  1. Not much you can add to that.

Jebus! Blood, frogs, gnats, flies, disease, boils, hail, locusts, darkness…

    1. Here’s something you could add to it.

When he says “Either you do what these people want or God will do it,” what do you think he means?

Do you think that he means that God will cause someone to win or lose the election? Will send a plague or ten?

Or do you think that someone inspired by Wiley Drake to believe that he (and it would probably be a man) is doing God’s will would act to set things straight?

Those of you who were whistling your approval, what did you make of this “prophetic threat”?

      1. Justice will be done. Despite swine like you who want to exonerate Manny Ramos, the swine who started it. And I guess that makes you something of a swine, too.

        1. You guys dish it out but can’t take it!
          Leave Greg alone .
Ezekiel 25:17. “The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the iniquities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother’s keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is The Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee.”

      2. “Either you do what these people want or God will do it”

It’s “Fire and Brimstone” preaching. That’s all.

Why do you look for things that aren’t there?

      3. Greg seeing as how you are a shill for the Southern Poverty law Center tell us about Reverend Jeremiah Wright-Mr Obama’s pastor. Please educate the audience. By the way in regards to fomenting anything see below-from the wikipedia page:

The statutory definition of domestic terrorism in the United States has changed many times over the years; also, it can be argued that acts of domestic terrorism have been occurring since long before any legal definition was set forth.
According to a memo produced by the FBI’s Terrorist Research and Analytical Center in 1994, domestic terrorism was defined as “the unlawful use of force or violence, committed by a group(s) of two or more individuals, against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives.”[2]
Under current United States law, set forth in the USA PATRIOT Act, acts of domestic terrorism are those which: “(A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State; (B) appear to be intended— (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and (C) occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States.”[3]-
SOUNDS LIKE JEREMIAH WRIGHT AND THE FPD NOT WILEY DRAKE-

        1. And by the way I remember back about 10 or so years ago when the FBI released the project meggido report , Wiley had a copy of it in his hand, blasted it, threw it on the ground and stomped on it in a church service. He received a standing ovation. Greg do some research on government sponsored terrorism, false flags and the destruction of the Constitution, the end of the bill of rights and give us your million dollar opinion. Then go back to your blog that no one reads or help us clean up this city and put these murderers behind bars where they belong.

      4. first, Wiley Drake is not a prophet . I’m sure he is aware of this fact. I I doubt his intimations of cosmic justice will set into motion a homicidal maniac who will suddenly pop onto the fullerton city council scene.

        1. is a statistical distant. what is worse than talking fire and brimstone is inflaming the public with intimations Rev. Drake will cause a crazy man to shoot up the next fullerton city council meeting

  2. This is a guy that greets and hugs and cares for the homeless like lost relatives.

He’s definitely not afraid to speak his heart and doesn’t really care what you think of him afterwords.

    God bless Wiley Drake.

              1. I read your orangejuice blog with all the replies. Yikes, what a dump that rag is. And you quote it? Get a life, Mr. Diamond!

    1. As opposed to the perfectly normal psychopaths McKinley, Rincon, Mater, Ramos, Wolfe, Cicinelli, Hampton, Blatney…

  3. Where are all the other pastors in this city? They apparently are far too concerned with managing their 501c3, their portfolios and expanding their client base. Wiley Drake doesnt need a 25 million dollar parking structure, or 35 million dollar new campus. He only needs the guts that God gave him, the heart for the homeless that he has wide open and a tattered old Bible. Revelation 21:8 puts the cowards first in line for the lake of fire. I guess all these other hireling coward preachers in our town never learned that in seminary.

  4. Most of them probably don’t even believe in God. How could they by the way they behave? My guess is that they were laughing internally at Wiley’s little sermon. Face it. The Fullerton city government must be full of pagans. You would think the city employees would want to wash their hands of their scofflaw colleagues by having their own little protest and calling for the ouster of the scrofflaws. Do you hear anyone in Fullerton city government complaining about the cops? I don’t. Silence is complicity. Don’t ever forget that.

