Dave, my mind is fine (it’s John not “Dick” Phelps), it’s my heart that’s bleeds watching the council (Bankhed, Jones, Kellr) mislead so many people into believing that the “agency” is going to ride (on a white horse) right into West Fullerton with cash for all the indigent, weak, poor souls all because they don’t have the phone number to the city’s graffiti hotline or code enforcement.

The boohoos lined up because they are good liitle Germ(an)s waiting for the City staff to dish out CDBG gravy to them whe the time comes. It won’t help.

Phelps is a parasite of Redevelopment – as bad a pine sap beetle as Chaplusky ever was. Remember when they gave him a “good guy” cash payment of public funds because he leased up his property? This bullshit is going to end.

I apologize. The Phelps/Redevelopment relationship is symbiotic. They both suck off each other.

As far as the Little Chamber of Horrors is concerned, our priority in the next year is to clean out the dead wood, the non-business influences, and the incompetent City Hall lackeys. We’re coming for you! And we’re going to use your own members to clean out the infection.

You have to feel for the poor bastards. They think redevelopment means somehow they wont have graffiti and they will have a chance at some cash. With liberals like Pam Kellar (sorry Pam but just because you dont know what fiscal conservatism means doesn’t mean we don’t) and Dick Jones (yes Dick, just because your friends are republicans doesnt mean your actions aren’t liberal) on the council promising them future happiness its no wonder they are excited.

Someone presented a photograph of a bottlecap in the grass as an example of blight. That’s called “litter”…. it happens everywhere and the solution is to pick it up.

Redevelopment can’t solve that problem unless you send them out with some trash bags. Hey, that sounds like a good idea…
