Ramos and Wolfe Out the Door?

Some folks are now reporting that Jay Cicinelli has been included along with Ramos and Wolfe.

– Joe Sipowicz

A source inside the FPD has just revealed that today Manuel Ramos and Joe Wolfe received termination papers from the FPD. How come? Interestingly, their offense was not provoking and participating in a brutal killing; rather, it was their refusal to talk to the City’s lawyer Michael Gennaco who was hired to do a report on the Kelly Thomas murder.

Hmm. I suppose the Three Tired Turnips will want to promote this as evidence of their hands-on management of the crisis and their dedication to good government. But if the information we have received is true it leaves Patdown Pat McPension and Co. with the awkward problem of Joe Wolfe, whose behavior has now been watched by over 100,000,000 people.

Hopefully it will also give the DA some gumption with regard to charging Wolfe in the killing.

    1. Interesting as Ramos and Wolfe were going to get terminated for the murder if nothing else.

This makes me think that Ramos and Wolfe had something to say that would hurt city officals and/or the police union. If so, very convenient that they “chose” not to talk Michael Gennaco.

Think about it. Whey would they not talk to Gennaco as surely they knew what would happen?

How much you want to bet that this is simply part of a plan between the City management, the police unions, Ramos and Wolfe to keep information from Gennaco?

I submit Ramos and Wolfe were told not to talk to Michael Gennaco and then they would be terminated for that instead of the murder, and receive some type of “kick back” that made sure they don’t fall too far or too hard.

Remember, we are dealing with a very corrupt police department, a corrupt/criminal police union, and corrupt City officials.

      1. If I was Ramos and Wolfe, your scenario would be the logical way to ameliorate the murder rap

        1. So right on it is not even funny.Wierd twists and turns all over this thing and they have just gotten started.

  1. Awesome news but this is not going to sweeten their koolaid enough to win their anti-recall campaign (if you can call it that). Too little, Too late., IMHO.

  2. Their refusal to talk to Gennaco is a simple easy termination. It also throws out the argument that if the video was released later that it would have made it impossible or difficult to fire them.

    Good riddance!

    1. Was the content of the conversation with Gennaco to be discoverable in a criminal or civil legal proceeding? If so, you don’t have to go beyond that for the explanation.

      1. Hey Greg what do you think happened to Kelly Thomas-was he murdered by the police or did the paramedics kill him or what. What is your take? Please tell us.

      2. You are totally correct. Criminal and administrative should not combined, but I wouldn’t trust it.

  3. Admin, how do you expect city insiders to sleep at night if you don’t allow the David Whiting’s of the world to be able to spin these scoops before you get a hold of them? You need to mellow out and go develop something.

  4. Now that they’ve been terminated nearly a year later, can I have my money back for all of that paid (and unearned) leave?

  5. More will be coming soon, the Skully hearings are about over and then they can relieve them of their official police duties. Like I said yesterday, look for them to be bouncers at the slide bar!

      1. You of all people should know that it is “Skelly”.

        Skelly v. State Personnel Board (15 Cal. 3d 194) in 1975

  6. McPension can’t file the charges against Wolf, the D.A’s Office has to file them, based on there investigation. That too will be coming soon.

    1. Maybe.

Admin is right. Wolfe had not been charged with anything but still refused to cooperate and not even under oath? Somebody’s got some ‘splainin’ to do about Wolfie.

      Patdown Pat, anything to say?

        1. Keep dreaming JD!!!

Joe Wolfe is going down like ‘Seattle Slu’ went down on….Ya know?

Then, when he gets HIS conviction, he will be going down on the big bubbas in the pen. YEAH!!!

        2. Guess what? Even if Wolfe isn’t charged, and he will be, the whole world has seen his face and how he attacked Kelly.

          It’s too late for him.

            1. If the DA wouldnt have gotten death threats and became a weenie…nah, no one would of been charged.

      1. I’m sure Wolfe was advised by counsel to be silent, take his lumps, realize he’d be fired, and told to go live in Idaho when the process finishes up, and pray he doesn’t get charged.

      1. Merijoe, are you saying the terminations are being broadcast on the news, including Cicinelli’s? What stations, please?

        1. Ramos, Cicinelli and Wolfe.

He refused to talk with Gennacco, but he said they believed they abuse their use of force. Wow. I think everyone knew that there was a lot in that report that was not made public. And here it is, but I’m sure it’s not over.

  7. After all of this, you guys still have a source inside the department? Morale must be pretty low in there.

    1. Yeah..when this mole is found, I hope he or she gets it good. Someone is paying top dollar for the info..Is that you Bushala?

    2. Wouldn’t your moral be pretty low, if you had to work around sociopaths in the dept’ everyday? and we are not talking about the criminals, we are talking about sociopathic coworkers.

  8. Best news all week,I don’t see how he could fight it without answering up for all of the bad shit he had done.Score one for the “Real” good guys!!!

    1. There are many more than 3 to go. There needs to be a fire-sale on personnel from Hughes down to the basement. ALL of them need to take polygraphs and answer tough questions. Psych evaluations for all and no more bullies need apply.

      1. I learned over the weekend from an older salesperson who knows of some FPD and LAPD that are currently on the force but shouldn’t be, that evidently, they pass everything else but when it comes time for them to take psych tests, they fail them – later they are given to them again-this time the person knows what to say and is passed.
Now they have guns and badges.

        1. There is no second chance on a psych test. Your source is completely wrong. Figures made up stuff like always.

          1. yea and that expert marksman didn’t take the test for the old history professor in the basic training class in 69 at Ft. Bragg. the professors name was Pennington, i cant remember the experts name though i remember he was a concientious objector.

  9. They we’re most likely to be let go any way. Pressure was already greatly on Wolfe to be terminated. To fire him by himself would have looked bad as that was what was being asked at city hall from RT. To let them both go makes it look like a decision of the department. To say that they didn’t cooperated with Genaco is just an easy way that fullerton department can continue in thier apathy and arrogance not take responceability for actions.

    1. All makes sense bt…
Like I’ve told council before, they don’t need a Gennaco report or a ‘Guilty’ verdict for guidance on what to do or how to handle those officers.
They simply need to fire them and their own police department should have arrested them back on July 6, 2011.
Let it be written, let it be done!

      1. They didn’t fire them because they didn’t really know what to do…because now they were dealing with public perception, which in the world of politics is everything. Without it though, those cops would still be on the street.

        3:00 p.m.

Now I’m just finished hearing on the radio that letters of intent to terminate have been sent to Ramos, Cicinelli and Wolfe.

John Doe: This is now when they ask for a Skelly hearing. Doh!

  10. Even best news than that..Ron Thomas got his plea to a speedy trial date…. REJECTED!!! YEAH!!

    1. THe judge has been overly accomodating for the defense as he knows they will fall HARD during the trial.

      Cheer up JD!

      1. That’s what a good trial judge does to protect himself if a case goes to appeal.

    2. If your boys are as innocent as you claim, you should be all for a speedy trial, right? F-ing hypocrite.

        1. Cop supporters find themselves in a very odd position when they are rallying around the skills of a criminal defense lawyer. Hypocrisy is the worst of all human character traits.

How many times have the cop groupies convicted a guy merely for being accused on this blog? Every time someone claims to be wrongly arrested the cop jock sniffers mock them .

Now that the shoe is on the other foot we should all wait until a criminal defense lawyer takes his best swing for the fence before we conclude the accused cops are what the video already has told us, thugs.

