much hate in their hearts day in and day out.

      1. Its very hard to ignore twits like Stanley Fiala and MCSATANS GLORY simply because they literally flood the blog with distracting rambling garbage.

  25. Fred/Tony:

If this blog is supposed to be about reform, justice and improving our community than it is a prerequisite that you also stand tall against hate speech against Jews.

To ignore the history of genocide against the Jewish people and allow people on your blog to wish for a repeat of what the Nazis did 70 years ago is plain wrong. You have a responsiblity to make it crystal clear that you find this kind of hate speech unacceptable.

Your silence on this issue is both baffling and troubling to me. I would sincerely hope that going forward you would take the time to refute such garbage on this blog.

    1. I am not Tony. And I believe the world is full of messed up people who should simply be ignored.

      Spare your outrage for Fullerton.

And quit running for office. You’re siphoning votes away from people who might win.

  26. Fred your selective indignation is laughable. You and this blog certainly do not follow your own advice. You are always attacking those people you do not like such as Flory, Bankhead, etc. In other words, please do not give advice you do not follow yourself!

Hate mongers should always illicit righteous indignation from all people of good will. If this blog disagrees with that premise than I believe you do more harm than good!

It is a free country still, and I alone will decide if and when I run for any office.

I thought this blog was to help expand freedom not to stifle it.

    1. It’s sad that a blog that has done so much good can not even stand for something as simple as denouncing hatred. Instead, people like “Fred” are bitter souls who instead blame others for their failures.

    2. I think your missing the point Barry when in one breath your espousing and wishing to expand freedom, and in the next breath your crying for censorship of this blog?

    3. I save my indignation for things I can do something about. Worrying about the fiala individual is not one of them.

Hollow “condemnation” is a complete waste of my time. You, however, are free to do with your time what you like. Even like perpetual election campaigns.

  27. Benjamin Lira :
The FPOA Christmas party is this Friday night at the Elks lodge in Fullerton. You better believe there’s gonna be some drinking and driving. When MADD would give awards to cops at the city council meetings most of us would laugh bcuz some of those were the biggest offenders when it comes to drinking and driving. When I reported one officer was drinking “on duty” the response(which I have in writing) was, “the officer was on his one hour unpaid lunch.” WTF?!? What they should of said the officer was seated next to Crum and three of his Sergeants so it was ok… Unbelievable

Benjamin, I believe that any PD officer/ Sheriff can deputize a citizen to assist in any police action if such officer needs help.

Therefor, deputize 10 citizens so they can setup DUI checkpoint, get TV ABC, CBS and FOX News and lets the ball roiling.

Obviously the COPs will resist an arrest, will appear to reach into their waistband, so the citizens can kick the ass.

    1. Now that is not only a good idea, but it’s also a great idea for a TV show…

“Drunk COPS vs. MADD mothers or “COPS getting Punked by Ashton Kucher and Friends”

        1. How about if we donated all of the profits that the television show would generate to the homeless here in Fullerton?

          1. “How about if we donated all of the profits that the television show would generate to the homeless here in Fullerton?”………… Hmmmmm

Not only that you would have drunk COPs but drunk homeless too.

              1. “We could invest the profits generated from the television show into a sober living shelter”………. Hmmmmmm

Not only that you would have drunk COPs but drunk homeless shelter operators too in addition to drunk homeless on panhandling proceeds living on the street.

The left liberal socialism does not work.

Lets get the money from the show, move it to Cayman Islands to avoid Obama Care/Taxation and live happily ever after.

  29. Anonymous you have misunderstood my comments. I have not called for censoring hate speech but rather to implore this blog’s management to denounce it strongly.

To allow it to be broadcast over and over again, day after day without any response by this blog’s management I feel is very irresponsible!

    1. I think that we have to continually educate and enlighten each other in order to ever hope to eradicate prejudice.
Kind of what you were doing earlier by illustrating to the audience the important life-changing contributions that the Jewish people have made to the human race.
Change the two words, “You will!” into “Will you?”

