Ackermans Shack Up With Fullerton Family

Will it include kitchen privileges?
Does it include kitchen privileges?

Well, we got it straight from the horse’s mouth:

“Linda and Dick are renting and occupying a part of our house.”

The high-rolling Ackermans (who are getting thousands in campaign contributions from lobbyists for the Mrs.’ carpetbagging run for the 72nd State Assembly seat) are renting a part of a house in Fullerton’s Raymond Hills. Good thing their amigos have a big house! But seriously, does anyone actually believe they’re going to be living there, despite their “landlord” emphasizing the word “occupying”?

Would there even be room in the driveway?
Would there even be room in the driveway?

Actually the whole thing is a bit creepy, if you ask us, and the less we think about it, the better off we may be, although we can’t help wondering whether the Ackermans have taken out renter’s insurance.

But, really: how dumb do they think we are? The answer must be: “very.”

  1. The Ackermans are moving from a 3,500 sq/ft home in an Irvine gated community into a spare bedroom in Fullerton. Yeah, I’ll buy that.

    1. Hard to believe, isn’t it. We may have to put up a reward for the best picture of Dick and Linda moving in. Whatdy say, Gover?

      1. I’ll give $500 to anyone that has a photo of the Ackermans moving any luggage or furniture into their new residence, “a rented room” in the mansion located at 1541 Lindendale.

          1. Ain’t gonna happen. You heard Fleshboy say it: secret gated community for the priviliged few! Nobody will be able to get in!

  2. Actually, now that I think of it, the “landlord” didn’t say “live.” He said “occupy.” Which means they’re probably just going to put an empty suitcase in a room and call it a day!

  3. They’re moving in with a guy who thinks community colleges should charge almost a thousand bucks a class–I’m pretty sure THESE are the type of people Linda wants to “represent.”

Most of the people I’ve known who attended Fullerton College struggled to come up with $20 a unit–there are people who will have to put off even this small step in their education due to the recent raise to $26/unit.

Should Ackerman weasel her way into office I certainly hope she doesn’t share such community-destroying views.

  4. Admin,

Could we please get confirmation that the Ackerman’s are still “living” in the Dolan’s home? Certainly they are because otherwise the whole move to Fullerton thing would be undisputably exposed as a big lie. There is just no way the Ackermans would have asked all those good friends like Minard Duncan to stake their reputation on a lie right?

If they did in fact move out, when did they move out?