    3. Hey John Doe, its not a surprise you have to hide your name… John Jerk is what is should be! We are all behind Ron a Good Man! unlike you !how would you feel if that was your Son that was Murdered by Bullies with a Badge thats all they are!!!!! you should join the Team!!!

      1. If Ron Thomas would of taken care of his son, instead of writting him off for 10 years. He would be alive today.

        1. That is so true Mr. Doe. When contacted about his son, he would tell local PDs that he ( Kelly) was their problem now. But now with all the media attention he has come to the forefront ready for his close up.

          1. John Doe :
If Ron Thomas would of taken care of his son, instead of writting him off for 10 years. He would be alive today.

            TimeWillTell :
That is so true Mr. Doe. When contacted about his son, he would tell local PDs that he ( Kelly) was their problem now. But now with all the media attention he has come to the forefront ready for his close up.

No matter what you say or think you know about Ron’s relationship with his son, the last person Kelly wanted was his dad. I am sure if Ron had written him off as you say for that long, Kelly wouldn’t have relied on him for help.

            1. He isn’t saying, “Dad, Dad, Dad”, he’s saying “Dan, Dan, Dan”. He was known to hang with Dan a fellow homeless man.

              LISTEN very carefully.

          2. Hey assholes, Time will tell/John Doe, we pay officers to serve and protect. The needy are there for you to manage, not beat to death.

Here, this could apply to you two:

Since the entire cerebral cortex of a sociopath is almost never at a normal level of alertness (their waking brain waves resemble the waves of a normal person in a light sleep, alpha waves), this may be the crucial deficiency that cripples the developing child’s ability to develop many aspects of the human mind. As the child grows, some of the basic mental and emotional skills the rest of the world takes so for granted never develop, and crucial among these is the thing called conscience. That one never develops at all.

            1. Kelly didnt sound like a a sociopath when he was being a jerk with the officers and giving them a hard time. So what is the difference and how can you compare or distinguish it. In 10 minutes you are suppose to call a homeless task force and advise them that this person is not cooperating with not giving his name. Homeless task force whould laugh at you..and with reason.

                1. Only someone with anti social personality disorder would have logic like that.

                2. Soon there may be a revolution against sociopaths carried out be the overwhelming number of law abiding citizens.

                3. It would be cheaper to feed the homeless than to beat them up, but that takes empathy, that you guys lack.

                4. If anyone wants to know what a sociopath sounds like, read the arguements against Kelly Thomas. Kelly’s condition is harmless compared to a sociopaths. there are about 1 to 4 in every 100 people in society, they are hard to spot, so educate youself, and learn how to spot them.

                1. Nothing wrong with sociopaths living together in their little rosy prison.

        2. There you have it.

When a parent forgets about their adult son or daughter, its only logical for law enforcement to beat and suffocate that son or daughter to death.

            1. I’m in agreement that forgotten drifters deserve to be beaten and suffocated to death.

              1. Mr Taliban you are going too far. Kelly’s MOB is going to come looking for you. I’m sure Phony Bushala will buy them airfare to Afghanistan. One way please.

                1. TimeWillTell-

Snap-are you in agreement that your new PD motto should be “I am so full”?

                2. > Mr Taliban you are going too far.

No, I’m agreeing with your point about forgotten drifters. We’re on the same team.

        3. Kelly is dead because a group of cops beat him to death. Not because his father didnt institutionalize him. Kelly was functional, not a threat to himself or others, his only crime was not liking cops hassling him — kind of like a lot of people who post here!

    1. I dont know how those walls look…Maybe you have been inside the FPD jail walls. Is that what you are trying to say. I can see that.

  11. I am sure the Judge is closing any gaps for any grounds for an appeal. Hope they rot in jail and think everyday why they are there.

    1. Exactly, make this trial appeal proof and take all the time they need. Careful what you wish for Ron.

    2. No this judge had balls, not like the weenie judge from the prelim. He looked at Ron Thomas like, shut up already. And Ron knew it.

      1. That’s good because with the size of Ron Thomas’ ego it’s a wonder there was room for his mob.

        1. Here is a list of ways to identify a sociopath. This list is from “Profile of a Sociopath.” Is is a pretty good list of sociopathic indicators.
          Glibness/superficial charm
          Manipulative and conning
          Grandiose sense of self
          Pathological lying
Lack of remorse, shame or guilt
          Shallow emotions
          Incapacity for love
          Need for stimulation
          Callousness/lack of empathy
          Poor behavioral controls/impulsive nature
          Early behavior problems/juvenile delinquency
          Irresponsibility/unreliability
          Promiscuous sexual behavior/infidelity
Lack of realistic life plan/parasitic lifestyle
          Criminal or entrepreneurial versatility
Contemptuous of those who seek to understand them
Does not perceive that anything is wrong with them
          Authoritarian
          Secretive
          Paranoid
Only rarely in difficulty with the law, but seeks out situations where their tyrannical behavior will be tolerated, condoned, or admired
          Conventional appearance
Goal of enslavement of their victim(s)
Exercises despotic control over every aspect of the victim’s life
Has an emotional need to justify their crimes and therefore needs their victim’s affirmation (respect, gratitude and love)
Ultimate goal is the creation of a willing victim
Incapable of real human attachment to another
Unable to feel remorse or guilt
Narcissism, grandiosity (self-importance not based on achievements)
May state readily that their goal is to rule the world

(Obviously, in order to be a sociopath a person doesn’t have to exhibit anything like all the above. Usually, the lack of a conscience, the manipulation of others, dishonesty and the inability to love and/or have lasting and profound personal relations and cruelty are key symptoms and often much more revealing than having been in trouble with the courts.)

  12. I dont understand why Wolfe is not charged with anything????? is it because officer fatty and one eyed willy said f’ed up crap on police video tape and he didnt???

      1. I’d love to see you guys try to protest at the Federal Building. The people who matter know what I mean by that.

        1. Restraint is key. Those that think they are on the right side of a wrong will see that the truth will stand on its own while the emporer has no clothes.

        2. I’d love to see you guys try to protest at the Federal Building.

In TimeWillTell’s tiny mush brain, he equates protesting in front of a Federal Building to jumping the fence to the white house.

          Duhhherp!

  13. Meh. This is a minor victory. I’m happy they did it, but it ain’t over until the fat lady at the union sings. Felony convictions are still needed to ensure they don’t get hired by some other department and to send a real message.

And Orange County needs to adopt Laura’s Law.

  14. Had the video not been made public there would be zero chance of Wolfe getting fired. An honorable department would have fired him months ago. My guess is that FPD knows the Feds are going to come down on their department like a ton of brick and want to get out in front of it. Chances are good that Wolfe will get charged federally too. And I won’t believe that Wolfe is terminated until I read the official confirmation.

  15. I wonder if Wolfe already has a job working somewhere else? I heard on John and Ken a couple of weeks back that Cicinelli and Ramos have been working in the private sector since their cop pay was cut off, with Cyclops working in security and Ramos somewhere else. Who would hire these goons? might be nice to find out where they work and bring some heat down on their employers … and do that for Wolfe too.

    1. Retired rich cops? Cops are running huge private security firms for stars and executives. $50 an hour or more. Huge industry. They are all already working there.

  16. Cicinelli is probably working for his stepfather, didn’t he say somewhere that he was a private investigator. Ramos is probably working on the taco truck.

