I support constitutional law enforcement but it sadly has evolved into quite the municipal mafia shakedown organization. Run a red light and see what I mean. Break any law and watch charges get stacked like a deck at a Vegas table. We have come a long way.

All the homeless want is somewhere to sleep: If you call 211 anywhere in Orange County you will be directed to shelters that are there to help the homeless. There is no reason to be homeless in the OC with so much help available. Wait you know why they are homeless? Could it be that they do not want to follow rules? they do not want to get clean?they do not want to work? No that can’t be the reason
