Here’s a picture we found depicting Roland Chi and some other guy who looks a Hell of a lot like the the little creep who was caught stealing campaign signs, here.
Drat the luck! We can’t read Korean. Can any body help out here? Who is Mystery Man who was caught on film stealing signs, stashing them into Roland Chi’s van, and then driving to Roland Chi’s store?
Maybe the Fullerton Police Department can help out here, since crimes are being committed and it’s their job to stop criminals. We’ve already supplied them with lots of clues, but so far we’ve heard nothing but a deafening silence.

This just Roland’s uncle casts ballot from Korea! “My nephew would make a dear leader, I’ve taught him the law only applies to the servant class. He will make me so proud!
I just got confirmation from a Korean friend, “Grace Church” is correct, it is Roland and his Dad.
Roland’s mother was involved in a pyramid type money scheme, to which Roland’s father promptly blackened Mrs. Chi’s eye for it. (Good ole Korean discipline!) You get many families to make a monthly contribution then the first family involved gets a big LOAN, so to speak. Everyone is expected to continue to contribute. The problem’s arose when families at the end of the line never got their payday. People at the tail end of that got hosed. My opinion of the Chi family is that they are POWER HUNGRY and HAVE ONLY THEIR PERSONAL WEALTH AND POWER INTERESTS IN MIND. Roland is an inexperienced politician compared to other candidates and is a disaster waiting to happen if he is elected. Pass the word.
I am betting that “Robert” has even more stories to tell…thanks for telling about this. I am wondering if there are any more out there who want to come forward? As a voter I am really really interested..

So I was beginning to wonder what the hubbub is all about and went to look at one of these no McKinley and bad chi signs to see who has been paying for these lovely political signs and guess what? No disclaimer as to who the owner is.
That my friends is against the law: California Government Codes 84505 and 84506. This law has been around for two decades. In other words all of the signs including the one that was removed in broad daylight are ILLEGAL and not supposed to be up in the first place. No wonder shit bag Bushala and his asshole friends have been so mum on to
who the OWNER of the signs are.
There is a fine per sign so if any of you see one, take it down, and return it to the Fair Political Practices Commission where all the other supposed “stolen” signs will be.

What’s it matter who printed the signs? FPPC is a joke and should be gotten rid of. I could accuse Chi of just about anything during a campaign and get away with it right now or anytime during an election and there nothing anyone can do about it.

(3) bla, bla, bla
Now, where in this section does it reference yard signs?
So, Roland, now you are abetting more crime. Isn’t stealing signs, poisoning people, ignoring health inspectors, flouting IRS regulations enough for you?
Maybe this is okay where ever the hell it is you come from, but not here.
1) Moved to Fullerton to run for office
2) Pled no contest to 93 health code violations and ignoring same
3) used non-profit to promote his campaign
4) using churches to promote his campaign
5) he and proud papa stealing campaign signs
No record, no accomplishment, no honesty: Bad Chi!

Where is the law on that? Signs no matter their nature are protected under freedom of speech. Cities can have ordinances limiting where they can be placed but nowhere does it say it needs a number, in fact it would lead to a segment of the population being disenfranchised because of a lack of ability to have a phone. Until a week ago there was a town in California that didn’t have landline service.
Isn’t it funny how liberals love to limit free speech except for when they agree with it….
the signs do need a phone #, and even if they didnt its pretty sad that the 4f signs are the only ones without them, i thought you guys thought you had balls, i guess that only applys to balls in your mouth.