    1. Yeah me and Ramos are working a Taco Truck and rolling in the tortillas..making mucho money. We hired a couple of white kids and we are sitting back smoking our stoggies and gasing the place.

  17. A thought to be considered with Ramos & Cicinelli out on BAIL, the longer the trial is delayed the better the chances these two will get into trouble (altercation) of some sort somewhere.
I think the delay tactics being used by their lawyers are not very smart or well thought out.
Then again they could be just milking the case because they have a low confidence of succeeding in keeping their clients from going to prison.

  18. Disgraced, no pension and soon to be confined like the animals they are. That’s the life they created for themselves when they chose to take the life of a 135 lb man. They laughed because he was homeless and mentally ill and the bastards even laughed after they beat him into a coma and he lost control of his bodily functions. I bet they’re not laughing today.

    1. Really? Does 130 or 135 make a difference when over 1500 lbs are on top of you, smothering you? Thanks for the play on my name, they say imitation is the best form if flattery.

  19. Iam now hearing it is confirmed: 3 Fullerton Police Officers Manuel Ramos, Jay Cicinelli and Joe Wolfe FIRED for their roles in the #KellyThomas beating.

    1. They got papers for “Propose Termination”. They are not fired it. It’s gonna take some time if they do get fired. So dont celebrate just now.

  20. Given the fact that Hampton, Blatney, and Craig all piled and then stood around socializing as Thomas lay dying in the street it’s hard to see them keeping their jobs. Of course we’ve been told that everything hunky-dory in the FPD so maybe we’ll see Hampton busting skulls in DTF this week end.

The Register leaves the reader thinking the prospective recall of three Fullerton councilmen is about public policy. Nothing could be further from the truth.
Since 2006, downtown real estate developer Tony Bushala has unsuccessfully attempted to elect a majority of “like-minded” candidates to the Fullerton City Council. The policies referenced in the Register’s May 6 editorial [“Thomas case cast unflattering light on councilmen”] have been the centerpiece of Tony Bushala’s six-year quest.
Over three election cycles his policies have lost at the polls despite his generous spending.
Then, Kelly Thomas died in an altercation with Fullerton police.
There are six donors to the recall effort – three out-of-town people contributed $525, two Fullerton residents contributed $201.
The sixth donor – Tony Bushala – provided more than $200,000 to qualify the recall. He has donated 99.9 percent of all the money.
    POLITICAL CARTOONS:
65 cartoons by syndicated cartoonist Tom Meyer
Bushala paid more than $123,000 to signature gatherers to qualify the recall for the June ballot.
Furthermore, he and his supporters were arrested at least seven times for bullying people into signing the recall petition.
This recall is a cynical ploy by Tony Bushala to capitalize upon the death of Kelly Thomas to win a majority on the council.
After spending more than $250,000 in the past 18 months to win a majority on the council, Bushala has shamefully seized upon the Kelly Thomas matter for his political gain.
If it was a public employee union underwriting this recall, the Register would be in journalistic vapor-lock.
This was hardly a groundswell of grass-roots activism.
This is not the case where there is tremendous public outcry for the recall of three councilmen. A mere nine months before Bushala launched the recall, city elections were held.
The Register should consider the overall job these three gentlemen have done while on the City Council. The city is in good financial shape, has a significant reserve, has one of the lowest redevelopment obligations of all cities in Orange County, has a competitive water rate, with one of the lowest rates in the county, and Fullerton citizens are quite satisfied with the quality of life in the city.
Recall should not be a toy for the rich.
This recall effort is the idea and toy of one Fullerton resident who has substantially profited from his Fullerton investments, but has a history of having an anti-police attitude and an anti-government/city attitude, unless his zone change is pending.
It is often said that, “one person cannot buy an election.” However, that is exactly what Mr. Bushala is trying to do

    1. Tony (8 ball) Bushala. In a game of 8 ball pool, to win, the 8 ball must be last and the pool player must call the pocket before sending the 8 ball into it, or he or she loses the game at the very end.
Tony Bushala may have, and I stress may, had his own vision of municpal government in fullerton, but looking at the track record of Fullerton’s city council members for the last ten years, it could not have been worse.
With all the balls on the table, the illegal tax ball, the tax dollars buy hush for FPD ball, the misuse of redevelopment funds ball, the cronyism Felz ball, Tony took aim at each one and nicely pocketed them on this blogsite until the only ball left was the radical 8 ball. And it was our town’s police department that named this 8 ball Kelly Thomas. Tony calls 8 ball to the recall pocket, and we the abused, good people of Fullerton pray he pockets this 8 ball on June 5th.
I doubt Tony intended to take down the pompous potentates called our town’s representatives for personal profit, only restore our representative government four years ago.
Fate summoned up this 8 ball in our town knowing Tony would be the only man with the money to heavily bet on justice, and the patience, passion he learned tolerating the crooks and buffoons on our city council, and fortitude to win this game of decency.

        1. hey, tick tock time will tell, unlike Bankhead, McKinley and Jones’ hanger-ons, cronies in Fullerton’s municpal government and community, I never needed to kiss anyone anywhere to get where I am today.
I did what the hanger-ons never could or will do; with hard work and sacrifice, I earned my position in society

    2. “Recall should not be a toy for the rich.” you are correct, it is the process agreed upon by the majority of constituents to remove self-serving, abusive representatives from government. the facts not Tony Bushala gives this recall momentum. Please, explain how Tony bought the facts: illegal taxes, legal settlements to buy hush for our town’s police departments civil rights abuses, wasting redevelopment funds on useless construction projects, preferential treatment in awarding these redevelopment contracts, using these funds to build affordable housing that displaced the poor and struggling working classes for those earning six figure salaries.

  22. Anyone know how old Wolfe is? Is he anywhere near 50 years old? The 3 @ 50 rule could kick in for him soon and then he would be able to retire with a pension. No amount of criminal or civil conviction could touch it, either, I believe.
Don’t think a good old boy like Hughes would kick down a favor like that for an old friend/coworker/colleague?
    Terminate him at 48 or 49 and it’s sayonara……..

    1. He’s retiring. Medically. 50% tax free. He’s set. He had surgery. Doesn’t matter what happens here. He’s gone and you will never see him again and he and McPension will be at the slidebar forever. Doh.

      1. My hunch is that if Wolfe doesn’t do a lot of howling pretty soon,

that the only bars that Wolfe is going to see sliding by him

forever, are going to be inside of a cell in state prison.

  23. That Charles Manson look-a-like screwed up Wolf’s shoulder, he used some kind of Kung fu move Ron taught him. Medical retirement for Wolf should come out of Ron’s winnings.

  24. Where are the Feds and an investigation into the original reaction/coverup by the Chief and/or Mayor and 2 City Councilmen clones. To purge this incident and bring true justice is to insure the culture/leadership that allowed it to happen are held to account.

  25. Simmons :

You are correct. They should be charged for refusing to cooperate.

      1. I agree with OCHM and I’m sure that Police bill of rights nonsense had to do alot with it too.

        1. What about the a homeless bill of rights.
The right to not be stopped without cause.
The right to exist somewhere on this earth without fear of harassment.
The right to be treated respectfully.
The right to notify someone who can be an advocate for them if they are taken into custody.
These officers get paid well to protect and serve not to be self serving. Where is the compassion that once went with the job of police officer.

          1. I love the homeless bill of rights!! I thought all of that was common sense in this country but now that the FBI runs our local police forces I guess common sense is out the window!!

