Revolution doesn’t, has NEVER come without one group starting off being angry and fed up.
What the detractors want is more years of milquetoast mediocrity, with no fiscal or moral accountability.
Yes, it was nice for a long time because everyone decided to IGNORE everything. And while it was easy, and nice, it didn’t make it right.
The corruption in the police department, the ridiculous amounts we pay out on pensions, the amount we’ve had to cut from things that could benefit the masses as opposed to the few, are real and the ultimate proof of the sloth that was masked under the years of “happy.”

They will talk about everything and anything except for closing those bars.

Me: Those bars create the DUIs. Why isnt this talked about?

As least Tony isn’t putting millions of Orange County residents at risk by turning hundreds of drunks loose on the streets during the weekends.

Less than a year ago, Ron Thomas’s truck got smashed up by some drunk who just left the FPD’s headquarters. Gee I wonder where Mr Drunky was before he got to the FPD station?

Every damn weekend I see a story on the news about some god awful wreck in orange county and can’t help but wonder if they came from Fullerton. Of course, I can’t rely on the good little toadies at the OC Register to investigate due to the massive cronyism and corruption within the paper.

See what I mean, meathead thugs like CCCB do not want to want to talk about shutting down those bars. Its always about the DUIs not the bars.

They can’t make overtime stopping DUIs if those bars go away.

Its 52 bars in downtown Fullerton, not countless bars, Rhodes! The bars can be counted especially on weekends, and you can see a lot of folks who are partially or totally inebriated getting into their cars and driving home. Rarely are they stopped by FPD and FPOA members because the bar and restaurant owners have more clout than FPD in what gets enforced. So we do not like Kelly types around our bars, but drunks are ok.