    1. Atheists and agnostics are just as horrified by this stuff as the religious folks. That being said, as a non-religious type I enjoyed Drake’s impassioned comments at this and past council meetings anyway.

  5. This man, Wiley Drake has been a really good guy for a long time, active in our larger community. His actions and his words have always been very tough to live up to or to ignore (in my small experience or knowledge of them).

We are a fortunate city indeed. There are many excellent people living and/or working here.

    1. Jesus is comin’. And OMG, is he pissed.
Religious banter aside, support the recall, and punish the FPD cops who participated in the murder of Kelly Thomas. Do they still use the gas chamber in Calif. ? That should be Cicinelli and Ramos’ final destination. Those 2 can take it up with God after they inhale the fumes from the cyanide pellets. The other cops who stood by and watched should be sent to the SHU (doesn’t matter which state).

  6. Drake’s outrage over the killing of Kelly Thomas is welcome, but his insistence that imaginary forces will deliver retribution is ludicrous and insensitive. His preaching at the protests was inappropriate and opportunistic, implying that an outside agency was necessary to justify a moral position against murder. The non-religious among us know perfectly well that it’s simply wrong to kill someone, and not acceptable to allow killers to go free. We don’t require a threat of everlasting pain and suffering to act upon these convictions by insisting that the council do something.

    1. yea i hear that! heaven and hell is bullshit!
live your life dont be a slave to holy ghost’s

    2. Wow, I can tell you’ve never been in a fight before. Who cares if the morality is ascribed to God or man?

Take your allies where you can find them. I say this as an avowed agnostic, but some one who believes evil exists.

    1. Not much coming out of Diamond’s mind except for envy, resentment, and anger.

I always thought Diamonds were supposed to be brilliant and have clarity?

“Bitter? Party of one? Your table is ready.”

      1. “Not much coming out of Diamond’s mind except for envy, resentment, and anger”……… Hmmmmm

        Interesting oxymoron!

The envy, resentment, and anger is lot more than “not much”.

The envy, resentment, and anger are all elements of a very dangerous puppy — Manuel Ramos species.

So if you consider Gröfaz’s felony DUI and Golem’s envy, resentment, and anger you get very psychopathic Orange Juice Blog IMO.

      2. Well, everyone who reads this can click the link, read my piece, and see if they agree with you about it. That’s assuming that you read it at all — which, given that your insults rarely have anything to do with the content and might as well be computer generated, is not a safe assumption.

I will admit to being angered by political terrorism and those who overlook or excuse it. Enjoy playing with Stanley.

              1. I already told you above that I read it, all of it. Yet you ignore reading the replies so you can get your vitriol out. Very sad!

        1. Another whackjob you brought with you. Now you’ll do a little post condemning Tony for not banning Stanly Fiala.

From what I can tell you and he deserve each other. Sort of like a comedy duo.

  7. Haha! Right on cue that idiot Greg Diamond started wringing his boohoo hanky about what an evil man Wiley is. And of course FFF is taken to task for not providing a condemnation of the man.

Really, admin I believe it’s time to ban that schmutz from commenting here.

  8. I want to post on the site, but find Mr Diamond bullying people, demanding we see his way- we all call him grimace from Mcdonalds, but frankly grimace is far classier, because he knows when to keep his fat cake hole shut, Mr Diamond hasnt found that yet.

  9. jane donut :
hey erin are you that fat cow @ those all the counsel meetings? I think she said her last name was lewis? is that you? If so I hope thats not your maiden name

Looks like our troll friend “John Doe” has chosen not to grow

up, and has instead transformed him/herself into “Jane Donut.”

    him/herself into “Jane Donut”. You

    1. Hmm. A idiot who thinks the same as Diamond. The post points out Wiley Drake calling out the Three Dim Bulbs. Nobody has nominated the guy for sainthood.

      Pull your head out.