      1. “the important life-changing contributions that the Jewish people have made to the human race”……… Hmmmmm

Like killing Jesus and prohibiting celebration of his birth?

        1. The Jewish religious leaders of Jesus’ day were the one’s who specifically sought His death. The Roman authorities carried it out. In another sense, according to the Bible teaching, we are all to blame since it is sin that made Jesus’ death a necessity, and the Bible teaches that ll people are sinners.

Sometimes people fail to make the distinction between the Jewish religious leaders and Jews in general, (many of whom were Jesus’ followers) and blame the Jews in general. This is a mistake and sometimes can also unfortunately be an excuse or a smokescreen for anti-semitic attitudes.

          1. “people fail to make the distinction between the Jewish religious leaders and Jews in general”……… Hmmmmm

Unfortunately, I am not talking about the religion because I am personally agnostic. I am taking about Jesus a Jewish person and a trouble maker for Jewish tribe leaders who have arrested him and tried him and turned him to Romans who had the authority to carry on the Jewish judgement of crucifixion.

However, before the Pontius Pilate affirm the execution he put Jesus in front of hundreds of Jews on the public square and ask them if they really want Jesus dead and they unanimously agreed.

It was Jewish people who beat Jesus alleyway to the execution place.

As to anti-semitic attitudes?…… Somehow you are insinuating that no one can be against Jews….. why?
What is so special about Jews?

Hating Jews without an element of malice is not antisemitism!

Ask Palestinian people about atrocities which the Jews are committing. Ask British killed by Jewish terrorists in the King David Hotel bombing. Ask sailors from the USS Liberty how Jews indiscriminately kill them.

List is long!.. Same as Jews hate every German for what Nazi did the people in general can hate all Jews for what they did.

That is fair!….. not antisemitic crapola!

FYI, it is Jews who kill public celebration of Christmas. It started in late 80’s when they start forcing Menorah next to Christmas tree on the city property. Since it looked really revanchist like they took Menorah out and forced Christmas completely banned, because we have Jew ass kissing politicians, ask Santa Ana council women Claudia Alvarez, and since they control media the word Christmas is “offensive” to them.

            1. I am TIRED and SICK of reading these rambling disjointed messages from the likes of Stanley Fiala, Lifesaving Service, MCSATANS GLORY and Reality Is (I could add 2 more but I won’t).

After almost 2 years, they have successfully driven away real people within the Fullerton Community with real concerns and instead turned it into a vast wasteland filled with off topic links, anti-semitic/racist rants and other nonsensical ramblings.

Every damn day, its the same 3-4 twits flooding the blog with the same garbage. It’s impossible to post anything or have a debate or discussion without them completely taking over.

Hell, a former Fullerton PD officer posted about corruption within the department but you wouldnt know that because of all the garbage posts.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! Its time to take out the trash and return it this blog to the community.

  30. Fred you have attacked me twice now for running for office. This is a total non-sequitor to the conversation we are having about allowing hate speech to go unanswered on this blog.

Please do not use my comments about hate speech as a poor excuse to attack me for running for office.

By the way, if I would have won, this city would now be looking at a much brighter future both economically and ethically!

      1. However, if I would have won, in 2004, 2006, 2008 Santa Ana Mayoral race, the city (among many other restored constitutional rights) would have well established Red Light District (a part of my campaign platform) based on that it would have giga-surplas, the council member Carlos Bustamante would not face sex charges, because he could pay to satisfy his libido, and so would rest of the council and Police Chief, and all other sex offenders making Santa Ana sexually safest city like these in Europe.

Since I have lost the Santa Ana remains a sewer.

  31. replys to this posting are getting way off-base. When are one of Mr. B’s buds going to post something new?

  32. To the “F”FFF idiot who just banned me!

Last time you did that I have predicted that you will loss the election, and you did.

