Kelly did not suffer from “Excited Delirium.” However, Kelly Thomas DID suffer VERY greatly from TORTURE and MURDER by the Fullerton Police Department.

YOU need to research “excited delirium.” It absolutely does NOT apply to Kelly Thomas at all, or in any way.