      1. Read this very thread, fake named one.

“Pastor Drake is a true Warrior!”

        “Yep, he’s a good guy!!”

        “I love this guy”

“This man, Wiley Drake has been a really good guy for a long time. … We are a fortunate city indeed. There are many excellent people living and/or working here.”

Right, no nomination for sainthood — but that’s not the place to set the bar. His publicly praying for people’s deaths invites domestic terrorism among people who buy his religious world view. I condemn that. Do you?

        1. I condemn frequent, interminable commenting on a blog whose readers have already generally indicated that they don’t much care what you have to say.

          1. No, you dolt, only the ones who speak up here as part of the hive mind don’t want to hear opposing views. Lots of people who read this blog for the occasional good story but mostly out of morbid fascination do care.

I’ll go away when Tony bans me or when I get bored — but your kind of weak reply does not bore me.

            1. Bored? You never get bored of your own written word; or voice either, I bet. In fact you actually seem to find yourself interesting.

            2. “If you are brave enough to venture over to the Orange Juice and you can stay awake after reading Diamonds’ latest windy pointless post, then you are stuck wading through endless comments between Nelson and Diamond. The blog has, sadly, become mostly unreadable.”

              http://ocpoliticsblog.com/open-thread-for-orange-juice-blog-ex-pats/

Just like I said…you come to FFFF because your other blog home has not traction. You have a very weak following. Yawn… 🙂

            3. Well, Mister too-above-the-fray-to-call-people-names who called me a dolt, get this. I actually agree with you about 60% of the time. And I still want you to shut up.

See, its not what you’re saying that is so annoying. Its how you say it. Everything is a game of intellectual one-upmanship to you. People don’t like that. You don’t meet people half way and try to find consensus. You just want to prove to everybody that you’re smarter, a better debater, more rational. And you clearly love the sound of your own voice or at least the clatter of your own keyboard.

I’ve ever seen anyone come onto this blog and bother people so much, except the cops and their supporters. That’s not about the positions you take, its about your complete confidence in those positions and how you express that.

Here let’s do a poll. How many of you really enjoy reading all of Greg Diamond’s posts?

              1. All of them? I’ve never finished a single one. I’m not interested in long-winded sanctimony. See, it’s not enough for him to be wrong, he has to do it in the most objectionable way – BORING.

Then there’s the problem of looking for trouble, finding it, and then getting all indignant about the injustice of it all. That boy is a fool, a veritable Woody Allen caricature.

                1. OK OK I read Mr Diamonds post and also read his other rag the OJ blog. Both are very long winded and boring. They make one good point and drive it home 27 times and a dozen invalid points and drive them home 27 times. He needs an editor that will make all his posts succinct and frankly, he is ruining his readership count by forcing people to put up with his windy nasty vitriol. Oh well, not my concern, but it should be his concern.

    2. Look, Greg, in the first place I don’t get my hard hitting news from OJ blog-especially not you.

Second of all, Wiley’s less than 2 minute comment said in the public comments on Tuesday night’s Council meeting was posted on FFFF (and it was good), not his life story.

Oh, didn’t you blather on that not using your real name makes you a coward?
Oh yeah, its just for those making meritless, personal attacks, like this by you Greg…

“…But without the Kelly Thomas killing there would be no successful recall, so even though I suspect that both Tony and his recall candidates care a lot more about public pensions, their power comes from their involvement with the criticism of the FPD — in which Drake has joined them.”

      1. I’m not Greg.

I’ve known for years that Wiley Drake is an insufferable fucktard and thought that people here should be aware of his value system.

I did a search on Drake, and that was the first thing that came up. It seemed to be pretty thorough and accurate, so I posted it.

I just think it’s a good example of how blinded people are by certain issues and don’t get the big picture of Bushala’s agenda.

          1. 1. Shrink government to where he can drown it in a bathtub.
            2. Drown it in a bathtub.
            3. Stop blogging; work is done and listen to consequences sucks.