          2. How about:
The right to be a public nuisance
The right to piss in public
            The right crap in public
The right to steal pulbic mail from trash cans
The right to eat out of trash cans
            The right to take backpacks
The right to sleep in public benches

                1. Let’s say it’s true. All cops are sociopaths. All of them. Now what? Lol

                2. @Let’s say it’s true. All cops are sociopaths. All of them. Now what? Lol

                3. > All cops are sociopaths.

No, I disagree. Most sociopaths are cops, prison guards or work at Public Motors in Santa Ana.

            1. All of us actually have a right to take anything out of a trash can, including discarded mail or whatever happens to be there. Sorry . . .

              1. No. You can’t touch a trashcan or anything in it. Or a recycle can. It’s against the law and you can be cited or arrested. It’s the biggest cause of identity theft right now. Next?

                1. Would there be a difference in public trash bins (like at a park) versus private or business trash cans?

                2. It doesn’t matter what kind of trash can. What matters is where it is. If it’s on private land, it’s not public property. If it’s on a curb or other public space, it’s anyone’s game.

                3. Here is what most cities have done like Fullerton.

Responding to an increasing number of complaints from residents and businesses, the Fullerton City Council this week approved an ordinance that prohibits so-called scavengers from rummaging through trash bins for cans, bottles and other recyclables they can sell.
Wednesday night’s vote was 5-0. Mayor was out of town on city business.
The ordinance makes it an infraction for people to scavenge from trash and recycling containers. The fine would be $100 for the first offense. The ordinance will be brought back in two weeks for final adoption and will become effective 30 days after that, said City Attorney.
City spokeswoman Michele said City Hall fields at least 10 complaints a month about scavengers.
“But those aren’t the only complaints,” Michelle said. “Some people call the Police Department and others call (city trash hauler) Waste Management.”
“It’s been an ongoing problem for years,” she said.
Michelle said that aside from disturbing residents, the scavenging is illegal because trash put out for pickup is under the control of Waste Management under the city’s franchise agreement for trash hauling.
The loss of recyclables and other items of value thrown out in the trash also costs the city money because Fullerton participates in revenue sharing with the trash hauler.
The loss of recyclables could also result in a fine if Fullerton fails to meet a state mandate to divert 50 percent of its solid waste from landfills.
“It’s the city’s responsibility to assure there is this diversion,”
Michelle said she has seen a truck on her street in the early morning unload a group of people who go through the trash, take the cans and other recyclables and then drive off.
                  “It’s very unsettling,” she said.

                4. Items which are recyclable should not be headed toward a landfill. They should be sent directly to a recycling center. Is there a lot of corruption in Fullerton’s Waste Management Department? I remember when San Antonio started their first attempts at city wide recycling, (20 plus years later than Austin btw) an investigative journalist followed a recycling truck and caught it actually dumping all of its recyclables in the landfill anyway. I think the city had to contract out a private recycling manager from that point forward.

                5. bs once it’s thrown out it’s abandoned property. cops get info like this often, no warrant

                6. You must be a trash picker that hasnt been caught. Continue with what you are doing. Dont say you were not warned.

                7. Better a trash picker than a nose picker. Don’t dig so deep next time.

            2. “in” a bench? How does one sleep in a bench. Do they transform into metal or plastic and mold themselves around the curvature of the bench?

            3. “be a public nuisance”
              Death sentence!

              “piss in public”
              Death sentence!

              “crap in public”
              Death sentence!

“steal pulbic mail from trash cans”
              Death sentence!

              “eat out of trash cans”
              Death sentence!

              “take backpacks”
              Death sentence!

              “sleep in public benches”
              Death sentence!

            4. John Doe :
              How about:
The right to be a public nuisance
The right to piss in public
              The right crap in public
The right to steal pulbic mail from trash cans
The right to eat out of trash cans
              The right to take backpacks
The right to sleep in public benches

Cop at 0:45 remainds me of a Fullerton Cop.

          3. homeless have a bill of rights, it is called the Bill of Rights and the Constitution. It is not the homeless not having rights, the problem is the Fullerton Police did not uphold the laws of our land. Instead they meted out their own brand of justice, Kelly thomas’ death sentence.

  26. Mayor Quirk’s Conscience :
Anyone know how old Wolfe is? Is he anywhere near 50 years old? The 3 @ 50 rule could kick in for him soon and then he would be able to retire with a pension. No amount of criminal or civil conviction could touch it, either, I believe.
Don’t think a good old boy like Hughes would kick down a favor like that for an old friend/coworker/colleague?
    Terminate him at 48 or 49 and it’s sayonara……..

    He should flose his pension.

    1. SherBear :
Disgraced, no pension and soon to be confined like the animals they are. That’s the life they created for themselves when they chose to take the life of a 135 lb man. They laughed because he was homeless and mentally ill and the bastards even laughed after they beat him into a coma and he lost control of his bodily functions. I bet they’re not laughing today.

They will be laughing their asses off when DA drops the case. $$$$$

  27. FDR warned that public inions were a no no. Look at us now, we are teethering on the edge of bankruptcy while corrupt cop unions rape our treasury. ABOLISH COLLECTIVE BARGAINING IN CALIFORNIA. ELECT POLITICIANS WHO HAVE THE BALLS TO BAN PUBLIC UNIONS. ALSO CUT COP PENSIONS IN HALF.

    1. FULLERTON (CBS) — The Fullerton Police Department has decided to fire some of the officers involved in the fatal beating of a homeless man.
Police have confirmed that Officers Manuel Anthony Ramos and Joe Wolfe have received letters of intent to terminate. Sources tell CBS2 that Cpl. Jay Cicinelli also received the same letter.

  28. I’m glad to see the developments moving towards justice in this horrid tragedy.

Anyone that supports what happened to Kelly by defending the thugs in uniform and shifting blame on Kelly or his parents are forgetting important things.

    Time and hope for recovery.

Regardless of his situation at that moment, Kelly had time and a chance to change. By harrassing him to the point of killing him, the FPD6 took all that away.

Ramos and Wolfe bear the most responsibility because they had opportunities to deescalate the situation.

Kelly was not armed. Kelly was not attacking them.

Here’s an example of a man who ended up homeless but struggled back over a period of years and recovered.

    http://articles.latimes.com/2012/may/04/local/la-me-tenderloin-20120504

    http://upfromthedeep.com/

I believe Kelly could’ve gotten better but even if he hadn’t and lived the rest of his life on the streets that would’ve been HIS life to live.

From the start its obvious Ramos was intent on harassing and itching to use the baton on him.

I pray Ramos is convicted and sentenced to the maximum.

  29. Fullerton Lover :My hunch is that if Wolfe doesn’t do a lot of howling pretty soon,
that the only bars that Wolfe is going to see sliding by him
forever, are going to be inside of a cell in state prison.

Clever! FL! Slidebars behind his cowardly ass and see how he fares without weapons, back-up, and ill fitting blue costume. I hear chunky EX-cops are very desireable in prison. You boys earned it!

  30. See cry baby sissy la la Phony Bushala cutting me OFF
What happened to transparency…..I guess just when it serves your purpose.

    1. I think the reason you are being cut is because you are so damn predictable. Try to come up with some fresh material please.

  31. For your heartless cruelty to someone, once, less fortunate than you, look what your cowardly actions have wrought. Shamed your last names for all the world to see! Ousted from a job you coveted, now you are the ones, one step ahead of being charged and or convicted. How does it feel?! Justice is coming for you, pointing it’s blood stained finger at you! I hope you hear Kelly’s cries for mercy in your heads forever!!! You earned it!

