The sham legal proceedings that are about to follow won’t change the facts. Kelly is dead and he was alive before he met the FPD that night. For $100,000+ a year and a generous benefits package they handle the dangerous elements of society when called upon.They are given a badge, a sidearm, a service revolver, automatic weapons in the trunk, and our trust and DAR’s and dashcams to keep it all above board.