Why?… Because you are listening to idiots like “Enough is Enough”

The “F”FFF is essentially same like everyone else against whom the “F”FFF is against, therefore, you can never win.

    Enjoy.

  33. Maybe if we focused on good things, happyness andand the people rather than military might money and advertisement.

  34. Funny, not one word about 20 babies being killed today. All I can say is God rest their souls, and to their families, I am so sorry. As a parent my heart goes out to them. So sad. After today who gives a rats ass about politics. All I can hope is all you agree with me…..

    1. I’ve been lurking all day checking for that myself. God bless them and their families. There’s a place in hell for the killer! That’s for sure!

    2. 28 people lost their lives today in a senseless tragedy. The blame for this horrific tragedy can be squarely placed on the deranged bastard AND those that legislate victim disarmament making EVERY child in every school a sitting duck. NOBODY at any school is allowed to possess or carry a gun. Not the teachers, principals, staff- NOBODY. How long do you think that son of a bitch would have lasted if school staff were armed? You will NEVER get the guns out of the hands of the criminals NEVER. When then law abiding are disarmed, the Police CANNOT and DO NOT have a duty to protect the citizens. Courts have ruled repeatedly on this. Lock downs and drills don’t keep our kids safe. Sane policy does. We have been bestowed the right to own guns to protect us from the government. FACT. As a direct result most crime is kept at bay because most people are armed at home. Gun free zones like schools and universities are the first places psychopaths go to blow their wad because they know that NO ONE can stop them until they have done their deal. We don’t have sane policy in the US anymore. Sadly the American people have become unworthy of the rights that the Constitution bestowed on us because the American people fail to understand them and cannot be entrusted with them any longer for the reasons I outlined in an earlier post yesterday. Look for solutions to this that will only ensure more of the same to happen unless each school district has its own armed Blackwater security force which the teachers’ union will never share the loot with. Criminals will NEVER give up their guns. And ladies once total gun bans have been implemented all over the world, RAPE is the first thing that goes through the roof. Look it up-I am not kidding. Be careful what drumbeat you all begin marching to with this event. There are no winners here except those that will exploit this tragedy to further an agenda that will ultimately greatly harm us all. History repeats itself to those that fail to learn from it. May God have mercy on this Country and may the American people repent from their wicked ways. The demonic and the blood and violence that the masses worship in Hollywood movies, novels, video games and yes even school curriculum becomes reality eventually. Without fail every nation is turned over to its heart’s desire. May God be with the families of the victims of this macabre incident and may God grant wisdom to our leaders and those that seek solutions for us all in the troublesome days ahead.

  35. simmons :
I find it ironic that many of: (a) the moral and useful laws, (b) the most unwise despicable laws, and (c) the most ultimate betrayals in human history were all advanced by people playing on the emotions of those whom are scared or whom have lost a loved one through horrible acts of violence or through accidents. We must be careful that we advocate (a) and not (b) and (c) for I suspect the vast majority of all people whom have advocated for (b) and (c) believed themselves to be honorable and doing the right thing.
Consider just one example: Lynching, the practice of killing people using a rope, by extrajudicial mob action, occurred in the United States chiefly from the late 18th century through the 1960s.
After the civil war, many blacks were lynched by not so honorable people playing on the fear of otherwise honorable people who allowed such horrible deeds mostly out of a sense of fear. Restated, those whom hated and wanted to lynch blacks purposefully played on the fears of otherwise honorable people whom had suffered loss and needed someone to blame such loss one.
Notably, while rope was the tool of the lynch mob, lynching has disappeared without the enactment of one single law against the ownership of rope. Lynching was stopped by changing the hearts and minds of honorable people so that they could accurately see those whom had been playing them for suckers to advance their political agenda.
    Consider this:
    1. Over 750,000 babies murdered by their mother last year via abortion – Liberals could not care less and in fact dare anyone to try and stop the carnage.
    2. Over 300,000,000 died in automobile accidents last year – no laws restricting ownership of cars – but can’t legally drive until 15.
    3. 20 children killed by a tree hugging liberal with mental problems and suddenly Liberals demand the rights of all law abiding gun owners must be taken.
    Liberal logic.