            1. Any chance we can shrink you to the point you can be drowned in a bathtub?

The consequence is no more crooked murdering cops, less exorbitantly pensioned paper pushers, no illegal taxes, no more giveaways to repuglican bagmen and campaign contributors. I call those admirable consequences!!

            2. I note that your first two steps are figurative and your third is an assumption that does not neccessarily follow the first two steps.

Would it not be as accurate to state:

              1) Shrink government back to its basic role
              2) Encourage the private sector to regain its rightful majority of the economy
              3) Keep blogging because the job of due dilligence is never done?

However, I’d take the way you posted the agenda over the continued creep of progressivism.

              1. “2) Encourage the private sector to regain its rightful majority of the economy”

Fullerton’s mixed economy is majority socialist? (or better put, state capitalist?)

            3. All hail the mighty Diamond, who can read the inside of men’s minds without ever having talked to them!

            4. again Diamond, you just proved my point above about your nasty vitriol and windedness. I believe you definitely need to get a full time job, get off long term unemployment insurance, not become a ward of the state, pay your taxes on time, go to church regularly unless its Rev. Wright;s church, and start contributing to society in a meaningful way.
(Now wasn’t my post close to Mr. Diamond’s style?)!!

      2. I don’t use pseudonyms here, merijoe. Once or twice I’ve posted anonymously by phone.

I stand by the statement you quote. I’d argue the merits with you, but I’ve learned not to expect that.

So you do object to Drake’s fomenting domestic terrorism — or you just choose to ignore it? Pretty ironic, if so.

        1. Don’t you have a wife or something? She must be getting awfully lonely, if you know what I mean.

        2. Greg Diamond :

Seems that your social life is limited to continually shooting the messenger with your infinite character assassinations.

“So you do object to Drake’s fomenting domestic terrorism — or you just choose to ignore it? Pretty ironic, if so”

I think if you were to actually read the Bible and apply it in the proper context that you yourself may find it very enlightening.

          http://www.bartleby.com/108/26/3.html#16

Pastor Wiley is only repeating what he’s read in the Bible and acting on it by warning the City Council that they have a moral obligation to the people to act as good watchman or face God’s wrath if and when they fail us.

No one in their right mind would classify that as “fomenting domestic terrorism”.

          1. he is one of those big-mouths that find themselves out at the end of the diving board and keep defending how they got there. But they don’t have the balls to jump.

Wiley Drake was out on the protest lines in front of FPD when Greg Diamond was tapping away furiously at his keyboard telling the 2 people who gave damn how great he is.

P.S. one f those people was himself. The other was Vern Nelson.

    1. Who says reality Is was banned? He kept posting as long as Dave Ellis’ checks cleared…

  10. Wiley Drake stands for everything a blog like this should be against, wether Greg Diamond points it out to you or not. You all are surprising me on this, and not in a good way.

    1. Marsha, I believe you a police-trollette.

It’s not too late to seek salvation. First you need to quit shilling for the cops.

    2. I have to say, I was surprised by it too. I gave people here credit for actually being libertarian.

  11. So far the only good, nuanced comment comes from ‘Rat’s Ass’ in terms of being critical of both Drake’s theological speech and the totality of his huckster persona .

I really don’t see a compelling argument in favor of the guy. Maybe because there isn’t much of one.

Pinche nativist chaplain of the Minuteman project! A la chingada con Drake!

  12. I believe city council should be providing free prunes to FPD so they can “regularly” remain fit at work. Part of the reason most of the FPD looks “large” is that they get compacted inside due to the nature of their work, greeting the public, “eating” at the Slidebar, receiving free donuts from the doting Fullerton residents! Thus peaches is correct, seems like she has a lot of experience with movements in that area!

  13. Officers Blatney, Hampton and Sgt. Craig are coming back this week. They will not be fired! So, check your sources. I’m guessing some of you may be arrested by them this week.

    1. Can you imagine getting pulled over by one of these officers that assisted in the brutal murder of an innocent and defenseless 138 pound man?