  32. Hopefully their financial situation will deteriorate to the point that they wind up homeless on the streets.

At that point, many around the world will volunteer to be a Fullerton police officer, and finalize the punishment of these hellish murderers.

    1. Yes, their walls are crumbling. The defense costs will bankrupt them and their spouses will divorce them. The friends who stood by them early on will disappear as people seek to distance themselves from these killers.

And should they having anything left, Mr Thomas will file a civil suit against these swine for the final coup de grâce.

The Karma bus is comin back around.

  33. I am sorry that you do not know all the facts.

I assure you all the facts have not come out.

I would investigate the paramedic’s role in Kelly’s death? They did not treat him as a dying victim. Check the court documents. They did not follow protocol. That’s why the city paid because they know paramedics are to blame.

Why were the officers allowed to go back to work that very night and 3 weeks later if there was any indication of foul play or brutality?

Capt. Kevin Hamilton, Chief Mike Sellers, Capt. Dan Hughes and city manger and attorney all cleared the officers and they were told they did not find any of their actions, out of policy.

Why don’t you call them and find out for yourself. Ask questions. I promise you that you will get a sense of how things really are. Frankly, things are not as they seem…but if you would rather believe propaganda and not find out things for yourself, that’s up to you. Personally, I do not believe everything I hear and I do not trust corrupt politicians, like the DA for the truth either. Now that I have observed him, I truly wonder what he has done to remain in office all these years…

    1. that was a reply i got after sending some hate mail to that jay bozo site!!!
      SOME FUNNY SHIT

        1. All departments need to do an advanced screening test for all sociopaths on the force, in the city, in the union, and across the state immediately!

    2. Trying to blame the murder of Kelly Thomas on the Paramedics is most likely what the defense is planning on.

Trying to convince 12 sane people that it’s true after watching that video is a whole other ball game.

      1. Yes, trying to explain why they really needed to do it, to 12 people they have never met before, is an excellent idea our forfathers put together. I just hope the union doesn’t plant some covert, case throwing, mole/plant on the jury.

        1. To all law abiding citizens working in government, please adopt a strategy to eliminate any and all sociopaths working around you.

Please! we beg you to stand up and stop these problems.

Start studying psychology and figure it out, it’s your duty.

          1. We have a system that is rewarding sociopaths, We know you can spot them. erode their foundation and get them out.

It should be “The cream of the crop, floats to the top”, not “the sociopath of the crop, floats to the top”.

            1. All sociopaths need to be identified and removed from public service.

If you want to see what a sociopath is like, then watch someone argue this point, and you know you have one in your sites.

    3. Just FYI guy – there were no paramedics there that did on-site treatment on Kelly. They were EMTs from CARE ambulance who are forbidden from providing medical care to ANYONE. All they can do is transport patients to the hospital and provide them with oxygen. Kelly was placed on a backboard and loaded into the ambulance, then transported to UCI. I can guarantee you that the EMT attendant did not try to revive Kelly in any way. If he had he would have lost his job – and given that I know the two EMTs who picked him up I can guarantee you again that they are indeed still employed by CARE.

      1. That’s contrary to the testimony that I personally witnessed a few weeks ago in court by a Captain who said that he has been employed by the Fullerton Fire Department who said that he rendered aid to the officers first due to his inability to see Kelly Thomas laying on his side 15 feet away.

          1. Just FYI guy – I wasn’t talking to you earlier. I was talking to TimeWillTell, but thanks for your snarky response. You made my afternoon.

            1. “there were no paramedics there that did on-site treatment on Kelly”

My bad Doc. I forgot to include the rest of your quote (above) about the Paramedics not being on site to treat Kelly when I posted the link to the story that contrasted with the information you provided.

              1. What are you guys talking about? There were paramedics from the Fullerton Fire Department on scene who rode with Kelly in the ambulance, first to St. Jude and then to UCI.

                1. I was under that impression, apologies. They are not acquaintances thankfully, because in my opinion they did a terrible job not rushing him to the ER, instead posting for more than 15 minutes. I’m curious however, because CARE did transport him and unless there was a paramedic in the back of the rig doing chest compressions (which is the wrong thing to do to someone aspirating their own blood), he should have intubated him to open his airway. Either we had EMTs doing the wrong thing, or Paramedics doing the wrong thing, or most obviously police doing the wrong thing.

                2. Also, let’s be clear on this. Anything that any EMT or paramedic did could never be considered the proximate cause of Kelly Thomas’s death. If anything it would be a contributing cause.

Kelly being pressed to death a la a 17th century witch craft trial combined with a barbaric facial deconstruction killed him. Anything that happened after the fact really doesn’t matter.

In other words, if I shoot somebody in the head with a .45 handgun, I don’t get to blame the doctor for not saving the guy I shot– even if he was drunk on the job. I still go to jail for murder.

              2. The paramedics are part of the fire department. And they were there. The transport guys are just transport.

    4. Interesting. I got an identical response to my comment on Friends for Jay. Although my comment could in no way be termed hate mail.

    5. Interesting. It is the exact wording that I got to my coment on the Friends for Jay website. However, what I wrote in no way could be called hate mail.

  34. Refusing to cooperate with the investigation and thus terminated for insubordination may have some strategy if their union is paying for the legal expenses.

If an internal investigation finds you are have engaged in unlawful behavior, your employer/union cannot defend you/pay legal expenses as this implies the employer/union condones unlawful behavior

  35. The only reason R.T. wants a speedy trial is so he can get $$$$$$$$$$$$$ sooner rather than later.

Everyone knows he is in this for the money and the publicity.

Even you sheep that follow R.T. around know in your heart that he only wants $$$$$. As soon as he gets it, you will never see him again. Count on it!

    1. If by “everyone”, you mean yourself and the other brainless dried up vampire bats that you hang around with.

Again (not that you’ll read this)
If all you say about Ron Thomas is true (which it isn’t)…
it doesn’t have anything to do with the slaughterhouse 6 murdering an innocent man-regardless of his family’s motives post humously (I know you have the IQ of my shoe size, post humously means after death).

      1. The defense table has no defense, so their only defense is to try to redirect by talking about Ron, Tony, Travis, and their motives. That is the best they can do….what a bummer for them.

the fact that many people don’t care must drive them crazy,…or should i say crazier?

I don’t personally care about Ron, or Tony or Travis or Chris. I care about the “Fullerton Six Psychos” going down in flames forever, along with 95% of the rest of the department. And 100% of the city council, of course.

I bet HW chose that moniker because he/she thought it was funny, never giving thought to how truthful it really is. What a dope.

if they(JD, HW/TWT, RI, etc etc) weren’t so inherently evil, I would pity them. All I feel now is schadenfreude.

    2. You say that like it is a bad thing. Why should we see him again? Unless, of course, he has another child that FPD can murder.

You contradict yourself, first you say we will never see him again, then you say he wants publicity, pick one and stick with it.

For someone who is on the government payroll now, you sure seem to care a lot about what someone else is going to get paid. Why is that?

      1. Ummm…you did say it yourself. At least attempt to not sound the same as you post under numerous monikers.

    1. MJ,
You know Part 8 is still my favorite. As a matter of fact I’m going to watch it again right now.

  36. I think people can find more info talking to the nurses at Hospitals where victims are brought in. They hear 1st hand, right afterward, what happens.