Make that: “over 32,000” deaths in automobile accidents last year, not 300,000,000.

  38. Regarding the shooting of the 20 children and 6 adults – where was it determined that the shooter was a “tree hugging liberal”?

  39. The issue of deadly crime committed against the person has two elements: a) offense; b) defense;

The left literals assumes that by banning the offensive weapon would eliminate need for defensive weapon too.

For a sake of the argument, lets eliminate all guns and no one can get one……. will that stop offense against 20 children in this case?……. no!
The perpetrator can use virtually any object to kill 20 six years old kids in a classroom from where is no escape.

How long it would take to kill 20 kids with the hammer?

OK, so you will ban the hammer, a you can start banning everything until you end up with a stone tied with a rope to the wooden branch — the first offensive weapon of the cave man.

From the above, any reasonable person must conclude that you can’t stop offensive act retentively.

That is politician’s and COP’s crapola!

The old bohemian cliché: “If you want to beat a dog you can always find a stick”.

Therefore, the only way you can stop offensive act is by the good defense and according to Carl von Clausewitz: “The best defense is a good offense”

So if a punk has 3 semiautomatic guns you need 3 automatic assault rifles banned by left liberals.

Conclusion: If we want to protect our children we must arm our teachers with automatic assault rifles which should be attached next to every fire extinguisher in the school and accessible by a code.

Every teacher should attend a training on how to properly use such weapon including any student capable to operate such a weapon in the case of an emergency and when teacher my be killed.

We have a constitutional right to do that!

If we are the Americans it is your duty to destroy the left liberal “progressive” terrorism.

    1. Since you can’t prevent an attack of any kind, you can only defend it, you must figure out what you will do when you see a lunatic walking into a school with a gun in his hands.

Are you gone tell him in politically correct language that the guns are not allowed on the campus?…. that you have ban the guns? or that the guns are banned nationwide?

As I said before, I am agnostic virtually an atheist but it bothers me when the left liberals led by the ACLU (Jews) forced removal of the TEN COMMANDMENTS from the schools.

What is wrong for a child to see daily a message: “I SHEL NOT KILL”……… Huh?

I lived in the old communist Czechoslovakia and government allowed the religious classes in the public schools but ACLU will not — so now this evil teacher union politically correct garbage starts paying off the dividends.

It is interesting to see the communist Chavez publicly preying to the God to help him with his reoccurring cancer treated in the Cuba….. too late my friend after you have persecuted the believers.

This evil was bought on this country by you left “progressive” agents of the Satan.

      Enjoy.

  40. The mama of the shooter lived in a great neighborhood, collected an excellent and rising amount of alimony and had an excellent paying teaching position. Has anyone asked what she needed two handguns for? Has anyone asked why she did not have a pistol safe, (available for $99 full list price)? So he shot her with her gun and went on to a shooting rampage and he had a type of mental disorder, aspergers that would prevent him from buying a gun LEGALLY.
This is a sad case made worse by one person’s lack of thought of having guns and ammo in the same house with a struggling son with some serious mental problems.

    1. [She] “had an excellent paying teaching position.”

Not true. She was not a teacher at the school or anywhere else. She was unemployed after having previously worked in the financial industry. Her ex-husband is a tax adviser.

In other words, the kid’s parents were money people.

True. The mother used incredibly poor judgment in giving her son automatic weapons.

  41. So any body else thinks its weird, that
1- This kids dad was to testify against LIBOR?
2- The very same colorado shooter ( movie theatre)…his dad was to testify as well.
3- Why do they say is mom was a teacher? she wasnt?