      1. I do hope one of those a-holes pulls me over so I can tell them to their face what a POS they are. I’ll get the whole thing on film. Touch me and it’ll be hello Mardirossian. 🙂 No false arrest and perjury this time.

  14. Rev, Wiley C. Coyote, go back to your den. OMG what a joke. He said “either you do it or God will do it!”

I think I would rather take my chances with God and not “these people.”

At least God will be fair and not have bias against anyone.

    1. Hog Wild :

That’s actually sort of a back-handed compliment to refer to Reverend Wiley Drake as Wile E. Coyote.

Did you know that the cartoon character Wile E. Coyote was preliminarily named “Don Coyote”?

This was meant as a sort of a play on words to reference the main character, Don Quixote, in the classic book, “Man of La Mancha”.

    2. The human brain cannot comprehend the level of righteousness demanded by The One who has placed 75,000 miles of circulatory system in your feeble body. Thou shalt not shed innocent blood is the command. I personally think you are insane. I don’t remember anyone ever unpacking the mitochondria in a cell, stretching it out and packing it back in all the while maintaining its functionality, much less replicating it. I wouldn’t take your odds with 20 hot chicks and and the keys to Fort Knox to Vegas in a million years Mr Trichina worm wild. You are deceived. Murder is forbidden in all play books but lucifer’s.

  15. Under which law or regulation do “police officers” have the right to order anyone to do a bunch of stupid stretching exercises?

In Fullerton, if a ridiculously obese man in a blue uniform walks up to me, and orders me to sing a Village People medley while in a three-handed plank configuration, am I required to do this?

Will I be murdered, with my blood and brains on the concede of I do not comply?

  16. Rat’s Ass :

    This

  17. Rabid fundie, fear mongering psychopaths should keep their superstitious delusions in their church. He just embarrasses Fullerton even more. Unfortunately there’s no shortage of his ilk in Orange County.

    1. I don’t know much about the man, Im certainly not in agreeance with forcing religion down someone’s thorax and I would rather spend time in a convelescent home on a sunday then in anybody’s church, but the irony of seeing and hearing a minister give it to the hypocrites in terms they understand (at least they arrogantly boast about God and church at fundraising events) was yummy.

  18. James Cameron :
But he’s right about Kelly thomas. Go figure.

This is where religion lets people get away with murder (and other things). They will not be punished in some after-life by a father figure. They will be held accountable now. They can’t be allowed to blame any god or devil for their mistakes or even their good doings or be allowed to believe that only a god will hold them accountable. Like anyone, they must take responsibility for any decisions and actions.

Sheeple people who can’t think for themselves are the most dangerous as they don’t take responsibility for themselves and are easy to control. Keep religion/superstition out of this.

  19. merijoe :

    Gotchya.

  20. About 10 years ago I read about Wiley Drake. It was a few days before Christmas. The article mentioned the need for donated toys for the homeless children. I went to his church and donated a couple of new toys and some used clothing. I also sat for a few minutes inside the church. It was a quiet evening and I was listening as Rev. Drake talked with a few of the homeless about how much they had all enjoyed driving around town a few nights ago, to see all the beautifully decorated homes. He doesn’t have to show up in Fullerton, but I am glad he does.

  21. What bothers Tuco the most is that Cicinelli should never have been hired in Fullerton. He is now going to cost the good folks of Fullerton BIG BUCKS in settlement costs because he still carries a grudge because he lost his eye to a perp 15 years ago. Now he only has one, so when he was out on the streets it was a continual concern during arrests where he might get injured in his only good eye. If he was to be hired, then Good ol Pat McPension should have had in on some police administrative work, not doing patrol. It was only common sense, however, all the chiefs failed Cicinelli and the people of Fullerton by placing him at risk. He was not to be placed in a patrol position, that was why LA County pensions was paying him $47K per year disability pension. He was simply not supposed to be out on patrol. So who failed the people of Fullerton here?