  37. City Attorney Statements Regarding Personnel Process

The investigation has been submitted to, and reviewed by Acting Chief of Police Dan Hughes. In accordance with applicable personnel procedures, Acting Chief Hughes will be preparing any appropriate notices to affected members of the Department.

    May 15 Update:

The Acting Chief has advised me that he has completed the review of the report and has reached his findings. He is now preparing to notify the officers of his findings. As previously stated, by State law penal code section 832.7, these actions are confidential. 38. Officer James Blatney was there
Officer Kenton Hampton who likes to be a thug and ripp citizens cameras out of there hands to avoid being caught commiting assult battery on by standers was there charge him with murder also and fire both this low life maggots and charge them with accesory to kellys murder!

    1. On reports that Ramos, Cpl. Jay Cicinelli and Wolfe received letters terminating their employment:

“What I have is that – and this was put out by the city attorney even – the letters have been sent out … They haven’t been fired, they haven’t been terminated, but these are letters of intent. And they have 30 days to appeal, and it goes to a Scully hearing, so there’re a lot of things that can happen down the line still. But this is still progress. It’s very, very positive progress.”

“I’ve been in touch with [acting Chief Captain Dan Hughes]. By law he cannot mention officers’ names and give their actual dispositions. I’ve have been of course insisting that Wolfe not only be terminated from the department, but also that Rackauckas charge him.”

  39. Kelly Thomas disobeyed EIGHT lawful police commands before the officers on the scene were forced to take him down in an attempt to handcuff him. And he fought them to the very end. Look at the officers injuries — one (Wolfe?) had to have shoulder surgery to repair the damage Kelly did to him. These officers will be found NOT GUILTY and WILL be rehired with back pay.

    1. Any injuries these inept grossly overweight pigs endured was due to their feeding frenzy on a helpless human being who was in NO WAY fighting back.

    2. Really, coplicker? and what were these 8 or rather, EIGHT, lawful commands that Kelly didn’t obey? What would those be?

      1-offering them food
      2-playing the flute
      3-Riverdancing
      4-singing Mammy
      5-reciting a limerick
      6-shining their shoes
      7-walk around a tree 7 times
8-promising to wash their patrol car

    3. Would one of those commands be the “see these gloves, their going to F you up”?

NO attempt to physically arrest Kelly prior to the BATON swings.

Lawful commands are generally followed by a REASONABLE attempt to arrest when the commands are NOT followed.

Nice try Stan but NO CIGAR!!!!

But take out your frustration on Chief Dan Hughes for being to stupid to see what your saying.

    4. he forgot one letter in his name and I will give you a hint-it is an a and it goes between the s and the t

      1. LIKE YOU HAVE NEVER USED THOSE WORDS WHEN YOU WERE A BOOTLICKER ACU.GIVE ME A BREAK. HAVE ANOTHER BEER IT’S ALMOST TIME FOR JUDGE JUDY.

        1. John Doe, can you see my finger through the computer screen, it’s the middle one?

  40. Fullerton Cops’ Jobs

Officials are recommending three officers with the Fullerton Police Department be fired because of their actions in the Kelly Thomas beating case.

Sources close to the case tell K-F-I News Manuel Ramos, Joe Wolfe and Corporal Jay Cicinelli have received letters of disciplinary action.

The three will have the opportunity to contest the recommendations at a hearing with the acting police chief.

  41. Orange Cape Hides Me :
Refusing to cooperate with the investigation and thus terminated for insubordination may have some strategy if their union is paying for the legal expenses.
If an internal investigation finds you are have engaged in unlawful behavior, your employer/union cannot defend you/pay legal expenses as this implies the employer/union condones unlawful behavior

ABSOLUTELY INCORRECT information as you state it my friend.

The union has a FUDICIARY DUTY to represent it’s members NO MATTER what the department finds you did wrong.

There may very well be some strategy in some lawyers mind, but that WILL NOT stop the individual involved from being entitled to legal representation in civil service at some point later.

The may be some legal reason people decided not to cooperate with Gennacco.

Insubordination is a “tuff charge” to beat in ANY forum when your a cop, but it still may be challenged for various reasons.

But to say that a union CANNOT defend it’s members if there is a finding of misconduct is as WRONG as calling Kelly Thomas a female with red hair.

  42. If this blog pans out we have 3 down and three to go.

But it shouldn’t only be limited to street cops. A slew of the brass should follow them out the door too. After all, the Lt’s and above at FPD enabled the lower ranking cops. Not only enabled them – ENCOURAGED THEM!

The housecleaning is not done until the FPD execs get canned too!

  43. I think the cop bond @ FPD is going to start disintegrating. If the 3 street cops get fired I think we may see the street cops start to snitch off the FPD execs. That’s when it start to get fun! 😀

    1. Plenty of dried up crack hoes to choose from on the psycho pathetic MOB. Paints a great image in the press.

      1. Oh, yes. It will be hard to outshine that wonderful image of the murdering fullerton PD that millions have now viewed. They set the bar sooo high.

Bravo FPD…look how many monikers are defending you. Why, there has to be at least one or two people going to all of the trouble of making up names, and put together third grade reading level comments.

TimeWillTell, John Doe, HogWild…please rest, you must be exhausted. All that drool will short-circuit your keyboard.

    2. Next time you are in trouble, call a crackhead…

I prefer to call my .357 because when seconds count, police are minutes away. The owner of All Phases Jewelers can vouch for this.

Sadly the Fullerton Rapist is still out there because the general populace is unarmed and solely dependent on police protection.

    3. a crack head will prob be more reliable as long as you promise them a bit of crack!!!
EVERY ONE KNOWS COPS DON’T PROTECT, THEY SERVE YOU TICKETS

    1. Lights, Camera, Action. Ron Thomas three favorite words. Oh I for the other three..where’s The Money?

    1. I’m blown away by Hog Wild’s originality. Because none of us have heard this argument before. In fact, he’s changed my mind about everything.

People – if you need help from the police – murder, rape, wrongful imprisonment, etc., is a small price to pay…come on people…don’t be ungrateful.

I just had another original thought: did you know that the police have a thankless job and put their lives on the line everyday? Whew, it’s all too brilliant. Thank you Hog Wild…you’ve really opened my eyes.

        1. If you are correct, what a blow to my people…

Tell me it isn’t so… Hmmm…maybe a female trapped in a man’s body, hence all the anger. Dr. Ott???

  44. Hog Wild :
Don’t like cops? Next time you are in trouble, call a crackhead…

The irony is that the defense lawyer for Manny Ramos, John Barnett, actually brags on a page of his website how he gets crackheads of the hook by discrediting the police…

    People vs. J.S.

Defendant is charged with felony possession of crack cocaine for sale. Mr. Barnett destroyed the credibility of the police department’s “expert” witness regarding drug sales. A jury found the defendant not guilty of the crack sales charge.

p.s. I’d be happy to send you the link if you think that I could possibly be making this stuff up.

    1. No one said there isnt dirty cops. Every PD has them…Just like every profession. Doctors, Lawyers and so on.

        1. And, there is no such code of freaking silence when healthcare co-workers hear and see any funny business-it’s called ethics.

