This Judge is a very moral and intellectually honest individual who doesn’t play games with the powers that he’s been given.

Froeberg is the oldest judge at Superior Court and he should be out fishing rather than being on the bench. The response to the 995 motion was a cut and paste of what T-rack said. Did he even read the motion? I dont think he did.

Such “evidence” is completely irrelevant when it comes to judging the actions of the FPD and its officers and the City of Fullerton’s response to the murder of Kelly Thomas.
I not saying Ron Thomas is a prick, in fact I believe him to be honorable, but even if one has a prick for a father such fact does not give the cops the right to beat a child of such a father to death whenever the cops decide it is time to kill someone for daring to exercise an inalienable right.
The FPD’s murder of Kelly Thomas coupled with the documented culture of corruption warrants the dissolution of the FPD entirely. At the very least ALL management over the FPD should be fired and new, outside management should be hired. And the city attorney(s) should be fired.