        2. Nor do a group of them decide to “go at it” on a patient, get out their scalpels and start cutting away.

          terrible analogies Doe…try again

          1. Nor do the other doctors go to online forums and blame the doctor’s victim and the victim’s family.

            1. Can you see it: If only that patient’s family cared more….the doctor wouldn’t have left that sponge in his patient.

Maybe if LEOs were held to the same quality assurance standards as other professions…and if the consequences were as severe???? I think I’ll start taking a gun and taser to work with me. If I don’t like something the customer says/does…well! You get the picture.

          2. No, they don’t what’s your point? talk about bad analogies.

(and I’m super amazed that you can spell analogies)

            1. Gee MJ…I’m on your side. I think maybe you’re missing my sarcasm. Not sure what you think you read.

                1. well…since I’m the only one who used the term, and it is under my quote….I don’t think so. Maybe you just don’t want to admit you were a little quick on the draw.

Sorry for my reaction…I’m having a bad day. I’m normally a nice person.

                2. My bad, I made a mistake in posting – things move quick here-I meant my “snarky remark” for John Doe not JDMS.

                  Sorry

            2. BTW – I’ve always expressed my outrage against the FPD. I will choose to ignore your posts in the future. Whatever your intention was regarding your snarky remark…take some advice: You are the last person I’d take spelling or grammar tips from. I’ve read many of your posts, maybe your heart is in the right place, but you should not be calling out anyone when it comes to intelligence or ability to write. Maybe think of the cause more than your ego.

              1. Missing soul, You mean ” always expressed your outrage against the sociopaths in the FPD” Don’t generalize, bring the real problem into focus.

          1. They need to put up a PayPal site like Zimmerman. They would get millions in donations. I know they got a ton already under the table but Zimmerman got $250k in one day. These cops could top a million in a week.

  45. http://www.scpr.org/news/2012/05/23/32548/reports-6-officers-kelly-thomas-death-sent-notices/
Reports: 6 officers in Kelly Thomas death sent notices which include possible firing

“Generally, in police personnel investigations, no final decisions are made by the Chief of Police until a pre-disciplinary meeting is conducted”

In a news release, the Fullerton Police Department said personnel decisions affecting peace officers are confidential and the department will not comment on them..

  46. Terminating Cicinelli is no punishment at all. He is still collecting his $48,000 mostly tax free disability pension from the State. He also gets to keep his FPD and LAPD pension credits on top of the disability pension. Only thing to punish Cicinelli is JAIL!

    1. Disclaimer – Jay Cee should never have been hired by FPD given his vision issues (just to get that out of the way) – now:

      1. “Disability Pension from the State” -I believe Jay Cee’s disability pension is LAPD and LAPD is not part of PERS
      2. Unless he has filed for and been approved for a PERS disability retirement (pension), he does not have a State disability pension.

  47. Yep…I’m not sure how you “steal” from a trash can. But why should laws or logic get in the way of a flaming cop-worshipping douche like John Doe. After reading his comments, I have more faith and confidence in any homeless person than this cretin.

    1. Sorry, SCOTUS ruling trumps local code. You can blame cops for this one.

If a cop can go through a trash can on a public right of way without a warrant, so can I.

    2. It would be cheaper to feed the homeless than to beat them to death, but that would take empathy to do. Every normal average citizen needs to adopt anti sociopathic policies.

  48. is anyone else as tempted as I am to turn around all the anti recall signs that blame Bushala? It’s getting very old very fast.

  49. Dr. Strings :
I was under that impression, apologies. They are not acquaintances thankfully, because in my opinion they did a terrible job not rushing him to the ER, instead posting for more than 15 minutes. I’m curious however, because CARE did transport him and unless there was a paramedic in the back of the rig doing chest compressions (which is the wrong thing to do to someone aspirating their own blood), he should have intubated him to open his airway. Either we had EMTs doing the wrong thing, or Paramedics doing the wrong thing, or most obviously police doing the wrong thing.

Dude, you need to read up before making comments like that. The facts have already been presented by the DA and the Thomas family.

    1. It is standard practice in Orange County for two paramedics to ride in the ambulance when transporting ALS patients to the hospital.

    2. They went to St. Jude first to have him intubated by the ER docs. OCEMS has protocol in place limiting what the paramedics can do, how many intubation attempts can be made, etc. Evidently, the paramedics couldn’t perform the intubation on their own, so they opted for St. Jude first because it’s much closer than UCI.

        1. you seem to know a lot. Perhaps you are one of CARE ambulance’s “finest” pulling in those high $8.75 an hour, or maybe you’ve been bumped up to $10.50 after your 20 years of service. Good luck making it in to the fire service, or as a PA, or anything in the medical field. If I see you around my hospital I’ll be sure to get you VIP access to the EMS lounge (you get an extra bottle of water with this perk)

          1. but you sound like just another “ricky rescue” straight out of junior college with your EMS certs. I bet you stayed up for a week straight studying for your national registry, just squeaking by….

I’m not following the case word for word, I just know when I see poor medical care when I see it. Good luck at CARE, you’ve got a great future ahead of you.

            1. Nope, never worked EMS or Fire Department and certainly not CARE and have no aspirations of doing so.

By the way, how would you know poor medical care since you didn’t have a clue Kelly was first transported to St. Jude? I can’t say whether the paramedics did a good or bad job, but at least I know the obvious…much of which has already been established by the DA or the family.

              1. poor medical care and the details of the Kelly Thomas case are quite different my friend. I just call it like I see it. We can continue this if you’d like to perpetuate, but I’d rather not. I wish I had the time to read and re-read transcripts of courtroom cases, memorizing every minutiae, but seeing as I have a full day of patients to see and provide proper, helpful, legitimate medical care to, let’s call it a day. Good luck with your career at CARE

    Sorry

Come on MJ you know you were talking to JDMS.

    1. The best at Slidebar. But it’s more fun to chat on this blog and try to convince the inconvincibles. I will buy you a beer at the end of this pandemonium.

      1. > I will buy you a beer at the end of this pandemonium

Oooh you’re graduating up to big words. Mommy must be so proud Jay.

  51. Reality Is :John Doe. Someone told me you are Kevin Hamilton. True? Lol

Impossible… At least Kevin Hamilton demonstrates somewhat of a higher education level…

  52. That would be fun. Problem is that you all have more disorders than the cops. Whack jobs. So let’s have a battle with all the personality disorders on teams and lets all fight lol

    kelly’s heros :
Soon there may be a revolution against sociopaths carried out be the overwhelming number of law abiding citizens.

    1. Sociopaths are only 1% to 4% of the population, and commit 50% of the violent crime. Get them in your organization, and you have problems that affect everyone in that organization.

Of all the disorders, the sociopath is the most harmful.

  53. John Doe :
    Close..but no cigar .

Several of your idiomatic expressions lead me to believe you’re older. So I’m going to opine your Jay Cicinelli’s step- father, John A Huelsman

    1. He has already stated in other posts that he is Hispanic descent, and considers whites to be “trailer trash’

I am guessing thats the main reason he defends Ramos to such an extent. Sad that racism has entered this discussion, but not surprising.

  54. Reality Is :

Everyone needs to rethink ordinance, and rewrite the laws.

  55. StudLee :
@Let’s say it’s true. All cops are sociopaths. All of them. Now what? Lol

Fire them. We need people with solid mental health.

Read the constitution some time, It has a good plan.

  56. For the record :
Better a trash picker than a nose picker. Don’t dig so deep next time.

It would be cheaper for officers to carry food with them, feed the homeless, and manage them in a humane way than beating them up, and nonchalantly letting the tax payer to flip the medical, and lawyer’s fees.

    1. Are you kidding me…Have the officers carry food with them. They are not children. They chose to be homeless. Why should we take care of them. Maybe each one of kellys Army should take one home with them. You feed them. Me I would just point them to Anaheim.

  57. The “pandemonium” will be done soon enough. Six less dangerous pigs on the force, two or three either getting butt-raped or solitary confinement in prison while their wives have to explain to their kids how daddy had to go away cause he beat/smothered/electrocuted someone to death, three less worthless city councilmen, a coward of an ex-chief living fat on taxpayers money, but at least unable to cover up any more crimes, and a tarnished police department who will be watched like hawks for at least the next several years. Enjoy that beer.

  58. John Doe :

Don’t be a cop then, try something else to get your kicks off, like sky diving without a parachute.

It’s obvious you couldn’t be an effective officer or an effective leader.

    1. To be an effect cop they must feed the homeless…you are out of your mind. You all have mental issues.

  60. After the many months of reading this site, I have come to one conclusion: “It is what it is and we must accept it to move on. The man is the one who runs the show. Either we comply or we die.” Kelly was an eye-opening example. Whether we like it or not, this is our society. We allowed our congress (whom a majority have an 8th grade reading and speaking level) to take away a majority of our civil liberties to prevent an uprising. All we can do from this is be thankful there is some good going in our civilization’s way. The culprits involved have been named, shamed, and their actions brought to light. As much as there is positive, there will always be negative. Some will never change until this type of violence happens to them. And until that day, it is best to understand they are programmed differently than you and no one is exactly like you or will think exactly like you. DNA proves that time and time again. The hate that is spreading due to this is saddening. We should be at peace with the fact what we wanted to happen is happening. It may not have been at the speed we wanted, but for Christ’s Sake…thank God it is happening. All I can contribute to this: lack of EMPATHY is the destruction of mankind.

    1. Kelly was different than you and I ~ he was disabled and as such he should have been given the consideration that one would have for someone with a physical disability, such as blindness. Just because it’s a mental disability doesn’t make it okay to treat someone with contempt. Kelly never asked for his disease and he should have been treated with compassion instead of intolerance

  61. Fullerton local :
I dont understand why Wolfe is not charged with anything????? is it because officer fatty and one eyed willy said f’ed up crap on police video tape and he didnt???

I believe Manny Moe and Officer Cyclopse were indicted solely on what they said just before and just after the beating. The others made no such notable comments.

    1. Well they cant put anyone in jail for saying, I am gonna fuck you up..The DA is an idioit. He was just grasping at anything that he thought would stick. He is the laughing stock of all the other DA’s around the country.

      1. Well they cant put anyone in jail for saying, I am gonna fuck you up..

California Penal Code 422 disagrees with you.

        1. California Penal code 422:

          (a) Any person who willfully threatens to commit a crime which will result in death or great bodily injury to another person, with the specific intent that the statement, made verbally, in writing, or
by means of an electronic communication device, is to be taken as a threat, even if there is no intent of actually carrying it out, which, on its face and under the circumstances in which it is made, is so unequivocal, unconditional, immediate, and specific as to convey to the person threatened, a gravity of purpose and an
immediate prospect of execution of the threat, and thereby causes that person reasonably to be in sustained fear for his or her own
safety or for his or her immediate family’s safety, shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed one year, or by imprisonment in the state prison.

      2. But you can put someone under arrest and kill them because you’re a lardass bigot with a badge. How special

Actually this is a good idea. In order to restore confidence and build goodwill, it would be a nice gesture if FPD distributed $5 vouchers for meals at local fast food establishments. If would also support local business

    1. Vouchers are good. Problem is that the businesses despise transients hanging around their businesses. They hang out in the lobbies and then everyday customers stop coming. They call the cops and we tell them to leave. It’s a never ending cycle. The answer is very tough. No money for even vouchers now. That’s not a PD issue? It’s a City, County, and State issue. The homeless and transient issue is a never ending battle. Just like some here say they should all be 5150’d because they are unable to properly care for themself. That will never happen. No beds. No money. And when you bring them in they walk right back out after talking to the psych. I don’t know that answer but I know the laws and the cops follow the laws. Some people interpret unable to care for themself in a variety of ways. Sucks.

  63. Americal69 :
    pompus ass

educated and pompous are two different things sweetheart.

If I were to say something like “I am far superior to Americal69 in mental capacity, and am far better looking than he/her/it” that would be pompous.

Go finish your liberal arts degree sweetheart.

    1. Sorry Dr. Strings. I agree, you absolutely OOZE POMPOUS from every pore of your arrogant body. Get out the Betadine solution and pour it on yourself, sweetheart.

      1. I usually prefer hydrogen peroxide, since it kills more germs than povidone-iodine topical antiseptics (which you so cutely referred to as ‘betadine’ – the trade name), though I never pour it on myself unless I have an open wound (a cut, or a boo-boo, the term you’re probably most familiar with)

I prefer a standard antimicrobial soap before surgeries and chlorhexidine gluconate afterwards.

There’s some big words in this post, better get out your dictionary precious.

          1. Earlier you wanted me to pour ‘Betadine’ on myself, you never mentioned a mouth. One would never use Betadine as an oral antiseptic, that would be harmful.

You’re such a beautiful person, and I love you very much. Have a peaceful evening and a wonderful tomorrow!

            1. Well, my precious sweetheart, I love you too! But, you still need to disinfect your arrogant body and mouth with the antiseptic of your choice.

  64. John Doe :
To be an effect cop they must feed the homeless…you are out of your mind. You all have mental issues.

What, did you think cops were hired to beat people up or something? what’s your mental issue. Whats wrong with being paid to take care of the mentally ill, Nurses can do it, you can’t?

  65. Reality Is and John Doe, there is a tiny little corner in hell waiting for the both of you. Hopefully it’s a bullet to both of your heads which gets you there faster.

      1. Reality Is, Karma is nothing more then someone’s conscience. You ought to know that. I’m not afraid of you or anyone on this blog. I do not hide behind a screen name as you do. Bring it on MF!

        1. I know that. That’s why karma will get you. God hates people like you. Plus don’t forget disease builds in fat cells. Your time on this earth is nearing the end. Karma = disease will get you and this wold will be much better off. Fat pig.

        2. Boy that ugly witch is having a bad day today. Relax and go fill the potholes in front of you house.

          1. > Relax and go fill the potholes in front of you house.

I don’t speak English no good. Durr!!!!

Hey Cincinelli, instead spending your miserable day attacking Erin maybe you should be focused on your defense or do you actually believe that your lawyer will successfully argue to get the charges dismissed? HA! Keep dreaming my boy.

  66. John Doe :
Well they cant put anyone in jail for saying, I am gonna fuck you up..The DA is an idioit. He was just grasping at anything that he thought would stick. He is the laughing stock of all the other DA’s around the country.

Are you sure about that? Sounded like a terrorist threat. His action proved his threat was true. Looks like Ramos broke the law. It sounds and looks like Ramos intended to fuck Kelly up, execution style, and looks like Ramos acted as judge, jury, and executioner, and that was a violation of civil rights, and a federal offense. I guess you to a blind eye to the law then John.

Looks like Wolfe prefers to let his buddies hang for his part in the crime, how convenient for Wolfe. Didn’t he hand the gloves to Ramos and say “you are going to need these.”?

  68. John doe, just because you’re blowing these guys you don’t have to come here and get all girly about it
